From booking to the morning we headed home, everything was made so easy. This property had plenty of room, fun arcade games, hot tub and just a beautiful patio and deck to hang out. The home itself is in a quiet neighborhood, well kept and clean. Definitely will be back for another family vacation.

Exceptional stay in this spacious house in Spearfish. Perfect location and the manager was so responsive and helpful - even going out of his way to get the hot tub up and running after a week of subzero temps prior to our stay. Highly recommend!

The house was wonderful, I would suggest only 9 adults the bunk beds were not comfortable for adults. We had 12 adults so the couches and air mattress were used in the family room. The size of the kitchen and table were great for our get together. The deck area was relaxing and enjoyed the hot tub.

The whole process from beginning to end was incredibly easy. All of the bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were 14 of us and we did not feel crowded at all. We were able to park an RV on the lower driveway. The neighbors were also very nice and we enjoyed talking to them about our trip and they had wonderful suggestions.

This is a nice home in a great location. It’s in a nice subdivision but secluded at the same time. The downstairs area is great for watching movies, playing games, etc. lots of room for the children to stay busy. Close to gas/groceries. It was winter so we didn’t get to use the outdoor areas but it has a nice patio and would be great in the summer. The house was very clean!

It was great for two families to stay to attend a wedding in the area. Lots of room and supplied with everything we needed. IThe kids loved the arcade games. The deck area was nice. The whole house was welcoming and very clean. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Would defiantly stay again!

Terrific stay. It was just 4 of us, but the home was plenty big for several more. Very clean. Very comfortable and nice furniture. Everything worked! Communication was perfect, and check in was great. I would highly recommend, especially if looking for a place to sleep 4 or 5 couples.

The property was perfect for my hubs and I, our family of grown children (4), their spouses (2), and grands (6). Everyone had their space, but we also had great shared space! The game room was a big hit. It was lovely to sit on the back patio and see the bunnies and deer visit. So peaceful. The house is set up very well and met all of our needs. The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 8 adults and 6 kids, and this house was everything we needed and more. The kids loved the arcade games and that they had a room to themselves. The location was easy to get to and was close to just about everything we wanted to do in Spearfish. If we ever come back for a family trip to the area again, we will definitely try to book this place again.

This home is such a great space for family! Wide open concept both upstairs and down. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need, bedrooms are nice size, and the basement was our families icing on the cake. The little kids loved the carpeted basement to play on, while the older kids loved all the games. The communication with the owners was always an immediate response. If you are looking for a place in Spearfish S.D., I highly recommend this home. We definitely will be back!!

Our group of 12, all ages, was very comfortable. Spearfish has plenty to offer…canyon, fish hatchery, water park while there are so many places to visit within an hour and half drive…Custer, Mt Rushmore, Rapid City to name a few. Great location for an extended stay. Devils bathtub and iron creek, two all ages hikes nearby.

I was in town to visit friends and looking for a convenient location. The rental was perfect… great communication, easy checkin/out, location close to restaurants, fun game room to hang out in and hot tub in backyard to top it off. Highly recommended! When I return I will look to stay here again.
I was in town to visit friends and looking for a convenient location. The rental was perfect… great communication, easy checkin/out, location close to restaurants, fun game room to hang out in and hot tub in backyard to top it off. Highly recommended! When I return I will look to stay here again.

This home was the perfect place for our family, both adults and children loved it! It was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The arcade was a hit, as well as the hot tub. The location is ideal for getting to the golf course as well as restaurants, shops and tourist sites.

The house was perfect for my family. My wife, son and his wife with our three grandchildren spent three nights. The grands loved the game room. The kitchen are was large and stocked well with anything we needed. We cooked every night! It was one of the best places I have stayed.

We loved our stay here. It had every amenity we needed and even a lot of unexpected extras. The kids loved playing the arcade games in our downtime at the house. Tons of space to gather. Highly recommend!!

This was the perfect home for my family to be at while we were in Spearfish. The hosts were great and communication was excellent from the minute we booked. All of us felt comfortable and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was my favorite! It was also convenient that grocery, shopping, and dining options were minutes away. I recommend this to anyone with a large family or group.

This place was perfection! The house and neighborhood were beautiful. The owners thought of everything you’d need - down to the smallest detail. It was like being in your own home. We grilled out, relaxed on the patio and the crowning touch was that we had deer in the back and side yard. I loved it! You’ll be happy that you’ve chosen this house for your stay. A Walmart is conveniently nearby for groceries. Our teens loved the downstairs game room. We saw deer in the back and side yards most days. We had an amazing stay! Our every need was taken care of right from the start. The team was in contact throughout our stay to ensure our needs were met and even exceeded! The house was perfect for our large group to gather or spread out as needed. Plenty of supplies kept us going the whole week and the washer was awesome to wring out our suits after a relaxing soak in the hot tub!!! This is our second stay at a property owned/managed by this company and we will seek out their properties first for our next needs in spearfish!! Thank you for everything!!!

This home lived up to EVERYTHING we saw on the listing and even more! The rooms were comfortable, beds were great and there were multiple areas for gathering. The newly added hot tub was such a blessing!!! Lucas and the team checked in with us frequently to assure our needs were met and we were blown away by that! This home is such a great space for family! Wide open concept both upstairs and down. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need, bedrooms are nice size, and the basement was our families icing on the cake. The little kids loved the carpeted basement to play on, while the older kids loved all the games. The communication with the owners was always an immediate response. If you are looking for a place in Spearfish S.D., I highly recommend this home. We definitely will be back!!

The whole process from beginning to end was incredibly easy. All of the bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were 14 of us and we did not feel crowded at all. We were able to park an RV on the lower driveway. The neighbors were also very nice and we enjoyed talking to them about our trip and they had wonderful suggestions.
