If you like nice hot showers with lots of water pressure and a very very comfortable bed, this is the place. It appears this property has done some major remodeling recently with some nice touches. Very friendly/accommodating staff and the office is open 24hrs. There is some exercise equipment in their fitness room. I noticed a treadmill and an elliptical stationary bike.

Orange Grove Inn was perfect for our need. Basic room. Basic bathroom. That's why the price was so reasonable because I don't need a living room with a couch. I was surprised how large the bathroom was. Only thing is the AC was super loud going on and off all night waking me up at times. I did my laundry there since I stayed 7 nights, and the laundry room was super clean, nice, and met all my needs. Staff was so kind, accommodating, and respectful to guests. I highly recommend Orange Grove Inn for those conscious about spend.

This property is a gem for this area. While it looks like the typical motel from the outside, inside is a well maintained garden and pool, tile walkways and fully renovated rooms. The rooms are small, but efficiently use the space. Great for 1 guest, might find a little cramped for 2 guests. Convenient to Santa Ana area. Active security on site.

I enjoy coming here. Its always clean and the staff are so nice! I do wish theyd stock the room for two people. Two regular coffee packs, extra towels/linens. 3 or 4 towels would be nice especially if you use the fitness room or pool. Other than that everything is always great!

I didn’t use the pool, but it looked great. When I stepped into the room, I was shocked! It was brand new! So clean so well designed. Beautiful shower, including size and water, pressure and showerhead. It was truly a remarkable place for only $94.50 a night. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked just right, it was quiet, and the towels were huge. The only problem was my room was not cleaned the second night I was there. I don’t know why, because it was tidied up after my first night. But it was OK. I’m not a slob, and it was a place I would recommend and stay in again.

Very quaint hotel. Only two stories. Pool looked fantastic but didn’t have a chance to try it out. No jacuzzi that we saw. Front desk guy was very nice and personable. We are from Tustin and we hadn’t been back in over 20 years but felt very safe there. The only drawback for us (because we are old) is that the toilet was too low. Maybe get a grab bar? We would definitely stay there again.

I was put right by the smoking areas and would wake up feeling like I was getting hot box with weed! The pool was disgusting with a visible pile of dirt at the bottom and stuff floating it!

Staff was friendly and the room seemed really nice but just a few minutes in, I had to kill a roach which was off putting. But otherwise, the room seemed clean. Also my room was near the pool and other guests were loud until quite late into the night. Having said that, it was a decent stay.

The Orange Grove Inn is a lovely callback to motels of the 60s. Squeaky clean, very quiet--next to the freeway but double-glazed windows are awesome. Guest services were pleasant and efficient, all in all a great experience. Next time we are in Tustin, this is where we will stay.

Not enough storage for a long term stay for 2 people. We were there for 4 nights, Only had 1 drawer and 4 hangers to store our clothes. No closet, just 4 hangers on a wall unit. The coffee maker didnt work the first day we were there. I found out it was unplugged, but when i plugged it in, it still didnt work, so i unplugged thinking there was a reason that it was unplugged. They did replace the coffee maker right away. The grounds are well kept up, especially the swimming pool area. The Hotel is too close to the freeway, needed ear plugs. We probably wont stay there again.

Usually i get a queen room, but one wasnt available this time. The full size room i was put in was very small and cramped. The desk chair was close to the bed and wall that it scaped everytime i needed to move it. Theres no refrigerator or microwave which i didnt realize beforehand as the queen rooms all had them. The room was under the stairs and it was loud and people smoke just oitside where my room was located.

Very nice hotel. Well kept and comfortable. Very friendly staff. My only issue is that they purposely disable the HDMI on the TVs. So youre unable to hook up a firestick or video game console. And they only offer a handful of boring channels.

Great place to stay if you are not going to be doing anything at the hotel except sleeping. There is no restaurant but there is a Denny’s next door. The pool area is great. My only complaint is the air conditioning units are loud and now there are newer quieter models available. All in all this place was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Its facing the freeway I did not expect that. The front of it is seperated from the freeway by a sound wall. Also it calls itself an "Inn" but its really a motel with all the doors on the outside. I had a queen bed and the room is so small you can literally only fit 1 person comfortably. Upside, nice staff and its clean

This is our 3rd stay at Orange Grove. It’s perfect for our beach getaways. Easy check in & all the staff are all so polite. Rooms are clean & the property is well maintained. We had a pool side view that was perfect for our needs. Succulent gardens are so nice. Price is great! We always appreciate our stay & have our next trip booked & a room reserved.

Checkin was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I arrived at 7:10pm after a long day working with no food or breaks at my job and just wanted to get in my room and order dinner. But I was met at the desk by housekeeping staff who told me to “come back in 25 minutes because the desk girl is on her lunch break”!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

My only complain was this. Upon checkin... The front desk attendant made me wait 15-20 mins for him to finish eating lunch instead of checking me in. I don't feel that guests should have to wait this amount of time (or any time) for workers to finish eating lunches. Close the office if you need to eat a lunch. Can you image if every hotel had this loose of a policy and treated their guests this way? This attendant had no respect for me or my time, so I booked another hotel down the street before checking in... I still can't believe it, and to have an attitude with me when I mentioned that this was poor customer service. And, he also had the nerve to suggest I wait for him to finish when the 3rd party support team was calling to cancel the booking due to poor service. Usually, the service here is quick and good and respectful, last night, that ishhh made me so irritated with this place.

Same as pictured! Clean, comfy and quiet. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Best stay near Disneyland we’ve had. The front desk was also super friendly and helpful during check in. Will definitely be returning for our next trip!

Staying here was delightful! The only downside was that when I arrived to check in with my reservation, there was no front desk person. I had to wait 30 minutes before they came to help me. All I wanted was to get to my room but I had to sit around and wait for someone to help me get my room key.

Clean, felt safe, good service. Stayed for a Disneyland trip. We usually stay within walking distance of the park, but everything was sold out. This was a great alternative. Free parking, only a 12 minute drive to the Toy Story lot. Great price for what it was. We're already thinking about staying here again.

Very good hotel for price. Has everything you need. Next to freeway so not the most attractive location. You could hear road but only slightly so was not a problem. Close to Old Tustin so lots of nice places to eat and drink.

This hidden gem is right in the middle of everywhere you want to visit in OC. 15-25 min to Disney, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach. And the Amtrak isn’t far either, which gave us the opportunity to explore SoCal even farther. There’s no bars or attractions immediately nearby, which made it quieter than staying at a “big box” chain hotel. We had a wonderful stay!

Since we were staying for a week, I felt we could use the extra space, so we booked the Premium 2 Queen beds with a loft. There is only one room in the motel with this feature and it sits above the office. Very clean and good access to all in Orange County. The only downside applies to only this one room, or any room facing the I-5 hwy: There is 24/7 road noise. This motel is a great value unless you are looking for upscale amenities. Lots of places to eat one mile away at the Market Center, and Denny's is a very short walk away as they do not serve breakfast. We would certainly stay here again.

The pool and outside area was beautiful especially at night, loved how the pool was open till 10. The bathroom was so clean and spacious. The shower had multiple heads and a drag. Only downside no breakfast but they offer 20% off at dennys so the accommodate anyway they can.
