Localização incrível, no borburinho, dá pra fazer muita coisa a pé. Fácil acesso do aeroporto e da estação de trem para o hotel. Quartos grandes, espaçosos, camas confortáveis, banheiro grande. Único detalhe a pia e balcão pequenas que não dá pra espalhar os itens pessoais. Elevador pequeno e antigo , precisa ser melhorado com urgência.

Room 202 hás no Wi-Fi which I learned only later when I needed for work . Nobody cared. Tv Remote control with bad battery. Bathroom smells like sewage. I will never stay there again.

This hotel is 2 minute walk to the train station and close to many points of interests. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms are sound proof. There was a Pingo Doce below the hotel which was very convenient. I will stay here on my next trip to Lisbon my only request is to have a kettle or coffee maker in the room.

I was in room 318. WiFi awful. Cut in and out… mostly no signal. Spoke to desk about it three times… they weren’t helpful. They lacked patience and were rude. Issue not resolved over the 5 day stay. The advert states bath and bidet… my room had neither. I spoke to front desk about it, showing them my booking which states that was part of their advert. They said they didn’t have another room… I checked online. They had a triple, but they said I couldn’t have that one.

Our stay was almost ok, especially for the central location. However, while the bathroom was ample and the shower fine, it smelled of old plumbing and there was no exhaust fan. That we had to shut off all power upon leaving the room is nonsensical. I can understand this for controlling AC expenses, but shutting off the fridge for the day whilst out sight seeing and coming back to warm drinks is unacceptable. And no ice machine for guests?? Come on! I would have gladly paid for that, but no and not even cold water. Despite the lukewarm water and juice, your breakfast was fine and your staff was attentive enough. But, for the price we paid, I find your hotel lacking and would not recommend it to my friends.

Convenient location for the price. Clean. Friendly staff.I would stay there next time I go to Lisbon. The only thing I would prefer is a kettle in the room. Only had a fridge. They did have a tea room on the second floor with a coffee machine that uses pods.you could get breakfast there if you want, we didn't try the breakfast.There is a grocery store right beside the hotel

The staff were largely friendly and helpful. However, you were not provided any soap, told to use shower gel and also the toilet rolls were not topped up. The corridors were filthy and obvious signs of someone having been sick down it but it is not cleaned up.

We stayed at the hotel for one night in the beginning of July 2023. The room had bed bugs and we are now going through the nightmare of ridding our home of the bugs. I have tried to reach the hotel, twice, but have not been successful. I would bot recomend staying here!

Hotel seems nice on photos - esthetically pleasing at first glance. However, the smell and presence of visible mildew is overwhelming . The shower/sink/toilet were covered in it. Nicely situated but otherwise do not recommend if you like cleanliness

The Rossio Inn was in a nice location. My wife and I were able to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to see. The room was a little snug, and the bathroom was very small. The AC/heat in the room worked well. WiFi did not work the first day we were in the room but it was great after that.

While the location is exceptional, the room was small and very cramped. The floor was not level, the ceiling slanted (top floor) rendering half the space as useless and was basically only a bed and bathroom…not very relaxing.

The hotel is very centrally located. Our room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The personnel of the hotel very kind and helpful. The only negative is that the walls are thin and we could hear well all the noise from the adjoining rooms. The windows however isolated well from the noisy outside (there are many people out at night in this area).

2 minutes to Rossio train station, good location. Our standard room had a double bed with 24" space around the bed. Barely enough room for 2 suitcases. You have to turn sideways to use the toilet and the shower. Basically a size of a walk in closet. If your over 200lbs good lock fitting into the room.

Horrible room with unusable bathroom. Can’t sit on toilet because it’s only inches away from shower wall. Horrible. This should not be used for guest use. Shower stall is about 2 feet diameter. Not enough room to shower.

Good location just off Rossio Square and a reasonable breakfast was included. However, in the attic room I was in on the 3rd floor I wasn’t able to stand upright due to the sloping roof, unless in the window spaces.

The staff at the reception desk was rude and unhelpful, The staff that were cleaning the rooms were very friendly . The rooms need a makeover very rundown bed uncomfortable and mould around the bathroom. Air-conditioning was terrible Didn’t work properly it’s very hot in the room

The staff didn't really care too much, plus there was nothing said about the city fee on the booking. Called downstairs for an iron, no answer. Went downstairs and asked, never sent up. No towels in one day, called downstairs and nothing came up. Staff where kind of soul less, no heart in the service at all.

It is one street behind Plaza Rossio and walking distance to other plazas, restaurants and srores. Supermarket/bakery next door. Money exchange and ATM very close. Beautiful Breakfast area and good variety.

Breakfast was delicious, location excellent, it is an old hotel a little wear and tear here and there, but everything thing works very well, I would improve only on the quality of the pillow, but that could be my fault for not asking for others ones. Bottom line I would stay there again without thinking twice.

el hotel esta muy bien ubicado,la habitaciones muy pequeña 12 mts cuadrados,el bano de 1mto por 60 cmts y la regadera es de 30x49 casi imposible de bañarte el desayuno que sirven diariamente es muy pobre y suempre lo mismo No lo recomiendo ya que su precio de de 127 dlls por noche puedes conzeguir otro hot
