Very clean, what you would expect from a new place. Excellent service, no hot tub, however the pool is heated. Surprisingly quiet for being on a main street. We Will be staying again in a coule weeks while in town to complete our customers relocation endeavor.

Great hotel! Staff were amazing and that literally was the best part. Friendly at check in/out. Happy to help refill hot cocoa when there was a rush for a warm beverage before bed and help with the pancake machine at breakfast. We enjoyed the pool table in the lobby and swimming pool. Swimming pool wasn’t freezing but took a few minutes to get comfortable with the temp. No hot tub but nice pool and plenty of towels. Chlorine instead of salt but not too strong so it wasn’t bothersome. Liked the soap/lotion squeeze bottles in our room bathroom to conserve on waste. Room smelled great and the heater kept the room at a constant temp. Vinyl floors were nice and beds offered a good night rest. I liked the actual duvet as I often get covers all mixed up in the night when hotels just use flat sheets. We saw lots of dogs the night we stayed. All very much their owners companions and welcome to our offer for pets and love. Breakfast was simple and good. Juice, yogurt, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, pancakes and toast the day we were there. We will stay there again.

Stayed here while a family member was in St Elizabeth’s Hospital it was pretty close. Had a decent breakfast, clean facilities, nice work out room it was missing wipes to clean equipment was my only issue.

What a fun hotel!! Cute decor. Also really spacious rooms eith ginormous bathroom with two shoeer heads. Beds were comfy. Made my nurse heart happy to see laminate glooring rather than carpet. Pool is kind of smaller. Staff was great!!!

VERY noisy maybe if on opposite side of property and not toward busy O Street would not be so bad also could here dog barking on floor below me and kids running floor above me till 11pm. Very nice place with the exception of being way to noisy. The help being unhappy seems to be the new normal everywhere.

The #1 thing I judge in a hotel is the bed. After all that is what I'm paying for, a good night's sleep. Seldom have I experienced a mattress as hard as this one. Its hard to believe Hilton put their name on this place. I'll never stay at Tru hotel by Hilton again. I'd intended to extend my stay one more night, but I'm down the road, i need a good nights sleep.

Nice, clean hotel to stay in while traveling for work. Some noise in the evening as there was a university football game that weekend. Breakfast was okay, coffee was awful. Accommodations were very clean, and beds were comfortable though.

This hotel would have gotten an excellent rating except for 2 major things! My room was on the 4th floor and there were continuous issues with the WiFi. The front desk was no help with the issue and the IT support number given-well no one answered! So no help there! The other big issue was water temperature. The 1st night I had no cold water and couldn’t take a shower because it was so hot. Then later on when I tried again, there was no hot water! The next evening the water temperature was cool and no hot water!

Overall it’s a nice hotel. You can tell it’s new and everything is pristine. Rooms are nice and comfortable. It’s a wonder to me why they don’t put door sweeps under the main room doors. Noise from the hallways is easy to hear. Maybe it was an over sight and they are still working on installing since it is a new hotel. Breakfast lacked variety. Only oat milk was offered as a milk option and onion bagel as the bagel option. They had pancakes but they syrup seemed water down and my pour of syrup was mostly water. Breakfast could use some work but it’s nice they offer it. Overall would stay again, I’d probably just plan on finding a place for breakfast instead of the included one with the stay.

Tried to check-in at 5-30 PM. No one at the desk. Said to go to the entrance door and call. I did none answered in three tries. after 15 minutes someone finelly came to check me in. Once I got checked in everything was fine.

We had a great overnight stay as a family of four. I really appreciated how family friendly the hotel was. We don’t often hangout in the lobby of a hotel, but this one was a great space to do just that. We brought a couple board games and enjoyed the space together. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great for being free.

I booked a king bed and was given two twin beds without notice. I arrived completely exhausted (08/01/25) at 11:25 PM after a long road trip, only to be met with one of the worst check-in experiences I've ever had. The front desk staff, Kaiden, was shockingly unprofessional-wearing AirPods, no smile, no eye contact, and I had to repeat every question twice just to get a halfhearted response. I called for help with the AC, and when I figured it out and called back to let him know so he doesn't have to come up to my room, he answered the phone sounding completely irritated and bothered. I'm too tired to deal with switching rooms right now, but this is absolutely unacceptable experience.

This was my first stay at a Tru Hotel, and it was a good experience! The room was clean, contemporary and quiet. No carpet on the floor, which was great for me! Bed was comfortable and breakfast was great too. Had everything I needed for a one-night stay. I would recommend to anyone. My only negative is it's a little far off I-80 highway.

Great clean place to stay, friendly staff. Only complaint would be the breakfast, no seemed to be taking care of the breakfast bar and keeping it stocked and up to date. Pancake maker is cool though.
