New building/motel. Pet area well located and lighted. Would have liked toiletries and a table n chairs. Linen was stained but clean.(i get it) Nice lighting. Pleasant and friendly staff. And an ice machine that worked!

Yes the parking lot was well lit and all of the parking wad in the front. I arrived after midnight and the staff was alert and very friendly. I enjoyed my stay and wish more affordable hotels were like this one.

Place was awesome first time I see or stay at a motel 6 this good ...service front desk very friendly and place was very clean .. no issues other then someone's back windshield on there SUV was broken into

I really appreciated that pets stay free—such a great bonus! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I felt secure knowing the hotel used key card access after hours. The parking lot was also well-lit, which added to the sense of safety and convenience. Overall, a pleasant and thoughtful stay!

Staff very friendly, parking lot clean and well lit as far as lighting, close proximity to everything, clean room, clean linen, and pretty quiet. The only bad thing is the WiFi sucks and so does the cable, the tv constantly get stuck and the channels take forever to load.

Not too bad for a motel 6. Bed and shower wasn’t the best but for two days it got us through. We wanted to save some money and bring our dogs so some sacrifices were made. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay.

Great service, quick and easy and allowed my two fur babies.

Hotel was clean, water was hot, beds were comfy, location was safe with easy access to I-20 but not heavy trafffic.

My initial observation when walking into the lobby was there was an odd smell and the wall to the left with the lights on it was speckled with what looked as if someone sprayed soda all over it. It clearly hasn’t been wiped down for quite some time. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and checked me right in. As I walked into the room, I believe room 327 I was hit with an even stronger more prominent odor. It’s hard to explain, but something like an old warehouse mixed with a pungent electrical smell. I almost went down and asked for a new room but I was exhausted after a 15 hour drive from North Carolina and didn’t want to hassle with it. One of the 3 pillows had what looked like makeup on it. Either they didn’t replace the pillow case or it rubbed off from the housekeeper. Either way, it was unacceptable. But again, I was exhausted after my drive. The back of the door looked like the wall downstairs, again as if someone sprayed soda or even sneezed on it. The fridge door and wall where the TV was, was smudged up as well. The housekeeping staff clearly doesn’t have a strong work ethic. I could also hear a kid in the room directly across the hall from me until I finally fell asleep. Sound proofing is non existent in this motel. The reason for 2 stars rather than 1 is because the guy at the desk was friendly, the bathroom was decently clean, there was hot water, and the mattress was comfy. I was well rested in the morning. And now, I will never book a Motel 6 again.

The room was dirty, it was last cleaned on 5/12/24 per note from maintenance. I checked in on 5/17/24. The floor was sticky and there were bugs in the room. The toilet seat was stained as well as the bathroom counter. The bed sheets were also a little bit stained. It would’ve been a great stay if it was more cleaner.

First room smelled of sewage. Had to change rooms. Second room didn’t appear to be very clean.

Staff was friendly but we got charged extra $15.00 for hour early check in we found a roach crawling on the floor in the room and the floor was dirty as well.

There were termites on the windows. Some type of flying insects covering me and my covers when awaken shortly after check in.. went to front desk and was moved to another room.. then there was a lizard (gecko) running around on the floor.. on the wall… oh my goodness. I told the front desk about gecko and her response was .. oh a lizard..

Hotel had a beautiful lobby and the rooms were new and clean.

The staff were vey friendly. The room was clean with the exception of the floor. The bed was uncomfortable and the walls thin. The remote to the tv was the wrong one and maneuvering the channels a challenge and it turned the lights on and off when you tried to change the channel. It is a dog friendly place but no reciprocal to toss the waste bags. We will not be staying again.

Great stay had a issue with the wifi but other than that great stay. will be back

For being a new place it was okay..when I got there I waited like 5 minutes for someone to show up. The elevator took so long. The TV was terrible. It didn't had that many options to watch.The light would blink some times and the noise was terrible you could hear everything for outside and inside.

Checking in we paid our deposit, but they charged for the whole stay twice instead of just the deposit requested. Took a few days to get this corrected. Also, We booked a room with a mini refrigerator. Upon checking the room. No fridge. We let the man know up front. Came to find out no rooms had these yet because they haven't been delivered. Checked out 5 days later still no fridge and still got charged for a room with a fridge. A few minor issues other than the above.

Everything was great except we could hear the movement from the room above us during the night. It sounded like they were moving furniture while we were trying to sleep. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Ac was leaking water. Towels were left under unit by staff to help with leak

The refrigerator didn’t work notify front desk first night there stated will have maintenance check it no one never showed was there the whole weekend

The staff was rude, charged me twice. Told me I was wrong. I had to show them my bank transactions, they said there was nothing they could do. They offer no toiletries, it is over priced. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

They never gave my deposit back

Great room for the money. Not tons of amenities but very clean and staff was excellent.

Staff horrible and I will never come back to this location ever again. Daisey at the front desk was terrible. She was definitely not someone I would want behind that desk. That lady had me so hot with the smart mouth and disrespectful tone. I wish this location get closed tf down

Unfortunately, despite the property looking like a new building, the staff is horrible. I came to the front desk and waited for over five minutes to be checked in. There was no one in sight. When I needed more towels, there were none, because all the rooms were full… So they didn’t have any extra towels… none of the staff were ever really there to help. When they were there… Which wasn’t very often.

Check in was mildly inconvenient as the extra 100 dollar check in fee was not listed at booking. Would be more convenient if actual extra cost was listed plainly. Otherwise, stay was decent.

We got there and there’s an $100 deposit fee and then our door wouldn’t lock if we left the room so we got another too who she still put another person in.

They went above and beyond to help me in my situation, the room was beautiful, clean and had a great tv, the bed was comfortable and easy to get into being in a walker. 10/10 will stay here again! Also the owner was very helpful!

We visited May 17/18 2025 a Motel 6 for the first time and I was very happy with the cleanliness and how quiet the property is.

The property is new and it's off the hwy of I-20 and hwy 67 in Dallas,Tx. Their's plenty of fast foods , restaurants and groceries stores near by . The only reason why I didn't give 5 * star's is the when I checked in the staff here was lying to me about the fridegerator and microwave will be in my room tomorrow and it's being my third week here and they're putting them in some rooms and haven't got to mines yet.This the reason I booked this hotel because I have medication that's need to be in the refrigerator. I would greatly appreciate the truth and just simply say we just open and they will be installed so as possible and not lying to me saying I will a fridge and microwave tomorrow .

Good value for staying nearby for a local disc golf tournament at Lester Lorch Park in Cedar Hill.

This hotel was tucked in the corner so felt pretty safe. Was beautiful! The room was super spacious and clean. Loved the bathroom too with the fancy mirror with led lights haha.

For a night to crash after a long travel day this hotel is good. We stayed 2 nights and it was good it was a bed, but they were missing a handful of amenities. There was no breakfest, we asked for more pillows and they couldn’t, no soaps at the hotel. If it had those missing things we would score higher.

Adequate for an overnight stay after an international flight, nothing fancy. Bathroom could have been better. Didn’t look at the breakfast.

Did not like they did not have breakfast. There was no remote in the room tried to call front desk phone didn’t work in the room had to use cell phone to call front desk and the guy was supposed to bring up a remote and 30 minutes later I had to go down and get the remote 🙄. Room was decent but there were hairs in the shower and on the door of the bathroom eeewwwwww. No iron in the room don’t know if they have any at the front desk. You get what you pay for if you want to save money this is the place to be. Lobby was nice and clean and fresh smelling.

I choose this hotel because of reasonable price, brand new even the rating was 5 at the time I booked it. Most comments were about the staff and readiness. This is my feedbacks… brand new clean, bed is too soft,no shampoo and conditioner, no hair dryer. However I believe the front desk says these are on order except shampoo is common in dallas not to provide. They have microwave and mini fridge in the room. Also lobby has coffee and tea.
