Cozy Bear Inn

Though the whole check in process on line was a little bit complexed, after navigating thru it, it made things very accommodating. Mr Cody, the property manager was very nice in the fact that he upgraded our room from a queen size bed to a king size. It was absolutely wonderful. However is important to note that while the room was very spacious, more emphsis need to be placed on the cleaneness. Towels were dirty or stained, the king bed sheets had dust in them and the front entrance was full of cob webs. The ceiling fan needed to be dusted off.

This is a remote check in hotel. Our communication was GREAT. The room was spotless. Up to date bedding, HUGE room Fridge GREAT. Step in shower excellent. Towels great. AC/Heat wonderful. The property is on a RV camp ground and we made friends with a resident ( Paul) who was so sweet. The property itself is rough and rugged. The lawn and grass and weeds were not maintained. The whole exterior needs sprucing up. There is no ice machine and no breakfast. It is a bare bones motel. The TV while modern is too small for the room. Its too far to watch TV in bed, and only straight back chairs to sit in. If you like to park and unload to your room, its great. We were given a generous late check out. The property on the back side where the RV's are parked is rough. If the outside matched the inside it would be great but it does not. The signs on the door are handwritten, nothing professional, Location is great the property just needs some love.

Manager not on site but was friendly on telegram phone. Did not respond when I texted him about loosing our password 2 hours before checkout. Do not like not having a mor some person on site.

The staff was very helpful and the room clean. The Inn's location is within approximately 30 minutes from the National Park's visitor center.

Room was very clean and spacious. Big, very fluffy towels. Online check in was convenient. Hotel looks to be partially renovated. My room was very nice and clean. Looked like it had recently been redone. Could tell that some parts of the hotel hadn't been updated yet and were not in use. Grass needed cutting, but the area was safe, lots of restaurants around. Beautiful area. I would definitely go there again.
