Breakfast was very good with many delicious selection. Hotel has many amenities from gym to sauna to coffee-tea room with a view of the river. It’s beautiful at night. Service was amazing. Location was excellent (TBS line and ferry).

三日間の滞在中、コインランドリーや部屋の設備について何度かフロントに尋ねることがありましたが、毎回笑顔で丁寧に応対してくれました。子供はキッズルームとプールを気に入っていました。デパートに隣接していて、両替や買い出しなどに便利でした。ラウンジも良かったです！

I am disappointed by the hotel. The toilet cistern was leaking, the French doors opening onto the balcony did not close properly. The staff was very kind but check-in was long and disorganised. The rooms are spacious, but not authentic, furniture look a bit fake. Only one lift was functioning, it would take forever to get to the lobby. The breakfast was okay

The hotel was in a great location, close to transit, shopping, and the river for ferry or tour boats. Pool was beautiful and quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of options. The fitness centre was very good with a wide variety of equipment. We stayed in a “family room” which was a 1 bedroom apartment with in suite laundry, great for travelling with kids. The staff were wonderful. So glad we stayed here.

築年数は経っているようですが、改装もされ、清掃もされており、美観や清潔感は問題ありませんでした。洗濯機に洗剤もあり使用できて助かりましたが、説明書が違う機種の説明が置かれていたのでその点は改善を期待します。スタッフの対応も問題なく、ロビーにティーが置かれていたのも暑い中帰って来た時には重宝しました。朝食も合格点ですが、近隣はグルメの宝庫なので、食べ歩きが好きな方は近隣グルメの食べ歩きをされても良いかと思います。隣接するデパートはロビンソンからセントラルに代わりましたがサトーンピアやBTSの駅まではセントラルの中を通って行く方が少しでも涼めて良かったです。バンコクの観光拠点に良いホテルだと思います。

キッチン付きで部屋も広く快適でした。ツインルームを予約していましたが通されたのはダブルルーム。翌日ツインに変更してもらいました。　朝食はあまり種類は多くないですが美味しかったです。　タオルがあまり綺麗とは言えず、縁のほころびも気になりました。キッチンシンクが詰まっていて流れず困りました。スタッフは皆さん笑顔で丁寧な対応でした。

I understand that it was going under renovation and for the most part the interior of the building itself was clean…. But the linen and towels were dirty…. Found several towels and bedsheets with stains on them even after requesting new sheets… not ok

I was pleasantly impressed by my whole experience. The friendly staff from the bell boy, reception desk, and housekeeping, were simply wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. All amenities worked as they should-Shower temperature was to adjust, toiletries well-stocked, heated toilet seat and automatic bidet with adjustable controls, pillows and blankets were comfortable, well-stocked bottled water and kitchen, fridge was cold, there’s an all-in-one washer and dryer, convenient location for transportation, lots of dining options close by and also hotel has their own as well, connected to a mall that has money changer and another money changer across the street that closes later. Best decision to stay here and I’ll be staying here again when I return to Bangkok.

朝食会場やホテルスタッフは皆感じ良く快適だったが部屋のタオルが全て古くて臭かった洗濯機があるのに洗剤が6泊中最初の２日だけだった又干すハンガーが全てクローゼットから外れないようになっていて困った干す場所がないシャワージェルが薄くて薄めた？感じだった毎日掃除はしてくれてはいたがシーツ類の交換がなかった

The view from my particular room (Deluxe Suite) was amazing. It was a corner room which offered both the city and river views. The room was very spacious and had one of the largest TVs I’ve seen a room ever come with. The amenities were great, and the view from the pool is so much better than what the pictures on Expedia show it to be. The location was pretty decent and it is about a 3-4 minute walk from the Saphan Taksin BTS and Ferry. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and was really good. The only downsides of it for me not to rate it 5 stars was that during the day you can hear a lot of the traffic noise even from the 21st floor, and the bed was too stiff for my liking. But it is a plus that it is located on top of a shopping center with plenty of restaurants and other businesses within a short walking distance. The balcony for my room came with two chairs, a table, and some plants which made it nice to eat outside and enjoy the view.

We booked a suite and requested high floor. Got floor 21 which had a wrap around balcony with great views of the river. The hotel is modern, room was spacious and had lots of plus points. Downside the water pressure was poor the shower, doable but you had no pressure for the rainfall shower and quite low for the hand held. There was a large bath which we didn’t use. No hot water in the kitchen, again a pressure issue. Room service was excellent and reasonably priced. Free bottled water every day and a few complimentary crisps and nibbles.The air conditioning was powerful but either full on fridge or nothing, Full on fridge was welcome as it was 37 degrees everyday we were there. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice and the pool was great, in the sun in the morning. Gym looked ok and limited beauty room run independently. The hotel has direct access to a departure store with a food supermarket in the basement, so everything you need to hand. Great location, close to Sathorn pier with boats to all major sights. Five mins to BTS sky train with links to MRT so easy to get anywhere. Street food market and lots of local cafes.Few bars within walking distance. Mandarin Hotel has great Jazz Bar (Bamboo Bar) very posh, so dress code is long trousers and smart. Pricy drinks. £13 gbp for gin and tonic but worth it to sit in a lovely bar with live musicians.. Would stay at Centre point again, Yes, traffic noise is loud even high up, bring ear plugs and accept Bangkok is crazy busy.

hotel is in a perfect location near the places one would like to visit in bangkok. adjacent to a Mall , with foodcourt and everything. the place is newly renovated, the rooms are especially big and AC is running well. i dont have anything bad to say about this place. it is perfect for my family. the staff is kind and helpful

J'ai choisi l'appartement 1 chambre avec vue sur la rivière. C'était fantastique car il faisait l'angle du building, le balcon était immense et la vue imprenable : j'avais non seulement la vue sur la rivière Chao Praya mais également la vue sur la ville (notamment sur la State Tower, la Tour Mahanakhon, etc...). La chambre était lumineuse et confortable, impeccable. Le plus (+) : l'hôtel a un accès direct au centre commercial Central Bangrak via une porte sécurisée. C'est très utile car les jours de pluie, vous n'avez pas besoin de sortir pour vous restaurer ou faire vos courses. Et quelles courses ! Au sous-sol, il y a un supermarché Tops où on trouve de tout : des fruits frais, des salades à emporter, des viennoiseries etc... Autre plus (+) : la station de métro Saphan Taksin est à proximité immédiate, de quoi se balader dans tout Bangkok. Autre plus (+) : l'embarcadère Sathorn juste à côté du métro pour se déplacer sur le fleuve (IconSiam, bateau touristique Hop On Hop Off, etc...) Il n'a que des "Plus" (+) cet hôtel !

This was a lovely place to stay but had a few issues. One of the lifts were out of service which made waiting times much longer getting from one place to the other. House keeping was very slow and late at making rooms up. Had to go and ask for toilet paper twice during our 4 night stay.

I would have given this hotel 5 Stars except they offered me a limousine service and I paid 3 times the price of a taxi and then they picked me up in an old Toyota Camry. When I asked the Hotel manager about it he told me that's a limousine. An old Camry in a limo really ? Integrity and honesty to me is important. Just be honest tell me upfront. I would have paid for a taxi.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, very polite. The location was ideal, close to the river, mall in the same building, sooooo many dining options from street food, to restaurants to fast food all within 1 min walk. Bus stop is right across the street, train station is about a 5 min walk. Loved this hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. Close to the ferry station as well as MRT station. Easy to catch a ferry to Iconsiam mall, Grand Palace and other tourist spots. The hotel is located above a mall and it was very convenient for last minute shopping. There is a street food market right behind the hotel.

We loved the room size as we’re were traveling with our two teenagers. The breakfast was the best we had out of all the places we stayed at while traveling for the month. The pool area was beautiful and overall we loved this hotel.
