Pros - Best breakfast in a hotel I’ve had in a while Easy check in (luckily room was ready for early check in) Clean spa facilities Great location near everything you need for a stay in Chamonix Cons Terrible pillows had a back ache every morning No fridge in rooms Kids in the spa took away from the relaxing element (did have adult only hours but perhaps if more were added throughout the day) Would definitely stay again despite the pillows and overall had a lovely stay.

Spa was a little disappointing, sauna and spa baths are tiny given the number of rooms at this hotel. Hotel is also quite a walk to any of the ski bus stops which is not easy in full ski gear. Certainly a bit pricey for what you actually get in terms of facilities.

Room had a balcony with evening sun and view of mountains. Staff helpful in bus route information. Good pool .
