Hot tub: water was not clean and some how was oily. Was not inviting. The breaknfast: it was very basic and some of the staff are cold when we requested for milk as the refrigerator was empty.

Stayed 1 night

I spent nearly $500 for two rooms for a single night, expecting a clean, comfortable, and functional stay for my family, but the experience fell completely short of basic standards. There was not enough wheelchair parking spots, and even though I am disabled, I was forced to park far away from the hotel's front entrance. Despite requesting adjoining rooms in our original reservation, we were assigned separate rooms. Things only worsened when we visited the pool area. The main pool water was so murky and cloudy that you could barely see into it, and the hot tub was completely unusable—it wasn't functioning properly, had visible scum lining the walls, and debris floating on the water's surface. To top it off, in the middle of the night, the air conditioner in our room suddenly began leaking water, pouring directly onto the TV and the desk below. This ruined my tablet and several important personal papers. Given the safety and cleanliness issues, broken amenities, failure to fulfill room requests, and the direct property damage caused by room maintenance failures, this stay was unacceptable. I would like the contact information for management to request significant financial compensation for this stay and expect prompt resolution.
