It was an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff was very accommodating. My flight arrived at 5:00am. Understandably, they weren't able to get me checked in at that time, but there is a lounge on the 5th floor with a couple of couches. I was able to get a couple of hours of shut eye up there. After exploring the city for a few hours, they were able to get me checked in at around 11:30. Still way sooner than the 15:00 check-in time. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. It was nice surprise to find out the staff periodically comes around in the evenings to offer a little dessert. The hotel restaurant was quite nice and the prices were great. The hotel had a promotion going on while I was staying there with a 50% discount on all breakfasts and dinners if reservations were made in advanced. The location can't be beat when it comes to convenience. It is right in the heart of the downtown area with the 2 major metro lines just steps away from the hotel. I would highly recomend this hotel.

The restaurant food is really good. And they give Expedia guest a 25% discount. On top of that the 1$/day breakfast option on Expedia booking site is a huge plus.

Convenient location and very helpful staff. Restaurant downstairs is top notch, particularly at dinnertime. Rooms are comfortable and accesible via elevator. Area is beautifully decorated during holidays Be aware that Goggle map address can be a little misleading and that there is no way to be dropped off in front entrance but plazas around the corner have great access to public tranportation and taxis. Would recommend without hesitation (unless you have a car). We plan on staying here when we visit again.

This hotel is in a great location to access the city and transport links. The big glass windows in the restaurant are perfect for sitting and watching the world go by on Rossio square. Due to two days of uninterrupted rain when we visited in Feb 26 l, we did this a fair bit. The staff are helpful and friendly and organised a taxi for our return trip to the airport. We stayed on the 3rd floor in room 309. The rooms are small but have everything you need including robes, slippers and lovely fragranced toiletries. Beds are comfortable, there is a mini bar, safe and coffee maker (we did not use this) in the room. The bathroom is modern and the shower was powerful and very warm. The only negatives for the room was a slight smell of drains in the bathroom and also if you had two medium to large suitcases there would be a lack of space to place them. There was one suitcase rack but really no other space for the second case. Also sound proofing between rooms is not brilliant but the hotel was not full when we stayed so this was not a problem. Breakfast was fantastic with a many options including a made to order omelettes. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant on our final evening and would highly recommend the food, receiving a 50% discount on food was an added bonus.

Great location, breakfast buffet was good. But the room was very small, no proper bathroom door. It was weird. There was renovation going on durimg our stay, which was noisy and the floor was basically under construction. A lor of dust, did not feel clean at all.

This hotel is in an excellent location. We had a wonderful view from our little balcony. What I didn’t like was there were no drawers in the room to put your clothes also, we had a handicap bathroom, which was horrible. There was a terrible smell coming up from the floor, which I mentioned, but nothing was done about it. Also there was no counter space to put anything. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant downstairs was very nice all in all a good stay.

The location of this hotel is great and next to metro and train station (station that goes to sintra). Unfortunately, the rooms do come with a musty smell. We were able to deal with it but it is annoying given the amount you pay. Also, one bottle of water is ridiculous. Just add a couple euros to each night and provide a new bottle. We ended up just buying more water which was not convenient. Otherwise, this hotel is nice. The breakfast is also decent.

Loved the location, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the restaurant and breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, the room was clean, no noise from outside even though the room faced the street and I would definitely stay here again if I happened to go back to Lisbon!

The front-desk and Bastardo restaurant service was 10/10. Exceeded expectations. The housekeeping service was good and the room was generally clean, but there were some signs the room needs a periodic deep-clean, e.g. cobwebs under the bedside table. The design of the bathroom is the only real issue: the bathroom door is frosted glass and is too narrow for the doorway, leaving a gap where you can see inside. The lack of privacy was very uncomfortable. Also, the shower design means water leaks onto the floor during every shower.

The property definitely was not what I would consider a 4 star hotel. It's beds were misshapen and uncomfortable and the room had a dirty stench to it. The toilet did not flush well and everytime we flushed the bathroom smelt like sewage. There were holes in the decorative blanket and the shower didn't have proper sealing so everytime we showered, a gallon of water would spill out onto the bathroom floor. I could go on, but these were the major issues we never dealt with when it comes to staying at a 4 star hotel. Oh! And Expedia labeled it as a property close to a gym facility, but staff informed us the nearest gym was 20 minutes away. In terms of location, it could not be any better, but the hotel is in terrible condition.

Thank you for our surprise cake anniversary great service lovely staff especially Pedro Good breakfast had a view to the streets excellent Only real downside our room It was a interior view Please never ever choose this 101 a disaster!!!You open the drapes and you look at other guests sitting in a room relaxing looking into our room!!’ Can’t open the windows as so much noise from the aircon It was like a prison I hated every second not worth the money ! I had no idea as the photos on the website do not explain this situation!’ Staff tried to move us but no room Hence only get a view to the street then it’s perfect Close to all the centre stuff

Excellent location. Walkable to some sights. I especially like the Yellow bus hop on hop off is just around the corner which was so convenient. Our room was in a corner giving as a good view of both plazas. There are a lot of souvenir shops and restaurant around the area. The staff at the front desk are so nice. Michelangelo is awesome, giving us detailed information about the city map. Pedro was very helpful in bringing down our luggage. If you like being in the center of it all and does not mind too many people. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in the historic Rossio Square. The hotel is dated, but the rooms were in decent shape. Some of the decor is questionable… some guests travelling with me found the artwork in their room a bit strange, even disturbing! My main complaint was the noise coming from outside my room, which was facing Rossio Square… it was on a Friday night, and it sounded like party central… took a while to fall asleep!

The hotel is very well located, with spacious rooms and a modern, stylish décor. However, the space could be better utilized — there isn’t much room to store luggage or keep personal belongings easily accessible. Despite this, the staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, offering great suggestions to make the stay enjoyable and to make the most of the time in the area.

The hotel was really cute and in a great location. The staff we interacted with was great and we loved the breakfast! My one criticism would be the lack of convenient outlets. I can’t remember I was at a hotel that did not have USB ports and empty plugs. I had to remove the lamp from the outlet to use it for my phone by the bed.

This hotel is in a great location to access the city and transport links. The big glass windows in the restaurant are perfect for sitting and watching the world go by on Rossio square. Due to two days of uninterrupted rain when we visited in Feb 26 l, we did this a fair bit. The staff are helpful and friendly and organised a taxi for our return trip to the airport. We stayed on the 3rd floor in room 309. The rooms are small but have everything you need including robes, slippers and lovely fragranced toiletries. Beds are comfortable, there is a mini bar, safe and coffee maker (we did not use this) in the room. The bathroom is modern and the shower was powerful and very warm. The only negatives for the room was a slight smell of drains in the bathroom and also if you had two medium to large suitcases there would be a lack of space to place them. There was one suitcase rack but really no other space for the second case. Also sound proofing between rooms is not brilliant but the hotel was not full when we stayed so this was not a problem. Breakfast was fantastic with a many options including a made to order omelettes. It was an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff was very accommodating. My flight arrived at 5:00am. Understandably, they weren't able to get me checked in at that time, but there is a lounge on the 5th floor with a couple of couches. I was able to get a couple of hours of shut eye up there. After exploring the city for a few hours, they were able to get me checked in at around 11:30. Still way sooner than the 15:00 check-in time. The room was clean and had everything that I needed. It was nice surprise to find out the staff periodically comes around in the evenings to offer a little dessert. The hotel restaurant was quite nice and the prices were great. The hotel had a promotion going on while I was staying there with a 50% discount on all breakfasts and dinners if reservations were made in advanced. The location can't be beat when it comes to convenience. It is right in the heart of the downtown area with the 2 major metro lines just steps away from the hotel. I would highly recomend this hotel.

This property was showing pictures of a much bigger room and nicer facilities inside the building than what it actually was. Also when i talked to the staff about the refrigerator not getting cold enough, 3 out 6 six outlets in the room not working, Safe not functioning properly and locking, the A/C took hours to cool the room down to a reasonable temp. They offered nothing as a solution. To top it off the bed was hard as a rock! I would never stay at this place again even if they reduced the price to $50 per night. Stay away! So many other much nicer places in the same area for the same price.

Unbeatable location right by Rossio square, trains, metro, restaurants, shops and tourist places. Our food tour began right from Rossio square and we walked around the area, always happy that it wasn’t far to pop into our hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast especially omelette made to order and fresh fruit. This would be my first choice to stay if we return to Lisbon.

Terrific place right in the middle of the area with lots of stuff. Great walking area. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was great although would be nice if they rotated and added a little more variety to the contents of the terrific buffet a little. After day four, good as it was, would have been nice to see something new. Definitely recommend the place and may go go back.

The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming — especially the front desk team, who take the time to explain everything in detail and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly & accommodating, which made the experience feel welcoming from the start. The location was absolutely perfect, convenient & close to everything we needed. One area that could use improvement is the food options. As a vegan traveler, I found it disappointing that there were very limited (if any) plant-based choices available,. With more people adopting dietary preferences or restrictions, offering vegan options would go a long way. Overall, a great stay with wonderful service, & I’d gladly return but the food selection should become a bit more inclusive.
