Fantastic 3 bedroom top flop apartment with private terrace and views, 24 hour reception, great staff, handy location. Internally the apartment is spacious with large living room, full kitchen with washing machine and 3 bathrooms. A lift makes luggage and access easy. Highly recommend !!!

We just completed a 5 day stay at HAWS and it was wonderful. There were 6 of us in one of their large suites and we had a great time. Details: Property: Our room was lovely, clean and very spacious. Seems like the property has been newly renovated. We had a large kitchen and all rooms were very well lit. The accommodation was much nicer than our expectations. There is also a nice outdoor seating area and rooms with conference capabilities but we didn’t get a chance to use those. Staff: very nice staff. I interacted mostly with Deborah who is so helpful and really lovely. In general, everyone is very polite and welcoming. Location: The location is just perfect. Intendente metro station is a 2 minute walk. We could walk almost everywhere: Caste, Old Alfama Square, Arc, Santa Justa lift, Liberty Avenue etc. There is a well equipped grocery store, LIDL, about a 5 minute walk. Lots of pastelarias closeby. There is a very nice rare book store about 10 minutes away (livraria castro e silva). Overall, a fantastic stay and I would not hesitate to book this hotel if I am ever in Lisbon again.

Couldn’t fault the place or service. It was great all in all and we all loved it. The apartments are tastefully decorated and the location is super convenient to get to the centre walking.. with the addition of some local hidden gems. The staff were super helpful throughout.. the apartment kitchen is well equipped and there is a Lidl 2 minutes away.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. My family of four stayed for 1 week. The location was walkable to many places also a short uber ride to the best food and shopping. We stayed in a two bedroom that was clean, modern and had all the amenities. The water pressure was amazing. The staff and manager was welcoming and informative. The coworking space in the lobby was so cool and the complimentary coffee was a daily joy!!! If you pressed me for something to say negative I could only offer the size of the elevator which is really only big enough for two people and maybe two bags. Just send your bags up and walk!!! Perfect apartment with great facilities, within the flat and in the public areas - modern, clean, spacious, and with high ceilings. Downtown Lisbon is very close by tram or metro, and can also be walked. Highly recommend.

The apartment had all the amenities which was nice. It was cleaned well however the carpets and furniture could use a steam clean. The staff are friendly. We were on the forth floor and had a few nights of interrupted sleep due to noise from above. If you choose to stay here I would suggest asking for the top floor. Also we paid a hefty sum for our stay and booked through Expedia. We wanted to check out two days early and even though Expedia agreed the hotel would not refund the payment for the unused days as I paid in advance. For this reason I will use other accommodations on my return trips. Lisbon is beautiful and there are many lovely areas in the city to stay. Enjoy!!!

We were a group of 4 that stayed for 5 days at the property. The staff is very nice and sweet.. as soon as we reached we saw red ants in the apartment and the staff was really nice and prompt in changing our room. We were welcomed with wine, tarts and some cheese and this gesture was really sweet. The location is a little far away from the major city center points but it is very easy to find ubers. The appartment was cleaned everyday, the only hiccup i would say is that the ac would act weird some nights and turn off on its own

An outstanding apartment with clean and fresh modern decor, all the facilities you could need and excellent staff on hand for anything. We had a minor panic over the unusual coffee pods (delta rather than Nespresso) but we found these in the nearby Lidl. Overall an excellent stay.

Gorgeous apartment, very nice big welcome gift,lovely lobby with quick grab supplies, would stay hear again But we chose this property with a high expectation of AC throughout. There is AC but the staff in lobby controls it for temperature and when it gets turned on & off which is not acceptable as a guest. There are individual remote controls for each AC unit but they do not work staff controls. It asked for AC on but it got turned off during the night and never turned back on as we requested!! That is no where in listing description. Not acceptable

Our family of four had a delightful two-night stay at this charming, beautifully decorated hotel. Their two bedroom is very spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the staff promptly explained that it temporarily shuts off when the water heater is in use. With this insight, we easily adjusted our hot-shower schedules to ensure the AC could run effectively, and the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience we’d happily repeat!

We just completed a 5 day stay at HAWS and it was wonderful. There were 6 of us in one of their large suites and we had a great time. Details: Property: Our room was lovely, clean and very spacious. Seems like the property has been newly renovated. We had a large kitchen and all rooms were very well lit. The accommodation was much nicer than our expectations. There is also a nice outdoor seating area and rooms with conference capabilities but we didn’t get a chance to use those. Staff: very nice staff. I interacted mostly with Deborah who is so helpful and really lovely. In general, everyone is very polite and welcoming. Location: The location is just perfect. Intendente metro station is a 2 minute walk. We could walk almost everywhere: Caste, Old Alfama Square, Arc, Santa Justa lift, Liberty Avenue etc. There is a well equipped grocery store, LIDL, about a 5 minute walk. Lots of pastelarias closeby. There is a very nice rare book store about 10 minutes away (livraria castro e silva). Overall, a fantastic stay and I would not hesitate to book this hotel if I am ever in Lisbon again.

We had a great time at HAWS, a surprising and interesting boutique apartment hotel. While outside of the core city, it was easy to travel in via Bolt and most of the tours were happy to pick up and drop off from the location. The location has a Lidl very close by for basic shopping needs, and there are some eateries locally which rate well. There is the option of room service too, if too tired to contemplate anything else. While the area is a little noisy and colourful at night, the double glazing in the unit cuts almost all of the noise and the air conditioning was exceptionally good, with per room controls. The hotel apartment itself was very comfortable and had a fully usable kitchen, and the staff were always very kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. The reception always has cover and the team will happily provide refreshments, condiments, small household items and a little local knowledge too. There is lift access to the upper floors for ease too. While we were only 3 people, there was sleeping arrangements for 6 with the sofa bed, and with 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, no real concerns. The lounge in our unit had a tv with some local channels but the staff lent us a tv stick so we could stream tv shows as and when we wanted to. I would go so far as to say this is a hidden gem of a place, and I would highly recommend it for small groups who like to avoid the typical hotel experience. The apartment had all the amenities which was nice. It was cleaned well however the carpets and furniture could use a steam clean. The staff are friendly. We were on the forth floor and had a few nights of interrupted sleep due to noise from above. If you choose to stay here I would suggest asking for the top floor. Also we paid a hefty sum for our stay and booked through Expedia. We wanted to check out two days early and even though Expedia agreed the hotel would not refund the payment for the unused days as I paid in advance. For this reason I will use other accommodations on my return trips. Lisbon is beautiful and there are many lovely areas in the city to stay. Enjoy!!!

Stayed at Haws Liboa for a week with a family of 5. It was the perfect location - easy access to the metro and to the train station. Small market across the street for easy essentials and the neighborhood was quiet. Very walkable to great restaurants. Would definitely come back and stay again.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. My family of four stayed for 1 week. The location was walkable to many places also a short uber ride to the best food and shopping. We stayed in a two bedroom that was clean, modern and had all the amenities. The water pressure was amazing. The staff and manager was welcoming and informative. The coworking space in the lobby was so cool and the complimentary coffee was a daily joy!!! If you pressed me for something to say negative I could only offer the size of the elevator which is really only big enough for two people and maybe two bags. Just send your bags up and walk!!! There is also some sound transmission between floors and hallways but never a problem. Stay here you won’t regret it.

This was an awesome room. My boyfriend & I and my parents stayed here for two days and we loved it. Carolina was super helpful in reception and made sure we had everything we needed during our visit. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautifully decorated, very clean room with a modern kitchen. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of desks, tables, chairs, and a complimentary coffee machine. It’s also an easy walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. The only issue was the shower drain, which was extremely slow. We informed the front desk and they sent someone to check it, but unfortunately there was no improvement.
