Easy access from the highway with several restaurant options within walking distance. A great ice cream shop is only a5 minute walk away. Hotel was great. Staff was friendly. The only disappointment was the $17.00 charge for parking ( underground) that other nearby hotels do not charge (above ground).

La chambre était bien. L'hôtel est bien. J'avais oublié ma crème pour les mains et ils n'avaient rien dans le comptoir à la réception. Ils n'avait pas mis trop de café non plus mais ils me l'ont donné en bas à la réception. Le parking n'est pas gratuit. Je trouve cela un peu trop.

Beautiful property. Rooms immaculate. Quiet and staff always pleasant. Not many spaces to park unless you pay for underground parking. Which is a challenge for large vehicles to maneuver in and out of but would be great for winter months.

Did not have breakfast. They would not offer me the free parking benefit and said it wasn’t on the booking. Had to show them my Expedia booking to get them to agree. We stayed for 2 nights. They did not offer any housekeeping. Have to get your own towels, coffee refills etc. The property was clean and nice

Nice to stay at a Quebec owned enterprise instead of an international chain. Convenient to the highway and a short drive to the ferry to pop into Old Quebec City. Very large and comfortable room.

I liked the style of the property and the quiet rooms. The check in took a long time (it was busy). There was only 1 staff member and after 10-15 minutes of waiting another showed up. Also, our room was quite warm and the ac wasn't turning on. I had to check with the front desk who did turn it on, but wasn't convenient for me to go ask for this in the summer time.

I liked the modern decor, except for the excessive amount of “black/grey” walls in the rooms. I didn’t enjoy a comfortable “vibe” from this industrial design. Personally, I enjoy a little more color and brightness. The entrance to the hotel for parking was a little confusing. There was a restaurant/bar across the street that I didn’t venture to. I did enjoy live evening entertainment at the local park. A beautiful show of lights/music and dancing interwoven through out a man-made “geyser”! Highly recommend, but is seasonal. Overall, however, I enjoyed my stay and would return. The next visit, I would love to take the ferry across to Quebec City.

Very clean, great lighting a little outside of Quebec City downtown but if you don’t mind driving a little it’s fine. The shower has an open concept door but that means the water sprays a bit onto the rest of the washroom floor.

1st of all the parking is not included, $17 per night. 2nd the hotel doesnt provide any conditioner. 3rd They will not come to clean your room, you have to send a request a day before. 4th The toom is very dark . This is like 2 or 3 star hotel

The room was okay, but was very modern and only lit by task lighting that wasn't very good. Even hard to see your face in the mirror when shaving. The beds were good and the room was quiet and clean. Staff were very nice

Great hotel right where we wanted to be. Originally booked thru Expedia with VIP perk free parking, but was told it was pay parking. Spoke with a second concierge and older gentleman who spoke English and says he corrected the error in their system. Je was also extremely friendly and acted as our bartender in the evening also. Great guy...big help in getting the parking sorted out.

Staff is friendly - there just isn’t enough of them - as a result - long waits for check in, asking questions, bar service. We had to wait for staff to unlock a Murphy bed - an hour - while trying to get ready for bed. For the provided of the hotel, do better!!!

Malgré le fait que j’avais demandé, par communication Expedia, s’il était possible de prendre ma chambre un peu plus tôt, ils ne me sont pas revenus. En arrivant après une longue route vers 3h, on m’a dit de revenir à 4h. Les chambres n’étaient disponibles qu’à 4h. Tout le monde devait se présenter à 4h. Je suis allée à la piscine en attendant et finalement réussi à demander à une plus attentionnée personne à l’accueil de m’aviser lorsque ma chambre serait disponible. On ne m’a pas parlé de mon privilège VIP, qui était le stationnement intérieur inclus, mais on a insisté sur le fait que le petit déjeuner continental n’était pas inclus. L’hôtel est très bien dans son ensemble, neuf, confortable mais il manque peut-être un peu de chaleur dans l’accueil.

The hotel is nicely appointed and in a convenient location, off the highway and close to dining options, shopping, etc. The rooms were clean and modern. The shower was top notch - large, lots of water pressure and hot water! The lighting was a little dim in our room and we we're able to control the temperature (a/c) in the room; otherwise an excellent choice for a stay.

I was very happy with this hotel. If I had to say anything negative it would only be that the bathroom had no fan and the lighting in the room was poor. I thought it was a great place to stay and enjoyed the fact it was close to lots of dining and shopping. Parking was plentiful underneath the hotel. It was clean and modern. We did not use the breakfast option because it seemed expensive for what was available. I would stay here again! 😊

The hotel was new, so it was clean and looks super modern. The pillows were not great. I'm guessing they are goose down, but they felt like they were filled with small sticks. Other than that, the beds are comfy. Shower and bathroom are great. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included in our stay. There was no justification. Our key cards told us we "were not permitted" breakfast. This deterred is from even wanting to purchase breakfast from the hotel. It definitely was a turn off. The desk staff was fine but young. They were friendly.
