Clean issues No wi fi No internet service No signal No service at all

Pool had broken tiles, beds were the worst I’ve ever experienced, mattresses really uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep comfortably 1 night being there. Asked to clean our rooms and they just tucked in the creased up bedsheets rather than change. I would strongly never recommend this hotel until they really up their game. I would rate this 1-2 star on current showing. There is definately a lot better hotels out there. Breakfast is extra. Blankets were all different colours and not nice clean white ones. Towels were tiny and looked like they have not been replaced in 10 years. I could not wait to get away.

Stayed for 5 days with my son. He loved the pool and the kids area.

Very nice hotel close to the mall and downtown Giza. Very clean with a nice pool. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property, walking distance to many chain testaurants. The rooms were spacious and lovely balcony. Service and amenities was where this hitel was lacking. Pool was closed due to algae when we were there. Went to the restaurant it took over an hour for our food and they were out of most of the menu items. When we asked if the hotel could set up an airport transfer, they told us to call an Uber.

Jättedåligt när man jämför med andra femstjärniga hoteller. Snåla med toapapper och tvål. Wifi på hotellet har inte en lång sträcka man måste typ sitta ute för att kunna använda hotellets nät.

This place is a wonderful place. It has a nice customer service and a beautiful environment. They also have entertainment events. The price is good. The food and coffee is wonderful 😋.

Bij aankomst 2 uur moeten wachten op de kamer na die tijd kamer nog steeds vies, geen water en geen handdoeken, tijdens het wachten eten besteld 1 uur wachten vervolgens verkeerde bestelling en nog vies ook oud brood envelop was nog rauw. 4 dagen zonder water vervolgens wel water geen warm daarna, stroom van de Vila lag om de haverklap eruit, internet alleen onder router als er stroom was, plaatjes van de comfort suite zijn niet zoals op internet, we zouden gratis ontbijt hebben kregen we niet. Zou een 2 persoon bed zijn was er niet. Ruimte leek wel op persoonlijke opslag van eigenaar. Zou koelkast zij was er ook niet. Appartement kon niet op slot balkon deur kon niet dicht en kon niet slapen door erg veel geluidsoverlast door auto’s, claxonneren en andere gasten. Tv is er niet op de kamer, bij vraag voor schoonmaken deden ze niet. Veel zwerf katten op en in het complex. Water zwembad vies.

The property is a gorgeous building with lovely decor, with plenty of green outdoor space and 2 swimming pools perfect for all ages. The atmosphere is fantastic in all aspects, from the welcome all the way through to the staff and other customers. The main desk staff are very helpful in dealing with all situations, and the other staff are so hard working. Management should feel proud to call them employees! We only ate at the hotel once, this was only due to our sleep patterns being out from the open times... the food was tasty and decent value. The kids play toys are aimed at closer to toddler aged children and would be amazing to see things for slightly older children e.g swings, seesaw etc. The swimming pools are kept clean and a great place to go during the day/evening/night. There is an onsite shop, pricing seems very fair. The hotel also has connections to tours which they can help with. We already had ours booked so didnt make use of this. My issues with the property are generally superficial in that some rooms could do with some finishing touches and some of the showering areas could have been built better (not the case in all rooms)... i personally wasnt a fan of having marble based flooring in the bathroom especially near the showers as it gets easily wet and very slippery. Wifi could be a bit better (this is an egyptian connection issue rather than just as this hotel) The same goes for regular power cuts...all of this is out of control of the hotel

Excellent, clean, friendly staff, beautiful property. Outside property somewhat noisy next to busy road, an 8 km journey to Pyramids. Great place to stay, just book your room away from busy road.

The villa had no lift.. but it's only 3 or so floors but you should consider this.. the rooms are spacious but we had an ant infestation in ours which came back with us in our suitcase. The hotel doesnt provide toothbrush or shoes.. only used slippers from other hotels as per the logos .... breakfast is bought to your table but they had no toast or fateer or buffet or jam... but they served eggs your way and fool beans and cheese and salad..tea only as coffee is extra charge. We asked for a do not disturb sign but they would still knock on the door multiple times even after we told them not to...we ordered room service which was tasty but they overcharged on the bill so you have tp be careful... and double check. It might've been a genuine mistake but best to be safe. The ac heater was amazing and near silent. Would l book again..no as the breakfast was a let down and so was the used slippers

der var ingen rengøring, poolen var beskidt, sengen var hård og Høj musik til kl 3 om natten. ci gik ud et par gange og bedte om at få skruet ned med meget kort efter skuede de op i gen. dog vil jeg sige personalet der var super flinke også til hjælp med ar bestille taxa til os :)

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were made to feel special. The gardens are spotless and the staff are so helpful. The room was basic but what more do you want when you are there just to sleep. Honestly this will be my go to hotel from now in Cairo.

Place was amazing clean. The cleaning staff were cleaning the pool/seating/ children areas all day. Place looked pristine/ immaculate all the time. Shame their breakfast is set and there is no variety. Mattress's could have been a little more comfortable but this is down to preference. Staff were amazing. The hotel brochure states Kitchenette but not in the room. No tea facility either.

Ein absolutes Desaster – Finger weg Von Anfang bis Ende war dieser Aufenthalt schlichtweg katastrophal. Zuerst habe ich ein *Deluxe-Chalet* gebucht, doch was ich erhalten habe, war ein winziges, erbärmliches Zimmer, kaum größer als 15 m², ohne Hof und ohne vernünftige Fenster – komplett das Gegenteil von den Bildern und der Beschreibung des Chalets, das ich eigentlich gebucht hatte. Als ich den Chef darauf ansprach und höflich um ein Upgrade bat, begegnete mir eine unfassbare Unfreundlichkeit. Er war weder hilfsbereit noch professionell – im Gegenteil, sein Verhalten war geradezu abstoßend. Zweitens: Es gab absolut keinen Zimmerservice, obwohl ich mehrfach darum gebeten hatte. Keine Antwort, keine Reaktion. Es war, als würde man gegen eine Wand sprechen. (Fotos belegen das.) Und dann der absolute Höhepunkt: Am zweiten Tag kamen wir spät ins Hotel zurück und fanden unsere Sachen in einer ekelhaften Brühe schwimmend vor. Das Bad war verstopft, das Wasser lief über. Als ich die Mitarbeiter darauf ansprach, war die Antwort geradezu lächerlich: „Ja, das passiert in letzter Zeit öfter.“ Unglaublich, dass so etwas toleriert wird! Dies ist nur die Spitze des Eisbergs. Es gab noch zahlreiche weitere unerträgliche Vorkommnisse, aber um euch nicht zu sehr zu langweilen, lasse ich es hier. Schaut euch einfach die Bilder und Videos an, die ich aufgenommen habe – die sprechen Bände!

The hotel was very bad and the room was very bad. I changed the room 4 times., each room had a problem. The heater does not work once, and the room is cold and the bed is not comfortable. It is impossible to return to this hotel again and take responsibility, not only for the hotel but the company from which I booked.

The original basic room was depressing, and I paid to upgrade with a little difference. TV did not work. The broken windows did not seal, allowing streetcar noise in, etc. The worst part, they detain you until they check the room, and then they allow you to check out.

Really nice hotel for the price. Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent Wi-Fi and within walking distance to a range of food outlets. Easy to pick up an Uber to get around. Would happily stay again.

Je vais commencer par l'arrivé une demi heure d'attente ensuite dirigé a la chambre qui est tres grande par contre mal agencer des qu'on entre salon sans télé chambre des enfants ensuite on accède chambre parent sans verrou et salle de bain avec baignoire et toilette catastrophique tout est casser le deuxième jour fuite toilettes coupure d'eau ensuite coupure d'électricité tout au long du séjour demande une autres chambre les deux jeune fille de la réception incapable de trouvais une solution a la fin elle nous on dit hotel complet se qui etait faux et pas du tout aimable deux jeune homme tres gentille on essayer de nous aider parce que pas d'armoires pour 5 personnes la piscine sans filtre avec du sable saleté apres plusieurs plainte il on changer l'eau de la piscine tout les deux trois jours nous avons rencontrer le directeur il crie sur le personnelle les insultes devant nous il nous dit bonjour mais quand on réclame il devient limite vulgaire les 3 jeune fille au bare et petit dej superbe tres gentille un gros plus pour ryme et noura tres agréable et au petit soin a oui attention pas de retard pour la sorti sinon le directeur viens vous sortir vos affaires

Expedia ne devrait pas dire que le petit déjeuner est compris car c\'est faux .. c\'était un petit déjeuner uniquement salé et payer le café en supplément ainsi que le jus d\'orange. L\'hôtel dans son ensemble était bien, mais "certain membres du personnel" étaient distant, pas de sourire , de bonjour et aucun effort pour comprendre les demandes. Leur anglais étaient approximatif, malgré que nous prenions des traducteurs Google. Y retourner.. NON ! M

The hotel mentioned in Expedia is not the same hotel where the reservation was done. From Hotel Pyramids, the front desk said that the reservation was in another Pyramids not this. Two hotels faced similar name but the location is so far one from another.

Oda iyiydi ama kahvaltı bize göre değil çok basit yok gibi çevre sıkıntılı ama otel içi güvenli araç varsa kullanışlı yoksa zorlanırsınız

Bel hotel propre Personnel à l ecoute, près des commerces Chambre convenable Dommage pas de chaises ni cintres pour accrocher les vêtements Petit dej décevant ,pas de croissant, ni beurre, confiture, miel, ptit dej continental : omelette, fèves, tomate, concombre, pommes de terre, tr épicés, je prenais mon ptit dej au mac do à côté Directeur s est mis en 4 pour nous satisfaire

Perfect little place to be based out of while you do what you do. Be patient the food comes slow but its like that everywhere there.
