The pool was really lovely, though perhaps a bit too small with the number of guests with seating. We very much enjoyed the executive lounge and the glass house restaurant. The rooms are fairly modern and the bed was very comfortable. The view was lovely and the service was excellent. I would also recommend the thai massage at the spa!

Beautiful hotel. One of the best we have stayed at and we travel a lot. It was so nice that we sometimes preferred to stay in the hotel rather than leave a visit. Service was excellent. We had an executive room and had access to the lounge which was great! The pool is really beautiful.

Erwartungen übertroffen. Tolles Personal, immer freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Tolles Zimmer mit Allem was man braucht. Super Ausblick im 32. Stock. This is in no way a 4 star property. On arrival the air conditioning was not working - whilst a staff member was sent to repair this, it was not very much improved and given the open windows and fans in the hallway, clearly a problem for the whole floor. The shower did not drain and the room had a bad smell. We were not advised before arriving that there would be exterior building works, just left a letter in the room recommending we keep curtains closed. We stayed only one of the three nights we had booked as preferred to stay elsewhere. It is very conveniently located for the skytrain but a dated hotel and not very comfortable so cannot recommend for end of a vacation when you want to relax and make the most of hotel facilities.

Overall, a nice hotel with excellent staff. The room was comfortable but starting to show its age. Good size, comfy beds & pillows but shower controll was dated and did not hold constant temperature. Location is good for the metro but not so good for walking around, didn't seem to be much close by but it was fine. Breakfast was good, lot's of choice and very good service. Always space available, never waited even though it seemed busy.

Hotel liegt in einem eher abgelegenen Büro-Viertel. Umgebung bietet wenig. Trotz Hotelzimmer in der 26. Etage waren Außengeräusche zu hören. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, jedoch gab es zu lange Wartezeiten an der Eier/Omelett-Station. Die Pools sind natürlich ein Highlight, aber zu kalt und nur für Insta-Fotos geeignet :D Hotelbetten sind super bequem. Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Had a great experience at the hotel, the entire team from the security guard to room services were all incredibly friendly. Stayed in the executive suite and it was very spacious, large shower with soaking tub. Cocktails and food were surprisingly good. Definitely would stay again.

Great location and wonderful service! I had a great stay at the Eastin Grand Sathorn Hotel Bangkok. One of the biggest highlights was the direct skywalk from the 3rd floor to the BTS station—made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Connectivity to all major attractions was a breeze. The staff were extremely cordial and helpful, and customer support was excellent throughout my stay. In-room dining was decent, though I wish there were more late-night food options. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Stayed in Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn again for 5 nights in June, Certainly, we had fantastic experience. All the facilities and people services are very professional on the high standard level. This time I would like to thank to Bowvy, June, Pum, Patty and Piya for their warm hospitality in Swizzles, and Kwan in The Glass House for her help every morning in breakfast time. Honestly! All the staff are friendly, helpful with lovely smiles. See everyone next time when I come back to Bangkok.

There is nothing not to like at this hotel. The staff is the best in the world. They care and give to every quest. The food and service is superb. The cleaners of the rooms go the extra mile to accommodate. I love the club lounge, the staff takes special care for great food and service. Can’t give enough complements.

I had an amazing experience staying at Eastin Grand. It was my first time in Thailand and I don’t have anything bad to say. Their location is extremely convenient, with a direct walking path to the sky train which you can use to get to just about anywhere worth seeing in Bangkok, it’s within 15-30 minutes of most popular areas. The room was clean and comfortable and I felt that all of the staff absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. The room I chose had access to their lounge which was 100% worth it, their spread for breakfast was amazing, quiet and peaceful, a great way to start each day. The lounge also had a happy hour every night with more delicious food and complimentary drinks. If I had to nitpick one thing, their elevators can be a bit frustrating, if you don’t insert your room card and choose the floor within ~5 seconds, you’ll be taken to whoever has next queue’d the elevator before being able to get to your floor, but it was a minor inconvenience. If I decide to make another trip to Bangkok, I’ll definitely be staying at the Eastin Grand again.

Tolle Lage um Bangkok zu erkunden, direkt am BTS und sehr nah am Fluss um mit dem Boot zu allen wichtigen Punkten zu kommen. Super sauber, sehr netter Service, toller Pool. Ich hatte Zugang zur Exec Lounge mit mega Aussicht bei Frühstück und Happy Hour. Absolute Empfehlung! :)

The hotel is connected to BTS Surasak which was super convenient. Although there was no big malls or supermarket closeby, it was easy enough to go to Siam area by BTS. And the service that came along with the executive lounge access was excellent - from private check-in to happy hour and private breakfast area! Worth the price.

This is a great option in the Sathorn district in Bangkok. Conveniently located next to Metro station, which is connected with the hotel. Airport is 45 minutes from the hotel. Many temples, markets, shopping mall relatively close by car. Staff very friendly and customer oriented. Impecable rooms. I highly recommend this hotel in Bangkok for business or leisure.

A very good hotel very close to a BTS station. Just a few stations from Siam. Nice view from the pool on the 14th floor. Good breakfast, especially the asian alternatives. The only thing to complain about is that the pool is a little bit cold.
