Our stay was awesome. Our room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was outstanding, especially on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday. On the other hand, there needs to be heat in the hallways of this hotel. This hotel hallways were as cool as the outside temperatures. This is an unacceptable condition and must be corrected immediately.

Breakfast area not kept clean as the morning progressed. Wasp nest over utility room door by side entrance. I was stung twice while walking doewn sidewalk. Havent received my deposit back yet.

This hotel advertises a pool, and they have a pool. I'm ready to go relax after a hard day's work, middle of July, outside temperature 95F, and the pool is closed. When I asked the front desk the answer was that the season has not started yet. Hmm... I am thinking the season of honesty with their customers has not started yet!

Probably one of the best places to stay in the area but pool was closed ( we picked this place for the pool ) Maybe 15 mins to RiverWalk - easy straightforward drive but extremely sketchy along the way. This hotel and the one directly behind it were the only two that looked decent. If I ever travel thru here again we would consider staying there again due to it being so much more affordable than at the RiverWalk.

The property was great. Noce and very clean. But when its 100 degrees heat index and you book a hotel with a pool, you expect a pool. When i booked online there should have avwarnong or something stating no pool access.

the staff was great! FYI only no completes, room 427 1.the hand held shower spray drip (while the shower was being used) and flooded the bathroom floor. 2. the freezer water tray was full of water and overflowing. also the pool entry door handle was broken.

Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and comes with stay. The room was clean, but the hall could need use a little airfreshner. I was very disappointed that the treadmill was not working. Overall great stay!

Our stay at the hotel was fine. The only problem that we “encountered” was discovering that the inside top of the microwave wasn’t clean but extremely dirty, so it was obvious no one had cleaned it thoroughly. It grossed us out! But aside from that, everything else was good. The staff was courteous, professional and friendly; the breakfast food was excellent as always and the beds were comfortable, and there wasn’t a lot of noise in the hallways either…

The booking and checking were quick and easy. When we entered the room, the toilet had urine in it! There was also hair in the shower! The lobby and breakfast area and the rest of the hotel were clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

This was my first stay at Hampton Inn. While the staff was friendly the rooms weren’t clean. I dropped my earring which lead to me having to move the mattress a bit and OMG the nastiness was so gross that we all slept in one bed. I alerted the front desk who stated she’d have a manager call me…that’s it…now we wait.

I live in Waycross Georgia and the hotels in my hometown need desk workers like Hampton Inn has. The lady that checked me in was so sweet and amazing. The room was spotless and nice. The cleaning crew was so friendly. It was an amazing stay and if I ever have to go back to Augusta again I’m definitely staying at the Hampton Inn.

I really enjoy this hotel every time I visit the Augusta, GA; the location is great, the room is immaculate, and the price is reasonable and affordable. The breakfast actually works to. Check in with smooth Staff was professional Room A/C was cold and the shower was hot and bed was comfortable; those "3" things are a mandatory in me choosing a hotel in any city, state or country Overall I give this hotel a 5 out of 5

Check- in was a breeze. No problem with parking, day or night. The breakfast was great. Room was clean. The only problem i had was the pillows need to be replaced. Have stayed several times and will stay again. Ill just bring my own pillows!

The room was fairly old and had an old smell. Checked in around 11pm and the front desk said they had to make sure my room was ready…check in was at 3 so I assumed there wouldn’t be a need to check. There is a gas station across the street and that’s about it.

When I booked a stay at this hotel I was told that check in time would be 3:00pm. When I arrived here, the front desk workers told me my room wasn’t ready, keep in mind that I got here around 4:00pm. To add on, the worker told me that they would call me when the room finished, when I asked them how long it would take until the room was cleaned they told me they would call, but unfortunately this wasn’t the case when an hour passed and I wasn’t called. I took the initiative and walked into the hotel again, when I asked the front desk about my room they were able to give me a key. The worker who attended me didn’t offer an accommodations nor was the most kind when handling the situation. If check in is 3:00pm then a room should be available, or it shouldn’t take a two hours, checked in at 5:00pm, to be ready.

I’m a repeat customer of this Hampton Inn. I love the friendliness of the staff. Very accommodating and have a printed out list of surrounding restaurants WITH directions, distance and phone numbers.

The staff at check was very polite. The beds were perfect. They were not the new high beds. My mom has struggled at most hotels with the higher beds. We also had 2 dogs with us and again the staff welcomed them. Everyone was welcoming and cheerful.
