Overall good experience. I would suggest wheelchair accessible in the back because the spaces up front fill up quick and a wheelchair can’t access the back due to the curb.

The rooms were very nice and it was located by many places to eat. We had 2 issues… 1- We reserved a King bed and got stuck with 2 queens. Very disappointed with the fact that no one was available to fix the issue. 2- There isn’t an elevator so we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. Thank goodness we only had carryons and backpacks. However, my mother in law is 75 and has health issues and she was on this trip. Out side of those issues, it was a nice stay.

I really enjoyed the awesome set up of the apartment; home away from home with all of the amenities. The entrance is also secured to prevent anyone from entering without a passkey. Awesome customer service, clean apartment and modern. Great place.

I didn’t like the room was not swept. There was lint/ dust balls on the floor. I advised the counter person and she just said “sorry”. I didn’t like there were nothing to purchase in the locked lobby.

Traveling for business can have its ups and downs already, but i liked this place. it felt like most people there were on business as well. it was quiet and orderly. communication was clear and good. i was impressed with the layout. minuses- vital cookware/utensils missing, bedding not inspected well enough and not changed for bed close to window in my room. (i understand saving water 💧 and energy BUT OMG there were watermarks and stains 😲). There were scratches on the walls.... pretty faint but worrisome because you want to be sure they know you weren't the culprit. I loved the bathroom, the space, and the televisions. I am definitely going back, and recommending to other low key quiet loving people who need to travel to the area.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the property inside and all the modern furnishings provided in the apartment. Extremely enjoyed the "No smoking policy" as it was most refreshing not having to inhale the second smoke of others seeping inside the rooms! Outside maintenance was great too, Please keep up the Gold Standard!

The property felt new and had modern amenities but the cleanliness of the room felt lacking. There was a previous person's hair in the sink and bathtub when we checked in and stains on the shower curtain. The floors felt grimy as well. Luckily I didn't need much from the front desk as there was rarely an attendant there to assist. Overall the stay was fine but could have been better if the room was cleaner.

Everything was good, even the service. The only complaint was the bed were a little hard for me, but other then that it was a great place to stay. I did feel it was a little high on price but I did love the set up with the full kitchen, that was a nice bonus. I give it a 4.5 stars.

Is not your typical hotel room. Fells more like a 1 BR apartment. We had 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs and we weren’t cramped! I wish they had this chain in more states since it would be my Go To Place when traveling!

The rooms actually looked like the pictures. Everything was clean, the rooms smell fresh due to the no smoking you can cook if you have a strict diet you need to cook for gotta bring your own pans only thing that was a pain was the check in/out had to call both times to get took care of

I will always stay at the place when I come to Jackson, TN. Your room is an actual apartment like. Living room, kitchen, 2 tvs, and the bed room is separate. I was really impressed

A brand new extended stay location in the area. Our room was big but had some punch list items that still needed to be finished. Did not know about the lobby closing at 7 PM until we were texted at 6 PM while still an hour away. Overall. Willing to try again if rates are low next time I am I. The area.

Hotel was great, amenities was great. However, communication wasn’t the best. When we checked in, we had to call a number to get someone to the desk. She came instantly and we had no issue. However in the morning, we tried to call the desk to get another towel and there was no answer. I do not know if it was someone asleep, or no one working at night at all. However, as soon as the lobby opened, a lady had came in and got us what we needed. Other than the lack of help in the after hours, we really enjoyed this hotel. I would most likely stay again, but hope there is better communication!

First our rates that was made thru Expedia was challenged .Our reservation was changed without notice. I have lower back issues and have trouble climbing steps. There was no apology for the change, I was just told by the agent she did not make the change. It was an inconvenience for my daughter to have to take her things up the steps and then come back to get me and my things. Customer service means a lot
