The service took forever to check us in the room did not have any clean towels we showered and then realized that there was no towels in this in the room. You have to pay for parking in the parking deck. It is very small and it’s scary to drive in and out. It’s only a one-way parking deck, which is the weirdest thing I’ve ever experienced in the parking deck.

Excelente atendimento (nem parecia que estava em Lisboa), pequeno almoço bem variado, recomendo. A única ressalva e a garagem muito apertada e valor muito alto 18 euros a noite um absurdo.

the hotel is located in a good location. however the general hospitality skills of the reception and staff could be better with zero smile or glad attitude. also the shower and sink drain was clogged and draining very slow. I do not recommend the hotel or the Parking as it is the tiniest I have seen in Europe and cars hardly fits and also the daly charge of 18 Euro/ night is not reasonable

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per chi vuole visitare la città con i mezzi pubblici perché la fermata della metropolitana è vicinissima. Dispone di un piccolo (e scomodo) parcheggio interrato, ma per chi non vuole usare l'auto in centro a Lisbona è utile e (poco) meno costoso dei parcheggi pubblici della zona. Il prezzo è nella media, il personale è cortese, l'ambiente è moderno e curato, le stanze sono ampie e pulite. Però il letto è tra i più scomodi che abbia mai provato e il bagno è davvero cupo. La colazione è essenziale, poche cose e poca varietà, comunque dignitosa, ma inizia molto tardi e per chi ha impegni sul presto diventa un problema.

Vorsicht bei diesem Hotel. An sich ist die Lage super aber das ist es auch schon gewesen. Die Tiefgarage ist so klein, dass man selbst mit einem Kleinwagen kaum reinkommt (für 18€!) Es stinkt extrem in der Garage und das allgemeine Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt

Overall the stay was OK. I would consider staying here again possibly in the future, but the condition of the room was a little disappointing but I guess for what I paid and how close it is to most things (within 20 minutes of many things via walking) it was fine. My biggest complaint is the condition of the room. Room looks a little outdated and perhaps some wear-and-tear (marks on the walls, cracks near the desk area, etc). I had a minor issue with some ants near the desk but think I got that cleaned up with some cleaning stuff but still not idea for a 3-star hotel. (For reference, a Holiday Inn in the USA is a 2-star hotel, and I would honestly put this a step below that based on condition). But I also understand that many buldings in Lisbon are older even though the interiors may have been updated, but the ant issue was the biggest turn off I guess. I only saw them the first two nights until I cleaned the desk area and then never saw them again that I remember but I also avoided using the desk after those first two nights. Otherwise, no other issues in the room. The elevator can be slow so I found taking the stairs to be faster (seeing I was only on Level 2, which is actually the third floor; Lobby is on Floor 0). The plus side is that this hotel is only about a block from the metro station and there are food options around with some convenience stores too, so it is convenient, and quieter than other places I stayed in while in Lisbon.

It takes a lot to write a negative review but after the experience we had we felt it necessary. When checking in, staff was not friendly and were told no parking was available, after we booked this hotel purposefully for parking. Once in our room, we were met with a musty smell and a dirty room. There were numerous stains on the walls and the lamp shades, what looked to be mold in the corners of the showers and coffee spilt on the table. We checked in and out within 20 minutes and were told we would not be receiving a refund. We contacted Expedia in hopes to resolve this matter, and management has still failed to respond to Expedia. Very disappointed in the hotel and do not recommend.

The room is spacious but the upholstery of the headboard of the bed is very worn and peeled off. The bathroom is indecorous. The grout lines between the tiles in the bathroom are stained of old, dated black mildews caused by humidity. The handrail of the bathtub is circled by accumulated dirt. It is indeed unconceivable that under such condition one could offer it as a “hotel guest room”, not to mention that the Hotel is rated as a 3-star hotel....... The requested room rate definitely did not worth its value!!!

When checking in, staff was not friendly and were told no parking was available, after we booked this hotel purposefully for parking. Once in our room, we were met with a musty smell and a dirty room. There were numerous stains on the walls and the lamp shades, what looked to be mold in the corners of the showers and coffee spilt on the table. We checked in and out within 20 minutes and were told we would not be receiving a refund. We contacted Expedia in hopes to resolve this matter, and management has still failed to respond to Expedia. Very disappointed in the hotel and do not recommend.

Unbelievably, even after reporting this to reception, we returned at 11 pm to find the situation unchanged. The excuse given was a shortage due to a large student group – completely unacceptable! This meant no shower after a long day. Towels finally arrived the next morning, but the damage was done. The staff's dismissive attitude only compounded the issue. This basic failure and appalling customer service ruined our first days in Lisbon. Hardly to recommend.

Very nice condition in good price, compared to other similarly priced hotels in the core downtown area, such as in Rossio, Chiado, Baixa. The reviews in those downtown hotels, if true, have lots of complaints related to older construction, such as poor ventilation, street sound, mold etc. But this hotel is a very good alternative for those who wants to avoid those downtown hotels with very bad reviews, because it's only a 2 metro station away from core downtown. So you can avoid all those while staying relatively central. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Strongly recommended, especially because the metro is 1 minute walking distance. The staff were very friendly. Good option for families.

L’hôtel est très bien placé avec la station de metro juste à côté ce qui est très utile pour rejoindre le centre ville et sortir. Le personnel a été très sympa et accueillante. Mon seul point négatif est le petit déjeuner qui pour moi semble un peu fait à la va vite, j’aurai aimé plus de diversité

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per chi vuole visitare la città con i mezzi pubblici perché la fermata della metropolitana è vicinissima. Dispone di un piccolo (e scomodo) parcheggio interrato, ma per chi non vuole usare l'auto in centro a Lisbona è utile e (poco) meno costoso dei parcheggi pubblici della zona. Il prezzo è nella media, il personale è cortese, l'ambiente è moderno e curato, le stanze sono ampie e pulite. Però il letto è tra i più scomodi che abbia mai provato e il bagno è davvero cupo. La colazione è essenziale, poche cose e poca varietà, comunque dignitosa, ma inizia molto tardi e per chi ha impegni sul presto diventa un problema.

The hotel is ok. We have chosen Masa hotel cos of the price versus location. Breakfast was included ( not the greatest, eggs felt syntetic and only one day there were fresh vegetables ,but well , coffee was ok, some frutes and some bakery made it - fair enough) Metro is literally 1 min away. Plenty of shops and places to eat around. Around 25-30min walk to the town centre. Room was just ok. A bit loudy neighbors but thats not hotels issue. Staff friendly and helpful. After check out we were able to leave our luggage for few hours on reception before heading to airport.

No staff on the reception. Had to wait for quite while and last time I was there to get help to call for a taxi I even called the receptionist but no one came. Other guests were also there waiting for help. I got help from the locals and managed to call for the taxi to the airport. The rums AC was not working so we didn’t get much sleep. The breakfast had no salads och veggies what so ever. So never coming back again!
