Excellent property for the price. We included breakfast which had a very good selection. Easy to walk in to Valencia old town. The only down side is that it says there is a bar but it isn't open in the evening although a lovely local bar is just across the square

Very close to downtown core. Clean and located 10 min walk from the bus station. Lots of shopping options around and you can rent bikes on site. Very clean, small rooms. Loved the place

Nice little hotel, near the botanical garden and old town. The room was clean, with enough space to move around. My only feedback would be about the cantine-like smell upon entrance: the reception space is shared with the next door restaurant. This may not bother others but it feels like the welcome part of the stay could be done better.

A great location very close to the old city; the rooms are exceptionally clean, the breakfast is OK, there is a fabulous free walking tour for very small groups (ours was 6) offered by Pablo who also works in reception and the on-site restaurant which is only open for lunch, is excellent and very reasonably priced. The only room for improvement that comes to mind are: a Nespresso machine in the rooms would be great; the bar restaurant are not open in the evening.

Very nice hotel. The receptionist Natalia was very helpful, spoke good English and provided us with all the recommendations we were looking for. The hotel location is perfect, close to many restaurants and historic center. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and were pleased with the private parking in a very short walking distance from the hotel. Comfortable, king size bed, clean room, great shower...everything you need to feel like home.

The staff is friendly and the room was ok but looked worn out a bit. but there was a very bad smell in the room coming from the shower. I woke up at night and couldn’t breath normally because of toxic fumes coming from the shower. The night rest was ruined.

The property was not as portraited in the photos. The floor, washing basin and shower was dirty on arrival. Will never stay there again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to.

We booked here and paid around $300 per night for a 3-Star hotel, but what we got instead was a 1.5 star hotel and a room with mold in the shower, stain on the walls and sink. We also had a small window that provided very little light so we felt like we were in a closet. I do not recommend this place for the price we paid. I mentioned these items politely to the front desk and they agreed the room needed a deep cleaning. I was shocked they know and still rented out the room.

Las personas en la recepción súper atentas y serviciales. En general todo como en las fotos. Solo que el baño es incómodo si se va en familia. La regadera tiene vidrio traslúcido hacia la recámara, por lo q si viajas con hijos no es tu hotel.

Good Location close to El Carmen. Cool design for the room with some creative choices for decor however the bed doesn’t really have a headboard, just half a wall without a place to rest your head, making it uncomfortable for older people. I did not appreciate having a comforter without a cover. Otherwise, no other complaints. Staff was helpful. But because lack of headboard, I would not stay there again.

Bodde i två olika rum. Det ena fantastiskt förutom vad som kändes som en gammal säng. Det andra rummet (som var dyrare för att det hade jacuzzi) utan ordentligt fönster vilket gjorde det både mörkt och ocharmigt. Skulle aldrig boka hotellet igen om jag inte visste vilket rum jag skulle få.

This hotel is lovely in a great location the staff cannot do enough for you especially the lady on reception sorry I didn’t catch her name but all the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was very good. We booked originally for one night but then ended up staying for two. We had to move rooms but got a lovely Jacuzzi bath, which was just what we needed after a long day sightseeing.

Fijn en schoon hotel met mooie kamers. De dubbele stortdouche was fantastisch. Echter, zoals in elke hotelkamer waar ik ooit verbleef, de badkamer is zeiknat na het douchen. De glazen wc deur is wel echt een nadeel. Ook als je met je partner reist is het fijn om wat privacy te hebben. Matrassen waren inmiddels wat doorgezakt, maar dat is de volgende dag redelijk goed opgelost met een dikkere topmatras. De ligging was voor ons prima. Iets verder uit het centrum (en daardoor rustiger), maar alsnog op loopafstand en goede metroverbinding op 500 meter. Ontbijt is basic, maar goed en compleet en niet duur. Vriendelijk personeel ook! Al met al voor herhaling vatbaar.
