Avoid the 10th floor if possible! Whole floor smelled like mold immediately when you get out of the elevator. There was sections of the walls (paneling) in the hallways that were pried open likely to air out whatever is being the walls. Rooms were super outdated as well. The staff offered a newly remodeled room (floors 23&24) but it was small. We decided to deal with it because we only stayed 3 nights and the balcony was awesome.

The best part of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel's fantastic location and tasty breakfast. On the other hand, the hotel's outdated building was a letdown. The bathtub and sink, in particular, looked like they belonged in a different era. If retro charm is your thing, you might enjoy this hotel, but if you prefer a sleek, modern look, you might want to consider other options.
