Hotel is located in front of the main plaza and is a couple of blocks away from the beach. It has a beautiful infinity pool in the roof. There are many restaurants at a walking distance and the hotel has a good and convenient restaurant on the first floor. WiFi may be weak in the rooms but if you need to download a film just walk down to the lobby. El Cuyo is a relaxing place and definitely this hotel helps to wind down.

Laura the hotel manager gave us a personal experience. She always checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and had what we needed. The cleaning staff were so lovely and kept our room beautiful. We loved coming back to it every day to relax. We loved the rooftop pool and had it to ourselves most of the time. The views of the ocean as well as the town were great. The perfect birds eye view. We could walk everywhere and it was quiet and we had very restful and comfortable night’s sleep. The beds were fantastic!!! Thank you Mero Mero xo

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is great! Unfortunately, the pool filter was not working at the moment so we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool during our stay. It was a bit of a bummer because it was one of the principal reason that we had booked at this hotel. Also, there is construction just next to the hotel but it didn't bother us so much. Great stay in a great location. Very friendly and personal service. The hotel is tidy and with a nice Mexican toutch. In addition with a great rood top relax area with a day bed and an infinity pool. All wrapped in with a warm and happy Mexican hospitallity. Highly recommended hotel to stay at to explore the small but fantastic El Cuyo

El hotel esta excelente, nos encantó el unico detalle quizas fue que el aire acondicionado nos goteaba un poco y que se oia el ruido de la alberca por las mañanas pero todo lo demas excelente, la habitacion espectacular, la cama deliciosa, el baño hermoso y en general las amenidades estupendas volveria sin duda, la mejor opcion de hospedaje sin duda en el cuyo

El hotel esta situado enfrente de la plaza Principal, muy bonito. Nos toco un poco de ruido de una fiesta que hubo, pero es algo que no se puede controlar. La piscina fue lo mejor, las vista increíbles. Sin duda regresaría de nuevo.

Un concepto muy interesante, el hotel se encuentra en excelentes condiciones tanto de mantenimiento como en limpieza, las camas confortables, las amenidades increíbles, la alberca en el 3er piso maravillosa, mi única recomendación es ponerle gomas deslizantes a las sillas del área de comedor ya que al moverlas es un ruido bastante fuerte que retumba en l habitación

Best hotel in El Cuyo! I also stayed in other places around the little island but this was the most amazing - super confi beds and soft pillows, friendly welcoming motivated and english speaking staff, mosquito nets at the windows that actually work :) everything is new, has a nice and fresh atmosphere and modern design. Nice roof terrace as well. The cafe unterneath the hotel serves good and healty breakfast. Located in the "center" of the island you can walk everywhere quickly.

El hotel muy lindo PERO, tuvimos un problema, no había presión del agua en el baño, un problema para ducharnos. Lo reportamos pero no tuvimos buena respuesta, no lo solucionaron antes de que nos tuviéramos que irnos. Tampoco hubo ningún tipo de remuneración por este motivo. El costo de la habitación ameritaba una mejor respuesta.

¡Fue maravillosa nuestra estancia! Mi esposo y yo vinimos a conocer el Cuyo y quedarnos aquí lo hizo aún mejor. La atención de Laura fue excelente. Queríamos ver la final de la Copa del Rey y nos dio recomendaciones de un lugar donde podríamos verla, además nos dio recomendaciones sobre el cuyo y el hotel es EXCELENTE. Se encuentra en muy buen estado, las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, preciosas y climatizadas. No tengo ninguna queja, el hotel es simplemente precioso y superó mis expectativas.

Los precios en línea no coinciden con lo que te cobran, mi aire se descompuso y pasé una noche sin aire, al día siguiente lo estuvieron arreglando así que no pude estar en el cuarto, no lo resolvieron y me mandaron a otro cuarto con poca ventilación y mucha humedad. Estuvieron construyendo por lo que los ruidos empezaban desde la 7 de la mañana.

The views of the ocean as well as the town were great. The perfect birds eye view. We could walk everywhere and it was quiet and we had very restful and comfortable night’s sleep. Great stay in a great location. Very friendly and personal service. The hotel is tidy and with a nice Mexican toutch. In addition with a great rood top relax area with a day bed and an infinity pool. ¡Fue maravillosa nuestra estancia! Mi esposo y yo vinimos a conocer el Cuyo y quedarnos aquí lo hizo aún mejor. La atención de Laura fue excelente. Queríamos ver la final de la Copa del Rey y nos dio recomendaciones de un lugar donde podríamos verla, además nos dio recomendaciones sobre el cuyo y el hotel es EXCELENTE. Se encuentra en muy buen estado, las habitaciones son amplias, limpias, preciosas y climatizadas. No tengo ninguna queja, el hotel es simplemente precioso y superó mis expectativas.

Los precios en línea no coinciden con lo que te cobran, mi aire se descompuso y pasé una noche sin aire, al día siguiente lo estuvieron arreglando así que no pude estar en el cuarto, no lo resolvieron y me mandaron a otro cuarto con poca ventilación y mucha humedad. Estuvieron construyendo por lo que los ruidos empezaban desde la 7 de la mañana.

El hotel esta situado enfrente de la plaza Principal, muy bonito. Nos toco un poco de ruido de una fiesta que hubo, pero es algo que no se puede controlar. La piscina fue lo mejor, las vista increíbles. Sin duda regresaría de nuevo.

Best hotel in El Cuyo! I also stayed in other places around the little island but this was the most amazing - super confi beds and soft pillows, friendly welcoming motivated and english speaking staff, mosquito nets at the windows that actually work :) everything is new, has a nice and fresh atmosphere and modern design. Nice roof terrace as well. The cafe unterneath the hotel serves good and healty breakfast. Located in the "center" of the island you can walk everywhere quickly.

Great place. We enjoyed our stage. The roof pool is beautiful and the outdoor kitchen a great idea, specially with kids. You can prepare your own breakfast or cook any time.

Mero Mero hotel is the place to be if you go to El Cuyo! It’s beautifully designed, clean, close to the beach and has lots of eco friendly features. Laura is super friendly and the whole vibe is just the best! We enjoyed our stay there and we will surely be back!

Thank you Laura and Mero Mero hotel. It was a perfect place to unwind and decompress after 6 days of diving. Sometimes the pictures are misleading but the subtle and petite property is even more beautiful and relaxing than advertised. El Cuyo is a special place, very mellow and quiet which was perfect for me
