Experience not up to par compared to previous stays. Lobby is always over crowded, long wait for elevator which is also always crowded. Room smell bad due to ammonia smell coming from AC vent. Staff could be more helpful, only hotel we stayed in Thailand where staff doesn’t assist us with moving luggage to and from car. Would appreciate a bit more attention to detail by house keeping staff as we ran out of tissue a couple of times due to it not being refilled when it was running low. There is inconsistency in how the window shutters are handled. While they are typically left open, allowing us to see the beautiful Bangkok skyline when we enter the room, housekeeping closed them on the day we set up a camera for a time-lapse.
