Very friendly staff. Very clean. Breakfast was awesome. We parked there and walked to lots of our destinations. We walked 11 miles first day. So much to see. Ubered the next day. lol. Great place. Fabulous pool.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and fresh feeling throughout the property. Great front desk service and really impressive breakfast buffet. Pool could have used a shock (cloudy water) after a lot of kids on a Saturday, so I chose not to get in, but that is my only complaint.

Around the pool, there is a black brick surround, which was so hot that it burns your feet and made it uncomfortable to move around the pool area. How’s the contractor? I would say that the choice of black brick around a pool deck was a mistake. Everything else was great though.

My second time stay here. The handicap Roll in shower is the room for my mother. Huge room and bathroom, high ceiling. The lobby is so spacious and comfortable to spent some quiet time there. Always has fresh brew coffee (4 kinds) and hot water for tea option. You won’t always find this at most of hotels. The hotel so new and the room is extremely clean. Breakfast is excellent always for Hampton Inn, won’t disappoint!! Extra $35 for parking is normal for Austin because it is also a security garage. This is our always stay hotel at Austin.

The room was pristine and the staff was friendly. However, I was there for just 1 night and there was no hot water in the shower (after waiting a long time for it to kick in) and the conditioner bottle was totally empty. This should not happen.

The room was beautiful, very clean, quiet. Great toiletries, Zero% brand, entire bottles, you won't run out. The small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, TV, extra blanket were in perfect condition. I appreciated having a thermostat on the wall I could precisely adjust. The lighting: bright in the bathroom, and soft/warm throughout the room. Toothbrush/toothpaste if needed, free at front desk. The breakfast buffet included: good with many options. The staff was very nice and helpful. These details can be the difference between a frustrating or an excellent stay even at a finer hotel. My only criticism: parking included meant street parking, which is scarce quickly. The parking garage is $35 a night, but at least next to the hotel, well lit, and clean. An excellent stay!

Was booking for two nights, but the AC machine in the room is very loud. Wasn’t able to sleep. One of the front desk staff came to check and agreed that it was excessively loud. However when I am asking for refund they said that it was already past the night so they could only refund for one night. Not trying to be drama here but I think the most basic thing that a hotel should do is to provide an environment where you can sleep. Pretty disappointing so be careful when you book.

Svea checked us in and she was extremely friendly and helpful. Took her advice for a place to walk to diner and drinks. Had a great time at Lazarus Brewing Co. within a quick walk. Hotel was modern, rooms were very comfortable. Shower was great, loved the soap and shampoo products. Had a microwave in room which was helpful. I was right next to the tracks and never heard the train (its like their rail system) so that is a plus for me! breakfast was tasty and checkout was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was very comfortable for 2 as it was spacious enough with a large bathroom with a big counter space. Also there were enough drawers and hooks besides closet. The big floor to ceiling window was also nice. The front staff was very friendly. The only thing was that the shower pressure was weak.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. It is close to great food & local bars. Check in was easy, the front desk ladies were very friendly & had a wealth of information. My king room was spacious & very clean. The bed was comfortable as well. I love the walk in shower! I will definitely be staying here again!

The total package! From the moment I checked in. I went to my company Christmas party and left my phone in the Uber car… by the time I realized what had happened, the front desk had already been contacted by the driver who had left it at the desk! And as you know, your phone is EVERYTHING! I’ll be back next week to see the”Nutcracker “ great location at a great price… btw, the complimentary breakfast is my FAVORITE part! A loyal customer! The price is my second favorite part!

I RESERVED A KING ROOM AND DID IT WELL IN ADVANCE BUT DID NOT GET THE ROOM I PAID FOR. HAD NO ONE AT THE HOTEL EVEN INTERESTED IN CORRECTING THE WRONG DOING. WHY ASK A CUSTOMER TO CHOOSE THERE ROOM WHEN YOU HAVE NO INTENTION TO GIVE IT TO THEM OR EVEN MAKE SOME AMENDS. WILL NOT BE BACK.

The hotel is really clean. The staff are amazing. They even check up on you from time to time to make sure that is all going well. The breakfast it’s just beyond amazing! The parking is $35 a night, but being in a good location, I think it’s a reasonable fee. The beds are comfortable, bathroom was really clean. The entire hotel smelled great!

Reserved a room with 2 beds for 4 people. When we arrived to check in I was told they were oversold and only had a room with 1 bed. I unfortunately reserved a room and prepaid and had to sleep on the floor. Front desk wasn’t any help other than giving us linens to lay on the floor. They did offer me free parking in the garage for the one night we were there. Be wary if you actually need what you reserved.

My GPS took me directly to the hotel, easily accessible and close to the University of Texas where I was working for a few days. The atmosphere from the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel for anyone going to Austin.

The area around the hotel is great. You are within walking distance of several restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Also have easy access to downtown Austin and Southside of Austin. Staff was very kind and helpful and breakfast is really good.

What a great launch pad when flying out of ABIA! We decided to stay at a convenient hotel to fly out the following morning on a ridiculously early red-eye flight. You know…the one you book when you’re ambitious and trying to save money, but you later regret? Well..anyway…this hotel is adorable! Totally Austin! Cleverly decorated to reflect all things Austin-unique, clean, safe and offering all the conveniences. Great stay! This will be our spot the next time I book that crazy-early vacation flight!

This hotel is very clean, well staff & quiet. It’s located in a convenient location & has the best breakfast buffet everyday. Their breakfast area is huge, very clean & has different good food selections. The guy & the old woman assigned in the breakfast buffet are good hosts & always filling the food containers. Our room is also super clean & very comfortable. The place is also close to the places we need to go around. We will surely comeback to this Hampton Hotel in East side hotel.

Our stay was fantastic! The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful lots of options and very fresh. Parking around the hotel was easy or you could use their parking garage. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Hotel staff was friendly, continental breakfast had lots of options including gluten free options, hotel was very clean and felt safe. Parking was convenient. Only thing that was not as pleasant was the showers didn’t get very warm.
