Really love to stay at this hotel when we come to Vienna. The only very slight negative is the website suggests a bar and restaurant, however the bar is open during the week only and the restaurant is breakfast only. The hotel itself is very nice and staff very friendly. Will stay again

Such a lovely hotel. Staff were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide range of food - everybody was catered for. Would recommend. Only slight hiccup - only one lift was working and became quite busy during peak times. Didn't mind walking down from the 4th floor, but walking up was something else 😊

Overall beautiful hotel, good friendly service. Great breakfast, although sometimes felt a bit crowded. Not in the tourist area of Vienna, but very close to public transportation. Not a walkable distance to the center. Supermarket Billa just in front of the entrance. A few additional supermarkets around, as well as basic dining options - McDonald's, pizza. Big nice room, good enough for family of 4. Value for money as fare and good. For the cons - location is not central. The water pressure in the shower was weak, not a pleasant experience after a long day of winter sightseeing.The beds were not comfortable - matrasses are way too soft, had trouble having a good sleep. Both elevators were broke - one for the whole period of our stay, the second and last broke a day before our check out. Had to climb 5 floors several times a day and handle the suitcases on our way out - seriously unacceptable. Overall, nice, safe and beautiful hotel.

I stayed in the hotel for only a few hours before my flight. I loved the design of the hotel, the shower had everything we needed. The room was specious, clean, and had AC! The only disappointment was that when I arrived (close to 3pm) there was no space at the parking garage and I had to park elsewhere, which was a hassle with all the luggage. The staff was helpful and gave me detailed information about other parking options

We enjoyed our stay at the Bellevue. The hotel is a little run down in places but certainly did not spoil our stay. Our room had some large stains on the carpet and bed but the linen was clean and the bed comfy. The shower jets were a little blocked but there was still enough power for a decent shower. The breakfast was the real highlight of our stay. There was a great choice and it was particularly nice that they had champagne that you could help yourself to. The fruit was really good especially the pineapple and melon. Location was easy for getting on the main D tram that takes you up to all the main sites. There was a bar in the hotel but apart from at breakfast we never noticed it being open which was a shame but there is a large Billa supermarket over the road that you can get your drinks from and take them back and store them in your minifridge in your room.

It’s a lovely old hotel and a simple bar. Relatively easy to get to and opposite a supermarket. The lifts are a little tricky if you have big luggage and don’t expect help getting the luggage to your room. But the hotel staff were accomodating and happy to let me leave my luggage all day while I explored the city before my trip out of the city. Would be happy to stay again

Das Zimmer war o.k., das Bad war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und stark sanierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war top. Parkplätze im Hotel nur sehr wenige vorhanden und rel. teuer (25€/Tag), Alternativparkplatz im nahegelegenen Parkhaus (5 min Fußweg) günstiger, das Parkhaus selbst rel. dunkel und dreckig.

Auch nach zweimal bitten wurde das Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt. Wir mussten einmal selbst die Handtücher und am nächsten Tag Duschgel holen. Es funktionierten nur zwei (von 4) Steckdosen hinter dem Fernseher.

L’accueil est agréable.Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié : expresso, thé, pain, jus de fruits, croissants, fromages, charcuterie, œuf au plat, omelette… La literie est confortable. Nous sommes restés 7 nuits et le ménage n’a jamais été fait ni le sol ni la salle de bain. Ils nous ont changé les serviettes de toilettes. Les fauteuils de la chambre sont tachés et pas stables. Les tapisseries sont sales. Cet hôtel n’a pas les prestations d’un hôtel quatre étoiles…Je vous conseille de nettoyer les chambres comme la salle de restauration qui est toujours propre.

La habitación era muy amplia para 2 adultos y 2 niños, muy cómodo el tener cafetera y hervidor para un pequeño desayuno y rápido. Muy bien comunicado con el tranvía y el metro a 50metros del hotel. Varios restaurantes por alrededor muy recomendables y mejor precio que en el centro. La única pega que le saco es que un día se les olvido hacernos la habitación y que tiene bañera en lugar de ducha(el baño un poco antiguo).

Come sempre nei miei viaggi mi limito a commentare quello che ho vissuto!A priori mi dispiace fare una cattiva recensione,lo faccio per aiutare la struttura a migliorare l'ospitalità degli utenti! Soggiorno di 3 notti, per tre persone, camera spaziosa con soffitto molto alto ,sembrava di dormire in piazza!Non è mai stato pulito il bagno,luogo che dovrebbe essere igienizzato tutti i giorni, carsamente illuminato a causa di lampadine bruciate, pulizia generale della stanza scarsa! Benedetti amici austriaci perché vi costa così tanto mettere un bidet nel bagno?Cambiato solo due set di asciugamani,non rifatto il terzo letto, finestra completamente aperta al nostro ritorno in hotel ! Molto spartano per essere un 4 stelle,nel mini frigo non c'era niente, personale poco disponibile alle nostre richieste.Una cosa positiva è stata l' ottima colazione! Difficile parcheggiare in zona, quello dell' hotel costa 25€ al giorno C"è un super mercato di fronte all'hotel, è ben servita dai trasporti pubblici. Inoltre vorrei dire agli amici austriaci in generale, cercate di essere più ospitali, ho fatto diversi viaggi in Austria, l' atteggiamento è sempre lo stesso!Con l' augurio di aver fatto cosa gradita per migliorare l'ospitalità vi auguro un buon lavoro!

Having never been to Austria before, we took a chance on this property due to its location - less than 10 min subway ride to downtown, not to mention the subway station was a 5 min walk as well. We were more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel at 10am after flying all night and our room was ready. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The room was better than expected and very clean. Would absolutely stay here again

The Hotel Bellevue was in a great location. Trams stopped frequently in the street just outside the hotel's front doors. Also a train station was quite nearby. Getting anywhere in the city was so convenient. Regarding the hotel itself, it was great! The room was spacious and well maintained. The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room. There were many options available in the breakfast buffet and everything served fresh. It was a delight to just wander down to the breakfast room and start each day!

Hotel looked good but front desk were not very helpful and quite abrupt. Would not allow check in when we arrived 20 min before check in time even though room was ready, had to wait in lobby. Requested one hour later check out, which we had to pay extra for. Were locked out of the room as system deactivated the key card before the check out time. Had to go back down to reception for another key. No apology. Room clean but poor drainage in tub and sink.

The staff was a little gruff - we were Americans in Europe for the first time so maybe we just weren’t used to the ways things are done in Vienna, but they were very brusque and would only give us one key card for the room, even though my wife and I sometimes needed to leave at different times during our stay. The room and hallways were pretty old (a decent bit of repaired damage in the bathroom, for example) and dim, but very clean. The bed had a weird crease in it between the two mattresses that sucked us in at night, but otherwise was comfortable. It was a good location for transportation, since it was right across the street from a tram stop and gave easy access to the metro. In general, a decent stay for the money.

The old staff at reception was asking about 10 Euro for late checkout i was checking out at 12. Check out time was 11 . I stayed in various hotel 1 hour is quiet managable nobody ever ask for the money for 1 hr. Late checkout is consider if you are staying 3-4 hours over the time of checkout. Even there is duty of staff at the reception if they want me to leave the room by 11 they should call but they call mw on 11:58 and by the 12 i was at the counter.

Die drei Punkte sind für das gute und reichhaltige Frühstück, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und die gute Verkehrsanbindung. Mehr Punkte vergebe ich nicht, da ich bei der Zimmerauswahl in die Irre geführt worden bin. Ich hatte mich für die Junior-Suite entschieden, da die entsprechenden Fotos auf der Homepage des Hotels zwei separate Bereiche, einen Wohn- und einen Schlafbereich, zeigten. Im Hotel wurde uns dann aber ein ganz anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Bei genauerer Betrachtung stellte sich heraus, dass es sich bei diesem Zimmer um exakt das gleiche handelt, das auf der Homepage als Superior Doppelzimmer angeboten wird, also eine Preiskategorie unter der Junior-Suite. Bezahlt hatte ich aber eine Junior-Suite. An der Rezeption nur Achselzucken. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um.

Everything was great except the staff at the front desk. 1. On arrival, they allocated a wrong room. I had booked a junior suite and they allocated me a lower grade room. 2. When asked they allocated me another room stating that this is a junior suite which it wasn't 3. Then instead of an upgrade they offer to cancel the whole booking, if I am unhappy. 4. Overall the front desk experience was quite bad. 5. Dining and cleaning staff were good.

Muy buen opción para hospedarte en Viena, la estación del tranvía esta a 30 metros y de ahí puedes llegar al centro fácilmente, hay un super enfrente, taxis llegan fácilmente, el personal muy amable y servicial. Excelente opción, me volvería a hospedar ahí sin pensarlo.

Unser Zimmer war sehr alt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. An den Wänden und dem Teppichboden waren deutliche Abnutzungen und Gebrauchsspuren zu erkennen. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen. Die Dusche in der Badewanne war defekt, das Wasser lief nicht ab und die Wanne war sehr hoch und sehr eng. Das Wasser im Waschbecken lief ebenfalls nicht richtig ab. Insgesamt war das Bad in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Reinigungskräfte zur Zimmerreinigung kamen erst nach 16:00 Uhr und platzten nach kurzem Klopfen einfach ins Zimmer rein. Auch nach mehrfacher Aufforderung verließen sie das Zimmer nicht. Erst als ich ihnen in Unterwäsche das „Bitte nicht stören“ Schild in die Hand drückte verstanden die beiden Damen was ich wollte und schloßen die Tür. Die Servicekräfte beim Frühstück waren völlig überfordert. Um 09:30 Uhr fehlte es an Tassen und Tellern. Von drei Kaffeemaschinen war eine außer Betrieb, die Zweite lief wegen fehlender Wartung nicht und bei der Dritten fehlte Milch. Die Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt und die Frühstückssachen nicht nachgefüllt. So gab es z.B. mehr als 30 Minuten kein Rührei. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt in diesem Hotel absolut nicht. Ich kann es deshalb nicht empfehlen.

There was a bar in the hotel but apart from at breakfast we never noticed it being open which was a shame but there is a large Billa supermarket over the road that you can get your drinks from and take them back and store them in your minifridge in your room.

Grande struttura, aristocratica, che mostra i segni del tempo. Camera quadrupla spaziosa. Bagno sufficiente (attacco doccia al muro adattato e non facilmente orientabile). Vasca al posto della doccia con un vetro insufficiente ad evitare che gli schizzi finiscano sul pavimento. Il costo della colazione (25 euro a persona) mi sembra alto. Molto apprezzato il market Billa di fronte e l'attiguo McDonald's (con McCafe incluso). Trasporti con tram molto apprezzati con fermata di fronte. Buona posizione. Consiglio di mettere il cartello "rifare la stanza" onde evitare di trovarla non rifatta alle cinque del pomeriggio. Esperienza complessiva buona.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist besonders üppig, auch am späten Vormittag wird alles nachgefüllt bzw. frisch nachgekocht! Es ist in Wahrheit ein Brunch!

Overall decent value for what we paid (compared to other Vienna hotels). We were three adults and had two beds. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the temperature was good. The room and hotel were kind of sparse decoration wise and the walls definitely needed some paint. Location wise not really walkable to the center of Vienna but it was across the street from a main metro line and a five min walk from another so we found it quite easy to get around the city. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with a yummy selection of cold cuts, cheese, warm dishes, etc although a little inconsistent in offerings. Staff was friendly and helpful.
