Modern property, friendly staff, clean. Location between Disneyland and beaches was very convenient. Good breakfast. Pool closed and no attempt to resolve the situation seen in 4 days there. Hot tub open but dirty with algae obvious. Access to neighbouring Fairfield pool and hot tub OK but their pool and hot tub also not clean and algae very obvious. The great in room kitchen facility needs to have accessories such as bake ware and pots and pans added. Tried to warm up pizza in oven but no pans of any kind available in room or from front desk. Not reasonable for travellers to bring their own. Not sure if $15./night parking fee really warranted. Large lot share by fast food outlets - could have parked for free.

The Starbucks beside the hotel is under construction. That is temporary. Choose a room facing away from the highway so it’s more quiet. 3 out of the 5 washing machines were broken. Our dishwasher in the room did not work properly. The room was clean. The bathroom of rooms with just the shower looked very well maintained. For short stays of 5-7 days this room is great. For longer stays it seems a bit tight for a family of 4. The L shape room is not that comfortable. The coffee service is barely ok. This is when the Starbucks would have been convenient. Overall good price for the location and quality. Could be better though. Staff was friendly as well.

Everything about the property was lovely. Nice pool area and lounge areas. Hotel was very quiet at night. Beautiful plants around the buildings. My only complaint is there were no breakfast trays to take your food back to your room. I had a cup of coffee fall on my arm leaving a first degree burn on it. Not a great way to start the trip

it was a great stay! there was a couple of messy spots in the room but nothing crazy that made me feel uncomfortable. i’ll always come back regardless! the breakfast is good if you’re in a rush and need a bite of something. the elevators seem kind of sketchy at times — and by that i mean the movements. the area near the hotel is quiet, even though you are right next to the freeway, you can’t hear a peep. i do wish the TVs were more updated. the picture is blurry and the tv takes a while to react to the remote.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Check in was a breeze. Plenty of convenient parking. Staff were always friendly. Room was very spacious and clean. This might be a newer property, I’m not sure. Bed was very comfy, as were the pillows. WiFi was fantastic. My room came with a kitchen which came with a full sized fridge. Everything worked great. One of the best things is that there’s a Starbucks in the same parking lot. Score.

I booked a patio room off the pool with a bathtub and got neither of those things. Not a huge deal. The room appeared really nice at first but we noticed multiple issues. The internet didn’t work, the YouTube and Netflix on the tv wouldn’t work, the dresser was tilted so the drawers hung open 6”. We tried to stick something under it to level it out but didn’t work. There was a dried up spider in a drawer, the shower leaked and we were there for 3 days and our room didn’t get cleaned once. Kind of a bummer overall, wouldn’t stay there again.

Very helpful staff, very clean and nice. Good breakfast with homemade gravy! The only surprise was that they charged for parking $15 per room (not per vehicle). Picked the hotel for the easy access to CA-55 and I-5 highways during a H2O polo tournament. Property was well maintained and the staff helpful. Check-in/checkout was quick and painless. Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. The free breakfast was better than average and they did not run out of items.

We were evacuated and the room we got was awesome. 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bedrooms! We had our dogs too. If you need to stay for an extended time, it would be great to settle into.
