Very nice hotel. Parking is busy with dining and fun on site. But if you cannot find parking in front of the hotel or under ground, there is a parking garage about a 3 minute walk along a path from the hotel which had more than ample parking available. There was also a golf cart if you wanted a ride to the hotel.

The property was great and the hotel was wonderful. My only complaint was the parking. My mother is 88 and there was no surface parking so I had to park in the parking garage. But, the parking elevator was not working. So each time we left and returned, I had to leave my Mom sitting in the lobby until I either retrieved and/or parked the car.

Parking was a bit of a pain from Friday through the weekend because they share the lot with the other restaurants on the property , everything else was great with the hotel except the beds are quite firm , I like a softer mattress so sleeping was a little tough for me and my partner

The hitel was nice. Having restaurants close by was great. However, there is not really Hotel designated parking. So when all the restaurants are busy and with an outdoor event in full swing, as a paying guest I was disappointed in not being able to park near the hotel.

Parking at night on the weekends is horrible. This is a shared property with two hotels. I feel that I probably over paid by staying on the Hilton side. Breakfast was expensive, however the other hotel had it complementary. The room was nice, however it was hard to find a temp not too hot and not too cold. Nice facility with a good location, the grounds are really nice. Pool is small

The property is in a great location. Walking distance to dinning and family friendly activities. The issue with this hotel is parking. There is no designated hotel guest parking. Parking fills up fast do the crowds of people visiting the other establishments at Epic central. I would avoid this hotel on the weekend if you want easy parking.

Everything was incredible. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, the area was perfect for our stay. Close to family and fun! We overslept and we weren’t rushed at all. 10/10 great experience. Unfortunately my stay was not a great experience. Our room fire detector started chirping at 4 am so I got little sleep. It then took over 10 minutes to get the hot water for a shower and then the sink faucet was flooding water onto the counter ruining my Mup and dripping onto the floor in a huge puddle. I addressed this with the staff who were kind, but feel I should have been a little compensated for my 2 day stay at 200$ a night. They just thanked me for telling them . Very disappointing

Parking is horrible unless you want to walk a long way. I had to keep calling to get my room clean but kept being told they would come tomorrow which they didn't. It was not ckeaned every other day as they stated. I was there 7 days and they only came once.

I stayed two nights from 12/30/24 to 1/1/25. The decor is the lobby is modern and the staffs were welcoming. The standard double bed room is relatively small compared to other competitors. The cleanliness of the room is average because I found a sock by the bed and also husband complained carpet on the entryway need some vacuuming. The guest service also needs improvement. I called the Guest Service at 9am before I head out to refill the coffee station. It was not refilled by the time I returned at 6:30pm. I reached out again and was told someone would bring it. However, no one ever showed up. I wished the guest could submit the request electronically so the hotel staff/management could check if the request had been fulfilled. Overall, the stay was good being over the busy holiday season.

The rooms are very very small, and you can hear every noise from your neighbors. Was woken multiple times to a party next door, called the front desk and nothing happened. They played loud music until after 3am, hours after calling the front.

First time here, love the property. Beautiful, modern and clean. Check in was fast and efficient. Alexander was awesome. He remembered us and greeted us each time. Front desk staff that checked us in was rude, condescending, unhelpful. I explained i had notated that we wanted highest floor available, away from the elevator and facing the water. He said "next time book thru hilton directly, we dont get that info from hotels.com" and i explained to him that I even chatted with a rep a hotels.com and received the same confirmation email that was sent to hilton showing those requests. He didn't want to help accommodate our requests it seemed and was very short and rude as if we were wasting his time. The hotel room was kind of dirty like housekeeping had not cleaned well, random hairs on the bed, bathroom floor and bathtub. Toilet handle was falling of/out of the tank and the beds were low to the ground like a childs bed. Over all not worth almost $200 per night.

Great location if you want to be in a central location in the DFW area. Lots of nearby restaurants, coffee shops, shops and other businesses. The hotel was clean and modern. Hot breakfast was available in the restaurant. Amazing staff dedicated to making your stay comfortable and welcoming. The elevator to the underground parking garage was not working, but it was only 1 flight of stairs to the main level. Highly recommend for families or couples.

The rooms were clean, comfortable bed, I enjoyed the surroundings of the hotel in walking distance. The ambiance in the bar area was great. The best part was the breakfast bar. Everything was fresh and delicious. All the hotel employees were so friendly and made sure you were OK. Definitely be back soon.

Stayed for an event for a few days. Breakfast is not something we would return to due the taste of the food nor the price for what we were getting. Our room was okay, but not worth the price and smelled musty. There were also so many flashing lights in the room at night. It was very distracting. We did like the ample seating around the hotel and the grab n go area by reception.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, accommodating and convenient free parking. Only knock was no free coffee and water for the Hilton Garden Side, the Homewood Suites side had a breakfast area that appeared free. Not a big issue but free breakfast and coffee is always appreciated.

We loved this hotel. The amenities, staff and location were all exceptional. My husband prefers to book hotels with breakfast included and that option is available here and it did not disappoint. The hotel is also located in a great area with easy access to dining, shopping and highways. This will be our go-to hotel in Dallas from now on.
