Well located for buses and MTR and breakfast buffet was good. But rooms are small and there is no bar/restaurant. Rooftop pool is nice but there are only a handful of seats.

子どもと３人だったので、部屋が狭かった。 あとはよかったので、次回は広い部屋にしたい。 バイキングはおいしかった。 ホテルから展望台へ走るジョギングコースがあって、楽しかった。 屋上のプールが眺めが良くて気持ちよかった。

The hotel staff and the cleanliness of the rooms were good. However, the coin laundry was expensive and didn’t work very well. It was also located near the parking. I used the coin laundry at night and was creeped out when a stranger spoke to me.

部屋はこじんまりしてますが、清潔で良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。 目の前にバス停があり、vivacityからのアクセスも良かったので、ユニバーサルスタジオに行くのに便利でした。 プールも小さめですが清潔で気持ちよく利用出来ました。 飲料水は水道から利用可能でしたが、出来たらペットボトルで用意してもらえると嬉しかったです。

The hotel is very pleasant overall and is kept clean and well maintained. The rooms are relatively small, but we chose this hotel on the basis that we'd be out for most of the day, so it wasn't really an issue. Rooms have been designed to maximise space. The air-conditioning was good; ours broke one evening but the staff got it repaired immediately. This wasn't surprising as staff here are on-the-ball. Breakfast is more limited than a larger hotel, but gives a good range of items and staff make sure things are topped-up when needed. The hotel is excellent for transport links, with a bus stop just outside served by loads of bus routes and the buses are really easy to use. The swimming pool.can be used for exercise laps and plenty of people were doing that, though you can time it to get the pool to yourself or just have one or two others with you!

Just felt overpriced for what was a very basic room. Staff were lovely but the building noise from their maintenance in the morning wasnt great. Nearly broke my neck on the slippery steps into the pool.

Nice hotel in a convenient location to public transport. All the facilities were good. The only downside for me was the bed was very firm and rooftop pool did not have any shade. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall an enjoyable place to stay.

Tiny rooms, questionable cleaniness especially in the breakfast area. The front desk staff was helpful to accommodate an early check out though. But in hindsight it was one of the worst experiences I ever had in Singapore.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room, while small by North American standards, met our needs. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and looked “new”. There was sufficient space to store our bags. The amenities also met our expectations. Getting around was also very convenient as the closest MRT station is only a 5 minute walk and there is also a bus stop just at the door step of the hotel. The hotel is also close to Vivocity which is great for food and shopping. The hotel staff were also very helpful and courteous. Overall a great stay and a hotel that I will definitely recommend to my friends! Thanks

Das Zimmer ist doch sehr klein, jedoch noch ganz okay fuer eine Person. Definitiv zu eng für 2. Es hat gutes gefiltertes trinkwasser direkt aus dem Hanen, definitiv ein Plus! Die Toilette roch bei mir vom Kanal her recht streng.. Kann aber auch Zufall gewesen sein. Die Lage ist wirklich gut, Bus vor der Nase, Faber Park direkt hinter dir. Vivo-City auch ums Eck

I stayed for 19 consecutive nights for a business trip. All of the staff were extremely professional, helpful at every opportunity and welcoming. The hotel is spotless and well maintained. The buffet breakfast served by the “White Tiffin” restaurant in the hotel is fabulous and the variety changes every day. The hotel is 15 minute walk from a very large shopping centre. I especially enjoyed walking up Mount Faber on a quiet road that starts from behind the hotel. The rooms are a bit small. However, staying in a room with a balcony gives a sense of more space. Out of more than 20 hotels in Singapore where I have stayed over the past 15 years, this is the best. The staff at the front desk and in the White Tiffin restaurant are extraordinary.

Good hotel, breakfast buffet is definitely the star of the show, good variety, changes daily, and all options were super tasty! The staff were all really nice, helpful and polite. The only not excellent thing is the size of the rooms, they are quite small, the toilet is right next to the bed, so even with the partition it's still quite awkward. The hotel is very well located and communicated.

Nice hotel and polite staff. On our last day, workers started doing some work right in front of our room. They stopped shortly after we called reception, but it would have been nice to be told, in advance. Also the room is really small, so be aware of that, with little privacy when going to the toilet because there isn’t a proper wall dividing the toilet from the room, but some sort divider.

Clean + comfortable room. Large king size bed - although mattress a bit too firm for us. Bed takes up most of the room space. Only one small stool to sit on - but this is Singapore, space is limited, so it's expected. We stowed our suitcases under the bed and used the sofa/chairs in the lobby to read. Perfectly adequate shower and separate toilet cubicles within the room, plus a sink, small counter, clothes rail, small table and small bedside shelves. Air conditioning is good throughout. Hotel sits on a busy road, with an elevated dual carriageway above that - we looked out onto this from our room on the fourth floor - and assumed that the tinted floor to ceiling windows prevented anyone seeing into the room as, apart from the dark curtains, there are no window coverings. Breakfast can get busy, and you may have to wait for a seat at peak times. We used the excellent Singapore underground (MRT) from the airport to hotel - 3 changes, it took about an hour, but the system is easy to navigate (everything is in English) and the fare was only just over 2$. (£1.40)! Nearest MRT station is about 600m away - we walked it, towing suitcases easily. (Take the bridge from behind the station to get over the road and it's a flat walk eastward). There's a shopping complex,Vivo City, about 15 minutes walk further on: we walked there to find places to eat. Hotel is handy for the cable car to Sentosa - we walked to the Mt. Faber start. A good value hotel and use the MRT to get around.

The quality of the room was excellent. The filtered water tap was a very big bonus for me because i drink alot of water and with the filtered tap, i dont need to constantly buy bottled water. Downsides - i couldnt get the aiwa tv to cast - i was facing the road and the window glazing wasnt really good and didnt really insulated me from the traffic noise, making it difficult to sleep.

There are several great reasons to stay at this hotel. First, location! Though the property isn’t in the prime area it is convenient to everything. The bus stop is right out front. You can go everywhere, anytime for a fraction on the cost of a car or staying near the populated areas. You can walk to shopping within 15 minutes and there’s a great breakfast/lunch place right around the corner. There’s also a restaurant for breakfast in the hotel but we didn’t eat there. Secondly, the staff is amazing. They were always willing to help. From storing our luggage pre and post stay to making sure I had coffee daily or printing off tickets we needed, they were always available. Lastly, the cleanliness and amenities are above standards. The room is cozy but has everything you need with quality products. The bedding is nice with 2 pillows in our twins beds. There’s a rooftop pool with stunning views of the area. I travel a few times each year internationally and would stay here again if we return. You can’t ask for more. You get what you pay for and here you’ll get everything you need at a bargain. Happy travels my friends.

We booked this hotel as an affordable option whilst attending F1 Grand Prix, as prices in and around Marina Bay were much higher. The rooms are very compact, which we knew, but very functional. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the free breakfast was very pleasant, with a different variety of options each day. The hotel is situated outwith the centre but the bus stop directly outside the entrance serviced the city very well, with buses running every few minutes. The hotel is close to Faber park and the Cable Car ride to Sentosa Island. We went there in the daytime but would love to have see it lit up in the evening. Will be recommending this hotel to others looking to visit for future Grand Prix events.

We have stayed in this hotel for two nights! It is our favorite hotel during this trip! Service is even better than my other four stars Hotels experience ! Staff are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed here a lot and the location is great to reach to many beautiful visiting places! Love and recommend to all of short time travelers! Hotel room was clean and front desk was patient and helpful. Only thing is sound proofing was not very good. Had to rrquest to change room due to next room was noisy but the room change was quite smoothly processed!

Staff were very helpful. Asked for early check in and offered at $90 USD. Almost as much as the room cost for the night! Room is VERY small so would only recommend fkr a night or two. Very close to MRT.

The location is near Sentosa and there is bus stop in front of hotel so that it’s very convenient to visit Universal Studio Singapore. There were enough amenities and facilities for our stay. I think it’s the good choice considering the price.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room, while small by North American standards, met our needs. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and looked “new”. There was sufficient space to store our bags. The amenities also met our expectations. Getting around was also very convenient as the closest MRT station is only a 5 minute walk and there is also a bus stop just at the door step of the hotel. The hotel is also close to Vivocity which is great for food and shopping. The hotel staff were also very helpful and courteous. Overall a great stay and a hotel that I will definitely recommend to my friends! Thanks

The hotel is located in a nice place close to Vivo city and Harbour Front. It's clean and staffs are very helpful. My booking includes breakfast which is an excellent choice. One of the best breakfasts I've ever experienced. The only downside is the size of each room is quite small comparing with North America standard.

Good hotel, breakfast buffet is definitely the star of the show, good variety, changes daily, and all options were super tasty! The staff were all really nice, helpful and polite. The only not excellent thing is the size of the rooms, they are quite small, the toilet is right next to the bed, so even with the partition it's still quite awkward. The hotel is very well located and communicated.

This hotel was awesome. The room I stayed in was nice clean and tidy. It's was a little different to what i was accustomed to as everything is a bit more compact but spacious enough to be comfortable. The staff were very polite and well mannered and very helpful with regards to the amenities on offer. While transport was very good with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the light rail another 5-10mim walk. The restaurant was also quite good as it offers a nice range of food options if you don't want to leave the hotel. All in all a great place to stay.

I stayed for 19 consecutive nights for a business trip. All of the staff were extremely professional, helpful at every opportunity and welcoming. The hotel is spotless and well maintained. The buffet breakfast served by the “White Tiffin” restaurant in the hotel is fabulous and the variety changes every day. The hotel is 15 minute walk from a very large shopping centre. I especially enjoyed walking up Mount Faber on a quiet road that starts from behind the hotel. The rooms are a bit small. However, staying in a room with a balcony gives a sense of more space. Out of more than 20 hotels in Singapore where I have stayed over the past 15 years, this is the best. The staff at the front desk and in the White Tiffin restaurant are extraordinary.

Stayed in superior twin room but room was very cramped due to size (I know real estate in Singapore is expensive). Lovely roof top pool. Breakfast choice was good but there were too many guests during my visit so it was chaotic experience. Maybe they need more staff or a better layout of the dining area so it is not so chaotic. The location makes up for these minor issues as the hotel has a bus stop right outside giving you choice of several routes into the city. Come mid July 2026 and the completion of the Circle Line, the nearest metro station is only two bus stops away giving you rapid access to all of Singapore.
