When we arrived pool was closed - it did state it but in the fine print Also could not tv share so only Albanian tv

Very clean and modern brand new hotel with all the facilities someone needs in a hotel stay. Rooftop bar at 8th floor is great yo relax watching the wider view of the town, swimming pool at the same floor is amazing. I loved this hotel.

Great service. We arrived early and got free access to the pool and left our luggage for an hour before our room was ready. Free parking as well. One minus was that we couldn't close the window in our room. We informed the front desk before going out and they said they would check it. However, it was not fixed and we did not receive any information about it. This caused the room to be very warm and noisy. Overall a great hotel that could have been excellent.

Great hotel and staff. Room was amazing, very new. Shame the pool was out of service, and looks like it will be for some time. Area arround hotel is being redeveloped, so in. Year or so will get a lot better.

Le traitement de l'eau de la piscine etait tres agressif le jour de notre venue. Restaurant un peu cher surtout pour des assiettes peu genereuses sur les quantites. Localisation sans aucun intérêt touristique. Mais a 30m de l'aeroport par des routes directe.

Hotel au top dommage que la piscine n’étais pas accessible. Mention spéciale à Valbora qui a été un amour et très serviable.

Hôtel situé sur la voie rapide de Tirana. Extrêmement bruyant!!! Peu d’insonorisation avec le bruit de la route à toute heure. Pas de serviette à la piscine car personne ne surveille qui vient à la piscine (deux personnes étaient présentes mais pas de l’hôtel)

Sehr gutes Hotel, neu, gut ausgestattet. Pool allerdings bei unserem Aufenthalt "noch nicht geöffnet". Hauptproblem ist die Lage an einer lauten Ausfallstraße und recht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Front desk is 24 hours and were very helpful and nice. Pool on the top floor was major plus. Rooms were cleaned perfectly. Waitress Ardiana and waiter Ardian were terrific and kind. 10/10 place, highly recommend!

Porém o hotel fica longe de tudo e você vai precisar de carro. Recebemos um upgrade de quarto, muito bonito, espaçoso e limpo. O serviço do hotel precisa melhorar demais, dificilmente encontrávamos alguém na recepção, e o time do café da manhã ficava perdido quando estava com mais movimento. Sobre o café da manhã, faltavam mesas postas, talheres e muitos alimentos. Além do mais, a disposição da comida era ruim, o que a ocasionou ter achado fio de cabelo na comida. Pelo mesmo valor, procuraria um hotel mais próximo ao centro.

Clean and attractive hotel. Closer to the airport, but removed from City Centre. Rooftop restaurant & pool are lovely. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety. Chef was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Property is new and clean and the staff was wonderful!

Meget rent hotel, virker nyt og velholdt. Hvis alle medarbejdere smilte og var så venlige som hende man møder i morgenrestaurant, så var hotellet altid fuldt booket. Men generet god service af alle.

The room was super clean. All the staff were friendly. I was unwell during this trip but the room was comfortable enough to relax. The hotel is 40.minute walk from Skanderburg Square and upper floors have a nice view of the surrounding hills.

New, clean facilities and very kind staff. Andriana at breakfast is especially nice and helpful. Rooftop pool is a huge plus.

The hotel and staff were excellent and very friendly and positive! The rooms and entire property were extremely clean, modern and lovely. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Tirana.

Overall a great property to stay at, the staff are impeccable with their service. The only cons (critical): noise from outside can be heard in the room, perhaps the pool could be more warm as it was too cold to get in, smaller pillows on the bed. Apart from that I’d stay again here, just next time will stay on a less noisy side.

Nice place, next to a very busy road. I had to use earplugs to eliminate the sound of passing cars, trucks... Not much to do in the direct area, but it is only a short drive to the city centre.

All of the above. The staff exhibited flawless hospitality from the moment i walked checked in to checking out. The receptionist was exceptional. The bar staff went above and beyond. The lady doing the restaurant, i have forgotten her name, god forgive me, was exceptional. The staff give a very warm feeling homely feeling. Room: The room was clean and spacious with high ceilings. The bathroom was very spacious also. The room has all the essentials from bedroom slippers; bath rob etc. An extra special touch is the balcony with a 360 style entry, exit via bedroom room or bathroom. Restaurant If you don’t know what a club sandwich is the restaurant will leave you amazed. I also had the chicken ceaser salad. Mouth watering. The only thing I would say if youre looking for a hotel bang on in the city this is not the one. It’s only about 6-10 mins away by cab. It a case of balancing far away with class or nearer with less class. The choice is yours.

Schöne Unterkunft, super Pool mit klasser Aussicht. Da ich vor dem Frühstück schon abreisen musste, hat die Rezeption vorgeschlagen mir eine Frühstücksbox machen zu lassen. Fand ich sehr nett. Die küssen sind allerdings zu weich für mein Geschmack

Décevant ! C’est le mot qui convient le plus à mon séjour au Mercure de Tirana. Chambres : propres et assez spacieuses, la TV ne fonctionnait pas. C’est encore plus embêtant pour le point suivant. Service : la piscine qui ferme à 19h en plein été ? Sérieux ? Ah oui et il était indiqué qu’il y avait un bar à côté de la piscine… Bah finalement non. Et pas non plus de possibilité de faire venir une boisson pour la siroter au bord de l’eau. Je crois qu’ils ne veulent pas gagner d’argent. C’est dommage car les boissons (mojitos et frappés) proposées au bar situé dans le hall, étaient délicieuses. Bref la soirée piscine et cocktails prévue a tourné court. Emplacement : à la sortie de la ville au bord d’un grand boulevard. À plus d’une heure à pieds du centre-ville. Les chambres sont un peu bruyantes. Passe encore. Décevant et impersonnel. Nous y réfléchirons à 3x avant de réserver une chambre dans un Mercure.

Not easily accessible to transport and tourist spots, always needed to use a taxi which was expensive. Hotel service wasn’t great, asides from the receptionist Elvira who was very helpful and the lady at breakfast. House keeping didn’t clean the room throughout our stay even though we asked for it, they only made the bed when we were out once, left the dishes and wouldn’t bring toilet paper. I had to ring reception to actually beg for it. The day we got into the room, it was even a half roll of tissue that the previous occupier left that was there for us to use. Not great service at all

My stay at the Mercure Hotel in Tirana was pretty good. The Hotel staff should get 10 stars. They are very friendly and helpful with all you need. The breakfast was absolutely satisfactory. The King size bed was comfy and my room had enough space. I guess only the location is a little bit tricky, because you are a little bit of nowhere. But you can catch a taxi, which is very affordable here. I can recommend to spend 3 days here.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure hotel. Their service was beyond my expectations. And the space is very beautiful, neat and the room I stayed was nice and very comfortable. Coming back every night throughout my stay to a well laid bed and room. Really impressed with their service and their staffs especially Adriana, Calbona and Andri made my stay worthwhile and would definitely return and recommend. The breakfast was my favourite (I look forward to it every morning of my stay with my hubby, and made it easy for me by putting Halal on some of the dishes (was impressed by their thoughtfulness and the dinner from the restaurant is delicious, kudos to the kitchen team. Downside is the location to the city centre, but the receptionist was always helpful to book taxis for us and how to get around the cities. I’ll definitely come back to Mercure Thanks for making my first time experience to Albania a great one 😌

This is a new hotel with excellent facilities. The service provided by the staff should make Mercure proud of its pedigree. Dennis in the restaurant in the evening and Andriana in the breakfast room made themselves indispensable.

The staff were superb, at the reception as well as the restaurant. They really enhanced my experience. I was upgraded when I arrived. I was helped with my many requests to book a bus to another city, explore the city centre, make recommendations for dinner, etc. The room was very comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.

Obwohl an einer Schnellstraße gelegen, sehr schlecht mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches Servicepersonal beim Frühstück. Allerdings bescheidenes Buffet.

It was a regular hotel. Staff were friendly, especially the bartender. The pool are was great. Getter to the hotel is a bit of a challenge because it's on one side of a motorway, so to get there and back you need to drive much further.

Overall I had a fantastic stay at the new Mercure hotel in Tirana. The best parts being: a) the rooms - very modern and comfortable with great air condition and water pressure b) the food - breakfast buffet is really great and both dinners I had at the hotel were great!!! c) the service - this is the biggest plus of all! Everyone has been so friendly (but I want to especially call out the breakfast manager!). There is a really great attitude to help and fix what needs to be fixed. I had an early departure for a hike, so they made me a to go breakfast bag as I’d miss the breakfast hours. I was away for two days before returning from my hike, and without fuzz they held my luggage in storage for those days. The only negative is the location. Right now there’s really not much around the hotel. But a lot of construction is going on so I’m sure in a year it will already have changed. Also, a taxi to the city center is only €7-8 and there are several bus lines stopping a few minutes walk away that only takes about 10 minutes and costs about 40 cents. I actually walked several times to see the city, and that took about 40 min to the city center. Another benefit is that it is on the right side of town to get to the airport quickly (traffic is often bad in Tirana) and to one of the major bus terminals. Would I stay again - absolutely!

När vi checkade in så var tjejen i receptionen så hjälpsam. Vi kom fram 1 på natten och var jättehungriga, så hon hjälpte oss beställa mat med bud.. jättefin service. Frukostbuffén är 10/10. Otroliga variationer på vegansk/ vegetarisk utbud. Mandelmjölk till kaffet? Det fixar dem.. verkligen supergott och vi är jättenöjda. Enda som kan vara lite störande var att personalen vid frukostbuffén får förbi för ofta och man får inte så mycket matro. Annars rekommenderas hotellet starkt.

Hotellet var superfint, og bassengområdet helt perfekt. I tillegg var det så fine ansatte i restauranten, hvor maten i tillegg var fantastisk! Det er lett å komme seg til sentrum med buss (obs, ha kontanter) og de er behjelpelig med det meste

It was truly a wonderful experience to be there ! The hotel is newly made and located in between the airport & the center. The staff were friendly and highly professional that completed my stay. The "Basil Restaurant" inside the hotel - delicious fresh foods, not overpriced. Breakfast menue comes with varieties of choice with local & international foods. Andriana & her team deserve a five star ⭐ for their hospitable and smiling attitude. I would highly recommend this hotel, Best wishes !
