We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The family room was really spacious and clean, and breakfast good with plenty of choice. We also had a lovely surprise when the staff left a cake in the room as it was my husband's birthday while we were there. Conveniently located with a 7-Eleven and a clothes market downstairs, and it was easy to get to all Bangkok attractions via Grab taxis or tuk tuks. The swimming pool was gorgeous too. Would definitely stay again.

Good choice for the price. Quite clean but not properly maintained -water leaking non stop in toilet bowl for the entire week we stayed-. Not good location with no resto or any kind of sight-seeing near-by. Tuk-tuk very bad, with driver asking for 300 bath for a ride to China town night market near-by (I heard local people pay just 100 bath or even less; Grab taxi charge 80 bath!). Night market across the street is small, with junk clothing and not many food stands. The China Resto in the hotel is just terrible. Foods are microwaved- hot bowl outside but food still cold. Completely bland, not tasty at all! We ordered hot and sour soup that was neither hot nor sour. No soy sauce, fish sauce or any kind of sauce, only salt and pepper; not even hot Sciracha sauce. Even the tea was not hot, cold and probably prepared the day before. Two key points: good price for a big room, and very nice and helpful staff. Will not go back. Sorry...

It is a shame as we had actually booked to come back here at the end of our trip but cancelled and booked elsewhere. The hotel has lovely pools and bars. Staff are OK but the lifts never seem to work so you end up stuck unable to get to your room floor. Spent most of the time coming back to reception to sort issues. We had a suite with a huge kitche. Area but no facilities within it. Big empty cupboarda in kitchenette area Whilst I didn't expect to cook, a plate or bowl or something may have been useful! In our parry we had 4 rooms and every single one had sockets or lights that didn't work meaning we were charging phones in the bathroom and fumbling around in the dark as only one small lamp worked and ceiling lights were out! Poorly maintained rooms and a bit shabby really. Cost was low but supposed to be 4/5 star!

Room was dusty, shower curtain need to change. Visited twice i dec25 n aug26 different buildings look same in general. Like the location is best n pool n bar. Reception system need to be better when a lot customers check in or out. Will be beck in 6 moth n hope to see more change.
