During our stay, we experienced multiple problems that negatively impacted our experience: Bathroom and sanitation issues: The showers in both rooms (connecting ropms) did not function properly. Housekeeping standards were consistently poor, particularly in the bathrooms, which did not meet acceptable hygiene expectations. Maintenance and noise disturbances: The balcony doors were clearly worn. Due to strong winds on the 21st floor, the doors moved and caused constant noise. Additionally, the air-conditioning units were excessively loud, making it impossible to use them during the evening and night. Swimming pool hygiene: Our impression was that the pool was not clean and appeared to require proper chlorination or other disinfection measures. Breakfast service: While the breakfast buffet itself was good, there was a recurring lack of replenishment. Unfortunately, staff did not appear to monitor or manage this adequately. This was a horrible hotel with an even worse service. We had booked a 3 night stay, but left after 1 night. The first room we received felt very old and outdated and very poorly cleaned, not to mention the black mold in the bathroom. I called the reception and asked for a new room which we received after some discussion. The second room was slightly better with updated furniture, but the cleanliness (or lack of it) was the same. There was also black mold in this bathroom. But we decided to give the hotel a chance and headed down to the pool. The water in the pool was so dirty that there was brown foam floating around the edges. The water was cloudy due to wrong PH-level and you noticed right away this was not a very pleasant area to be in. The restaurant had a nice menu, but half of the meals were not available because they were sold out. The service in the restaurant was very slow and they even managed to forget one of our meals (which we cancelled after waiting for 40 min and the rest of our party was finished). This hotel has a 4-star rating but I would give it a 2+ at the most. I don’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel even if it’s cheap. There is no service, sharp edges on many tiles around the pool and the total state of the hotell felt very old and outdated. The was no beach, but a stone staircase leading down to the ocean. The stone slabs of the staircase was covered with algae and was absolutely impossible to walk on without slipping.

Hotel is in disrepair, our room awaiting to be refurbished, shower falling apart, sink plug not working correctly, wait ages for lifts, Spa not operating, no upgrade offered, kids club was excellent and staff for my grandkids. Also to far out from main centres. I know Radission have just taken this back over, but will need looks of time and money spent on it. Not up to Thailand hotel quality

This hotel isn’t bad, the product is ok, but there are just no staff anywhere… can’t get service by the pool at all, the lobby restaurant/bar has one guy there and he has to go get any food ordered form another kitchen, so then it’s zero service for other guests. These are revenue generating positions so it’s just really really weird that the management doesn’t hire for these roles. Place feels like a captain-less ship, staff are all demotivated and under manned

Run down room. There was a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom that made me have to bend in a weird way to be able to use the sink without getting that water on me. Not a Radisson standard. Everything looks old and run down.

This property is in a remote area the roads are terrible to get to it the lobby and the restaurant are in good condition the outside pool and all activities look like they could be fun except for everything is run down all the railings the building all needs to be remodeled or painted or stained all the rooms need to be remodeled clean all the caulking is mold the bathroom countertops or stained it needs a full remodel they're not very many people staying at this resort I'm not sure that we saw more than 10 people

Stedet er rent, men slidt. Dørlåsen til nøglekortet er slidt, nogle gange krævet det 6 forsøg at komme ind på værelset. Personalet gør en stor indsats for at få det til at køre. Priser på mad og drikke i hotellet er alt for høje i forhold til at du kan gå ud på gaden og få det til under halv pris.

WiFi is limited on few devices only. You want to sweat having your breakfast? Than, please choose this hotel. We prefer air-conditioned lobby and breakfast area. This property needs lots of renovation. Our bathroom had been attacked by an army of aunts. After mentioning this to reception desk it happened exactly nothing. Finally we left after two days, going back to our nice and clean home in Bangkok. We will not come back.

Likte veldig godt dette hotellet tidligere og det er et fint hotel med masse muligheter når dem nå pusser opp uteområder ferdig. Det blir sikkert fint når de er ferdig ned oppussing fra 9 til 23 etasje. Vi bodde i 20 etasje som var preget av veldig slitte møbler som jeg regner med blir skiftet ut. Ellers fin utsikt men vi kunne like godt ha kjøpt et billigere rom som var pusset opp i nedre del. Radisson Blue Resort skuffet veldig på Service og tydelig under bemannet. Rommet ble ikke fikset før langt på ettermiddag og måtte ordne all bagasje ned selv etter fire oppringinger til resepsjon. Dette var bare slitsomt og stor nedtur etter forrige gang vi bodde der og management burde ordne opp i denne styring. Alle som jobbet der strålte og er så høflig men de jobber alt for mye med press. Få flere ansatte som kan serve gjester for dette stod ikke til pris forventning.

Reception and pool area excellent. Room and WiFi not so good. Bed bullet hard, asked for a solution, they gave us a topper which did help but we both had sore backs and hips by the end of our 6 night stay. WiFi was terrible in our room, complained but nothing was done about it. Main shower head didn’t work but the smaller hand held shower head clipped into the wall was sufficient. Rooms are tired and need updating.

Run down room. There was a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom that made me have to bend in a weird way to be able to use the sink without getting that water on me. Not a Radisson standard. Everything looks old and run down.

I stayed for 2 nights due to plan changes. Understanding this hotel is meant for families I booked anyway since I just needed the room. The internet was horrible spotty and I ended up using my phone hot spot. They never responded to my whatapp message. The in room phone didn’t work. The hotel was totally dead maybe 30 families. Keep in mind this is a 27 story building. I’m guessing in its former Novotel years it may have been better but now it’s dated in need of some work but more importantly traffic. Without customers no money to update anything

Amazing staff. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the pool was a favorite for my toddler. Lots of activities for the little one. Quiet and far from the busy city but a 20 min grab taxi ride gets you to markets and mall.

This was a horrible hotel with an even worse service. We had booked a 3 night stay, but left after 1 night. The first room we received felt very old and outdated and very poorly cleaned, not to mention the black mold in the bathroom. I called the reception and asked for a new room which we received after some discussion. The second room was slightly better with updated furniture, but the cleanliness (or lack of it) was the same. There was also black mold in this bathroom. But we decided to give the hotel a chance and headed down to the pool. The water in the pool was so dirty that there was brown foam floating around the edges. The water was cloudy due to wrong PH-level and you noticed right away this was not a very pleasant area to be in. The restaurant had a nice menu, but half of the meals were not available because they were sold out. The service in the restaurant was very slow and they even managed to forget one of our meals (which we cancelled after waiting for 40 min and the rest of our party was finished). This hotel has a 4-star rating but I would give it a 2+ at the most. I don’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel even if it’s cheap. There is no service, sharp edges on many tiles around the pool and the total state of the hotell felt very old and outdated. The was no beach, but a stone staircase leading down to the ocean. The stone slabs of the staircase was covered with algae and was absolutely impossible to walk on without slipping.

Check in normal got key cards. There was supposed to be free welcome drinks we didn’t receive anything. I should not have to beg for drinks should be there at check in like all other hotels do. Went to room and it was not the room I paid for. I paid for deluxe with 1 king bed received 2 twin beds. Called desk they gave me attitude finally they changed room after 30 minutes. The new room shower didn’t work but was tired of complaining so used as is. There is no beach at this hotel only wall to ocean. This hotel should not be very good should be under average

This hotel isn’t bad, the product is ok, but there are just no staff anywhere… can’t get service by the pool at all, the lobby restaurant/bar has one guy there and he has to go get any food ordered form another kitchen, so then it’s zero service for other guests. These are revenue generating positions so it’s just really really weird that the management doesn’t hire for these roles. Place feels like a captain-less ship, staff are all demotivated and under manned

The property itself is great, all the rooms face the ocean. The reason I booked this hotel was for its proximity to Hua Hin, this property is not close enough to Hua Hin. There are no easy Bolt vehicles or restaurants near this property.

We stayed in a 2 twin beds room. Taking shower experience was horrible. Only a glass window partition so water gets splashes all over the place which needs be cleaned afterwards. Breakfast needs little bit more varieties. Staffs were very friendly. Near beach not in a condition to soak your feet. kids had fun. Lots of local thai restaurants are nearby including a 7-11. Hua Hin Beach is 17KM or 20 minutes if you are lucky to get a hold of a GRAB

Packs of wild dogs roaming everywhere outside of the resort, some are aggressive, be prepared to defend yourself against the dogs you WILL need to. Pepper spray, Mace, at least a big stick!!! Better to stay inside resort.

初めてホアヒンに行きました。 海は正直にそこまで綺麗じゃないので、足だけ入るくらいにしたほうがいいです。 1泊2日で、家族で宿泊しましたが、プールだけでも十分のんびりできました。 ホテルの近くにはあまりレストランが多いわけではありませんので、タクシー移動が必要と思います。 私たちが行った時にはホテル近くにコンビニがあったので、そこで飲み物やお菓子など買いました。 客室は廊下や隣室の声はほとんど聞こえなかったですが、エアコンの音はちょっと気になる人はいるかも。

During our stay, we experienced multiple problems that negatively impacted our experience: Bathroom and sanitation issues: The showers in both rooms (connecting ropms) did not function properly. Housekeeping standards were consistently poor, particularly in the bathrooms, which did not meet acceptable hygiene expectations. Maintenance and noise disturbances: The balcony doors were clearly worn. Due to strong winds on the 21st floor, the doors moved and caused constant noise. Additionally, the air-conditioning units were excessively loud, making it impossible to use them during the evening and night. Swimming pool hygiene: Our impression was that the pool was not clean and appeared to require proper chlorination or other disinfection measures. Breakfast service: While the breakfast buffet itself was good, there was a recurring lack of replenishment. Unfortunately, staff did not appear to monitor or manage this adequately. Lunch service by the beach: What was meant to be a highlight of our stay turned into an inconvenience, as the staff did not seem prepared or willing to provide proper service. Sea access and safety: High tide is a predictable condition, and therefore we believe appropriate safety measures should be in place. The Hotel is really well designed and built. The rooms face the ocean, pool is great. They have a kids play area as well which is awesome. The not so good: -Front desk staff although very friendly, are not up to speed with most basic guest requirements. We had breakfast included and this turned out to be a debate with them. Didn’t provide an extra bed and had issues with points. -Property needs a bit of TLC-bathroom and a few other things needed to be updated. -Breakfast was pretty terrible. Below average food quality and poor variety.

Stedet er rent, men slidt. Dørlåsen til nøglekortet er slidt, nogle gange krævet det 6 forsøg at komme ind på værelset. Personalet gør en stor indsats for at få det til at køre. Priser på mad og drikke i hotellet er alt for høje i forhold til at du kan gå ud på gaden og få det til under halv pris.

This was a horrible hotel with an even worse service. We had booked a 3 night stay, but left after 1 night. The first room we received felt very old and outdated and very poorly cleaned, not to mention the black mold in the bathroom. I called the reception and asked for a new room which we received after some discussion. The second room was slightly better with updated furniture, but the cleanliness (or lack of it) was the same. There was also black mold in this bathroom. But we decided to give the hotel a chance and headed down to the pool. The water in the pool was so dirty that there was brown foam floating around the edges. The water was cloudy due to wrong PH-level and you noticed right away this was not a very pleasant area to be in. The restaurant had a nice menu, but half of the meals were not available because they were sold out. The service in the restaurant was very slow and they even managed to forget one of our meals (which we cancelled after waiting for 40 min and the rest of our party was finished). This hotel has a 4-star rating but I would give it a 2+ at the most. I don’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel even if it’s cheap. There is no service, sharp edges on many tiles around the pool and the total state of the hotell felt very old and outdated. The was no beach, but a stone staircase leading down to the ocean. The stone slabs of the staircase was covered with algae and was absolutely impossible to walk on without slipping.

WiFi is limited on few devices only. You want to sweat having your breakfast? Than, please choose this hotel. We prefer air-conditioned lobby and breakfast area. This property needs lots of renovation. Our bathroom had been attacked by an army of aunts. After mentioning this to reception desk it happened exactly nothing. Finally we left after two days, going back to our nice and clean home in Bangkok. We will not come back.

This hotel isn’t bad, the product is ok, but there are just no staff anywhere… can’t get service by the pool at all, the lobby restaurant/bar has one guy there and he has to go get any food ordered form another kitchen, so then it’s zero service for other guests. These are revenue generating positions so it’s just really really weird that the management doesn’t hire for these roles. Place feels like a captain-less ship, staff are all demotivated and under manned

The resort is hidden inside out from the main road. Thru a rough patchy road. Only have a 7-11 and a few massage shops outside nothing much very quiet. Rooms are quite old. Breakfast was not up to standard but no choice as nothing around there. Town is far unless you have car. Swimming pool was great nice slide. Beach was awful.

Beach access wasn’t impressive. Building is a bit old compared to Radisson’s name. In Hua Hin competition is high and most other resorts offer better stay. That said, it was still well worth the $$$ in the day’s rate.

Decent stay overall As other reviews mention the property is tired in some aspects and location isn't perfect however the rooms were good and staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the pool was a perfect temperature. Overall be prepared to factor in travel to Hua Hin or Cam Am but from a value for money perspective there are no complaints

This hotel is great for kids with a number of special touches at breakfast and around the grounds. The pool is beautiful and there are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The rooms are a bit worn but the focus on keeping the grounds and lobby at a good level has been a great decision . No beach access from the hotel grounds.
