Stayed 2 nights

We booked a room for four people—two adults and two children. However, when we arrived at the room at 9:00 p.m. (even though we could have checked in as early as 4:00 p.m., we chose to spend the afternoon exploring the city), there was only one king-size bed and one small bed. We had to ask for an additional bed to be brought to the room. There were also only two bath towels, so we had to request two additional towels. The next morning at breakfast, no server came to offer us coffee, so we had to ask. Then, no one brought us milk, so we had to ask for that as well. The servers were not particularly courteous. That evening, we had dinner at the restaurant. Many items on the menu were unavailable. The servers rarely came to check on us. My partner chose the buffet, and no one came to clear his plates. Overall, we found the staff to be not very welcoming or attentive. We are accustomed to staying at luxury hotels where the level of service is significantly better, so this experience was disappointing.
