Very bad service in the lounge especially in the evening. They’re public Wi-Fi. Is horrible, unless you pay. There elevators needs attention, the wait is so long to come down to lobby, that I had to use there housekeeping elevators as I had my luggage with me , I was just using stairs 100 times quicker.

Shakedown: At check-in I was asked if I was interested in a “newly remodeled room” (not an UPGRADE to a larger room) for an additional €75 per night. They had the same room available but in better condition, but it would cost me an extra €300 for my stay. Disrepair/mold (pictures): o Moisture damage in the bathroom door jams, wood rot and black mold o Instead of fixing the issue they have painted over wood rot many times o Bathroom door doesn’t latch closed; desk said they would send someone up to repair – no one ever showed up and door remained broken our entire stay o The shower curtain hadn’t been changed in a while, soap scum film buildup at the bottom Disrupted Cable (video): o 1/3 of all stations didn’t work, 2/3 of all other channels worked fine, came in “crystal clear” o Technician came to fix a “loose” connection and we lost more channels o Hotel desk then called up and said entire building is having trouble with some channels (lied) o Lobby televisions had crystal clear reception on channels we had interrupted signals Worn out (picture): o Towels were beyond “shelf-life”; scratchy and non-absorbent o Bathroom was 70’s motif with cracked tiles and chipped tiles Electrical issues: o Outlets heated up our converter adapters to the point we didn’t charge our devises; we stayed at 3 other accommodations in Europe without this issue

What I did not like was that the property was too far from the Lisbon metro area. I also did not like the half door showers, our bathroom was constantly wet b/c the half door caused all the water to get out and drain on the floor. It was a mess. The food at restaurant was mediocre but the worst in my opinion is that even thought we arrived at 11am, we waited 4 hours for a room and they didn't even think to comp the food/beverage we needed. I had to go to them at 330pm to ask the front desk if our room was ready. WE just sat and waited and they forgot about us. I would never go back or recommend.

Very close tot he airport, which is handy with early morning or late flights arrival/departure. Big and comfortable bed, well working A/C and nice balcony. Walking distance to the metro line which in about 20-25 minutes takes you to lisbon city center.

This is really a beautiful hotel and the dinner we had in the bar was really good. Service was great at the front desk and in the bar The reason I gave it an OK rating, is there were two things that really bothered me. The AC did not work well enough in our room to cool us down. We had to keep the door open all night and it was very noisy traffic outside. The other thing was I paid extra for a room with a city view, but it was not what I would call a City view at all just square buildings. It was not worth the extra price I paid.

Unfortunately, There were several mishaps with this Marriott. I had to work and the power was failed several times. Not allowing me to get done what I needed to do. Also missing very important meetings. The TV was out and of all times...I choose a hotel that I planned to spend time in and enjoy the comforts of my room, however, not being able to just relax and enjoy watching tv became more stressful then I would have liked. The room service we ordered was cold. It was my birthday and my sister was with me, however, she also regrets staying here. I was disappointed and not only was my work days affected so was my birthday!

I had two back-to-back reservations for a total of four nights. The second reservation (made through Expedia) accidentally ended up with the wrong date. I noticed the mistake immediately and contacted both Expedia and the hotel to simply shift the stay by one day so the two bookings would match. Despite it being an easy adjustment and despite my request being made right after booking, the hotel refused to accommodate the change. When I arrived in person and explained the situation again, they still declined to help. As a result, I had to pay for an additional booking, while the original night—on the wrong date—went unused. I’ve never experienced a hotel so unwilling to make a reasonable correction, especially for a continuous stay. This inflexibility turned what should have been a simple fix into an unnecessary expense and a frustrating experience.

We had the best hotel stay we've ever experienced at the Lisbon Marriott. After a really rough travel day, we arrived late and discovered our family of 5 could not be accommodated in one room like we thought, and the front desk went above and beyond to help us sort out our situation. They were extremely kind and patient, especially with our three young children. I truly cannot express how much their kindness meant to me in that moment after such a long and hard day, but I will never forget it and never stop recommending this hotel!

Overall whilst a decent hotel, feels a bit dated for the price you pay, and is not very conveniently located. Middle of nowhere with no real choices for food/drink nearby, you have to really go into central Lisbon, which is about 40 mins if you’re walking to metro station

Loved the quiet. The rooms were very comfortable. Staff were attentive . Disliked the basic items like a cup of coffee being so over priced !! We went around the corner for coffee every day as opposed to having it in the hotel for twice the price. Why gouge the clientele on something so basic as a cup of coffee!! The restaurant food was unimaginative and not very tasty We had dinner there twice and I was very dissatisfied with my meal.

Service was impeccable and the international vibe was energizing. Met a fun group of people around the lobby bar and the manager at the restaurant was so friendly and warm. Food at the restaurant was wonderful as well. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Lisbon.
