Staff is amazing . Breakfast is excellent.Rooms are comfortable with a sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with cutlery, Microwave and fridge . Nice pool and gym .

The property is very well maintained and the staff was very nice and friendly. However, when booking the hotel on the website, it was stated that « Parking was available ». When it was time to check-in, we were informed that « Parking WAS available » @ $35/night. This was very misleading, as U could have easily booked a similar hotel not too far from this one with « FREE Parking »… Very disappointing on this point.

The staff was nice, the room was very clean but the light would not dim on the thermometer. It's quite bright. It was great to have charge point charger for our electric car.

Breakfast was better than any other similar hotel class we have stayed .Room was good size , with cutlery , dishwasher, microwave and a fridge.Very clean property , nice gym and pool, staff is amazing .

This property overall was nice. We enjoyed the pool and cabanas and the hot breakfast in the morning. The staff from the front desk to the morning breakfast crew were great. The location of the hotel was not the best as there is not a lot of dining options. However, it didn't take us long to get to nearby dining options and stores.

Love! Anytime you want to venture around 6th street, this is the perfect place to stay. Definitely upgrade to the parking garage. Totally worth it.

Super nice and spacious hotel. Rooms were clean, I particularly loved the mostly no-carpet rooms. Breakfast was great, pool area was nice. About 11 minutes from the Capital and Lady Bird Lake, with plenty of places to eat around. Parking lot was just a few steps away from hotel, fee was reasonable for the area. Overall great hotel, I will definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Newer property, spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast and most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool and property. Only negative was having to pay for self parking.

Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly. Young man at the desk was particularly kind and welcoming. Pool was great. Plenty of towels and bedding for the sofa bed without asking. Safe fun neighborhood. Will stay here again!

Nice, new, clean hotel. Shower needs far more pressure, and the bathroom smelled like mildew. Also, the exterior doesn't have much signage, so it was a bit hard to find. Overall, we were satisfied, though

The type of room I reserved was not available, I have someone with a disability that needs his private room, and we had to stay in a room with one king bed and sofa bed. We checked in on Sunday and I had to remind the front desk on Wednesday that no one had still cleaned our room. I had talk to house keeping in the hallway on Tuesday reminding them.

We stayed in an accessible suite here at Home2 Suites East Austin. It was excellent! Very roomy, walk-in shower (which was essential), shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided; a hair dryer; couch with an ottoman; a curtain divider between the couch and bed; a desk with rolling chair; full-size refrigerator, some dishes, microwave, sink, etc; the bed was comfortable and not too high off the ground, so it was easy to get in; a large tv with remote; a closet with hangers; drawers for clothes; a spot for the suitcase(s); the air conditioner could be controlled with the thermostat and was very cool; the curtains on the window were blackout so the morning light did not disturb us. The front desk staff and others were very helpful, pleasant, and friendly. We asked them to clean the room while we were out, and they did a great job each day we stayed. The complimentary breakfasts were very good—a large variety of options for almost any appetite, including the most delicious & adorable waffles in the shape of Texas. On Monday morning there was an omelette station; each morning had some slightly different breakfast options. Two things were a bit confusing at first—you needed to use the key card to operate the elevator (they didn’t mention it at check-in) and also in the room, a key card was needed for the bathroom & hall light (also did not know about this until we figured it out in the room). The front desk said it was to save on electricity. A bit of a walk to the room from elevator.

Our room was near the street side/parking garage. At 2AM-4AM, some sort of trucking/dumping truck continue to make noise. Throughout the night, for some reason it wouldn’t stop. Other than that, room was great, staff was amazing.

The shutters made the room really dark and comfortable to sleep

Rooms are spacious and felt like a small apartment. Very cozy and staff was attentive. They can be a little more inviting and talkative, but it may have been a culture difference.

The neighborhood had plenty of dining/drink options with an easy walk, and the drive to the hotspots wasn't hard at all. We didn't have issues with noise, even with the light rail and a school next to the property. The room was huge, well appointed, and quiet/dark when we needed it. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Well stocked, tons of options. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Parking is a little expensive, yes, but we were happy not to have to search for street options (that being said, parking didn't seem too hard in the neighborhood)

The room is pretty large.

The room was clean and spacious. There was room for the 5 of us. Amnenties were perfect!

Room was big with new laminate flooring, full frig, microwave, and dishes. Bathroom was big, modern and very nice. Breafast served here is awesome. Will return.

This is ultimately a great property really close to a lot of locations for good food, comedy clubs, music clubs. The only complaint I had was when I was trying to leave at 2 AM on a Sunday morning. The front desk lady was passed out and would not wake up and me and a couple other people were needing some items like to check out and another guy needed a key because the keys didn’t work sometime Sometimes

We recently stayed at this hotel while visiting our child at UT Austin, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The breakfast offered was exceptional. The front desk staff, particularly Dominik, along with the entire team, were incredibly friendly and greeted everyone with warm smiles. Jorge, who oversees the pool area, also provided excellent service, ensuring the pool was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, there is a dedicated app and website for UT parents that offers discounts on room rates. The lady managing the Boots on Forty was exceptionally kind and took the time to decorate the front desk for the arriving UT students. The rooms were spacious and equipped with a full-sized refrigerator and a dishwasher. Overall, I can only describe this experience as amazing!

The staff were all lovely and super helpful. As a solo traveler, I felt safe in the building, and liked how self-contained the property felt. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Austin

I was literally only staying to sleep for a women’s retreat for the weekend and my stay was amazing! Dominique was so attentive and helpful I really appreciated her!

I booked this through hotels.com. Later when I checked my credit card bill I was double billed. I was billed by Hotels.com and also by Home 2 Suites... I called HOme 2 Suites, and was told that they will issue a refund. 1 week later, I double check and still on refund. I call back and the "gentleman" told me that I have to dispute with Hotels.com. I naturally got upset because I have no wwasted a week and many hours.... and the guy hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never stay at Home2 Suites again.

The property and it's staff were great but it was in a rough part of town that i was not expecting. The parking garage is expensive and across the street all covered in graffiti. Approached for money on my way driving into hotel. The hotel was good but that area was not properly described.

The neighborhood had plenty of dining/drink options with an easy walk, and the drive to the hotspots wasn't hard at all. We didn't have issues with noise, even with the light rail and a school next to the property. The room was huge, well appointed, and quiet/dark when we needed it. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Well stocked, tons of options. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Parking is a little expensive, yes, but we were happy not to have to search for street options (that being said, parking didn't seem too hard in the neighborhood)

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great housekeeping service, consistent pool towels replenished and convenient location in walking distance to many local businesses and restaurants. Family friendly too.

Clean room with blind out curtains and comfy bed for a good sleep… breakfast is awesome with lot of healthy options and good coffee… overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone who visits Austin for a day or two

No hot water. Breakfast was a catastrophe, didn’t get to eat as there was no silverware.

The breakfast was great and had lots of hot options, including an omelette bar! The staff was helpful and friendly, the housekeeping staff did an amazing job particularly. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate were always available. There was also a litttle mini mart for snacks, sundries and drinks. The neighborhood is gentrifying but I never felt unsafe. Would highly recommend staying here.
