Very bad internet. We called, they said internet is down, they are working on it because front desk is also affected. Internet continued to be bad the whole 6 days we were there. Every time we asked about it they said they are fixing the internet. AC in room was broken. The maintenance guy tried to fix it, got water everywhere. They tried to give us a smaller room with AC while still charging us price for the bigger room with a broken AC. Staff is very rude.

Room was clean enough and location was ideal. It was quite noisy, particularly as our room was facing on to the elevators. When the aircon was on or the neighbours ran water it was very loud and hard to sleep. It’s aging, for example our sofa was falling apart. We stayed for 2 days and that was enough. The hotel we moved into next was also 4 stars, but a much more upmarket experience for a similar price, whilst being central to Rome.

This is a modern hotel and is themed around Italian cinema due to its location. The rooms are a decent size and beds are comfortable. The location is good for metro, it’s about a 5/10 minute walk to a station and then 20 mins into Rome centre. The area around the hotel looks run down but the hotel is good. Breakfast is the usual continental with some hot eggs and bacon. Rooms on the back have balconies and a better view this does mean some residents go out on them to smoke and talk late at night. All in all a decent hotel and the staff are very good.
