Great new location opened dec 2023 - 53 rooms Breakfast was included Near parking right back but we used valet 5 star accommodation with 5 star service - impeccable - almost as good as four seasons ( the staff for the first 2 days were a bit more attentive )

The air conditioning is self controlled. It’s very clean and quiet in our room. The staff is always welcoming when you return from a day of site seeing. The area is very convenient and very close to the Main Street where there’s plenty of shops and food everywhere. Walkable to everything!

This is a good hotel (not a 5 star though), in a good location with great staff members. I would have given a 4 star review however we ran into a sewage like smell in our room which was not bearable. The staff did move us to another room on the last day. No one knew why that smell came from. I was pleased the staff at the front desk assist with another room, but the management should look into this issue. The lobby on first floor also had some of this smell.

They greeted me by name each day and went out of their way to make my stay special. The staff was superior going out of their way to help. The daily breakfast was wonderful too. Lots of restaurants and sidewalk cafes nearby. Our room was somewhat small, however. The two of us had large suitcases because we were coming off a cruise, so we had little extra space.

The staff here is absolutely incredible. So welcoming. Let us check in quite a bit early, for which we were grateful considering we were working off of ZERO sleep after a long flight. Were VERY helpful with recommendations. The rooms are "unique" and "boutique" so if you are looking for a Holiday Inn, this AIN'T IT!! We stayed for two nights in October and would definitely come back.

The entire staff went out of their way to make our entire trip special. From the welcome drink and small pastry in our room to the attentive bar and restaurant staff. Breakfast was wonderful with made to order meal and large buffet of fruits, breads, cheeses, yogurts and pasteis. Front desk staff extremely helpful with arrangements for local excursions. Loved the walking tour and Beatriz’s insight to local must sees. Highly recommend this hotel!

Um hotel excepcional, seja pela localização, pela arquitetura Art Deco, pela competência e simpatia de todos os funcionários! Nos sentimos em casa. Os quartos são muito confortáveis (estivemos em um de 18 m2 e em outra ocasião noutro maior com cerca de 30 m2), novos, limpos, igualmente bem decorados.
