Hotel was nice, modern and fresh, rooms were a generous size and location was great. Having a sauna and swimming pool was really good. 3 minor points for improvement: 1. The swimming pool was quite cold for a lot of people, having it warmer would have been great. 2. At breakfast there is only 1 toaster which fits 2 slices, ended up waiting quite long for toast. Having 1 toaster feels quite inadequate for such a large amount of people! 3. Sometimes the wait for the elevator was long and we were told it’s not possible to use stairs as it was for emergency only would activate the alarm, I found that quite odd. Other than those minor points it was a great hotel and I would stay again.

Virkeligt lækkert hotel. Ligger med en god placering i forhold til diverse turist udflugtsmål. Stort shoppingcenter på den anden side af gaden. Hvis man ikke vil give 19 euro pr morgenmad er der den bedste lille coffeeshop lige ved siden af. Aftensmad i Midtown grill er lækkert med god betjening. Parkering i kælder men noget trang pga søjler så man skal holde tungen lige i munden.

God service, pænt og rent. Super udvalg af morgenmad. Parkering på hotellet meget dyrt - 38 EUR i døgnet, vi fandt et parkeringshus 200 m væk der kostede 5 EUR i døgnet. Men vi var meget tilfredse og kommer gerne igen.

First time in Berlin I couldn’t believe all the famous places great architecture in history that I could ride a bicycle to as soon as I arrive. I loved being able to rent a bicycle ride at the hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful. The food in the cocktails in the lobby were great.

Ein gutes 5* Hotel wo es mit Personal glänzt. Schade, dass die Lobby sich im Umbau befindet und somit wir kein Getränk zu sich nehmen konnten ( Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das bei Expedia vermerkt ist - der Umbau ). Pool und Fitnessbereich waren immer sauber.

베를린 중앙역에서 차로 10분정도 거리에 있구 걸어서10분 정도에 브란덴부르크 문, 15분정도에 국회의사딩이 있습니다. 추모의 공원도 걸어서 갈 수 있어요. 위치도 좋구 시설도 편안하구 직원분들도 너무 친절한데ㅜ침구에서 먼지가 너무 묻어나외서 검은바지 등에 너무 묻어나더라구요. 다른 호텔들은 그러지 않았는데… 이 부분 많이 실망스럽습니다

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti presso la struttura, la posizione è perfetta per vedere la città, in quanto i mezzi di trasporto principali sono a pochi metri e la porta di Brandeburgo a 5 minuti di passeggiata. Il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile, unico neo la pulizia della camera: gli arredi erano coperti di polvere, cosa non accettabile in una struttura del genere.

Berlin er altid en dejlig by. Dog blev vores 2 ophold på samme hotel og endda samme værelse som 2023 ikke så positivt som som for præcist 1 år siden. Manglende rengøring med bla fund af gammel kvittering under seng, støv diverse steder. Bla oplevede vi også at den samme elevator ikke var støvsuget 3 dage i træk. En detalje men det forventer man af et hotel med det antal stjerner. Morgenmad i Midtown Grill har et godt lækkert udvalg. Men er blevet alt for dyr. 40€ pr person😮 er overpris. Gik ned for at bade i poolen tirsdag aften kl 21. Der var 7-8 børn hvilket gav meget støj og uro. Børn som sprang i poolen fra kanten selv om skilte ikke tillod det pga dybe i bassin. Hotellet ligger med god placering men standarden burde være højere med det antal stjerner

Found nasty spots on our blanket. It was pretty awful experience and couldn’t sleep the first night as they only brought a new blanket and didn’t change the sheets. Also the front desk didn’t make any apologies.

The hotel staff were excellent. They were prompt, efficient, accommodating, and even fun to be around. I accidentally broke something in the shower, and they had it repaired before we returned at the end of the day. They all seemed genuinely happy that we spent six nights there. I had to work a little each day, and the staff were great about finding me the quiet spaces I needed to work. They had good suggestions about what to do. We liked the restaurant in the hotel that we ate there twice. I recommend the hotel enthusiastically.

Great location, but below average service for a 5-star hotel. At 11am, waiters would pull our breakfast plates away from our hands in a rude way in the lounge, staff entered the room at night twice by mistake believing we ordered room service who h we didn’t- had to put the key lock on to avoid staff entering our room while we were sleeping (crazy!!), most times when we called reception, nobody answered. When I asked for s rest in the lounge as my 5-years old didn’t want to come upstairs and I wanted to bring water downstairs, I was told that common practice is that every guest must come upstairs to the longer and they cannot get me a tray. The restaurant downstairs was completely empty while a queue of 20+ people waited to be seated and the waiters didn’t tend to them. I can go on and on. We stayed several times over the past 8 years at the hotel. Because of the location. But the hotel desperately needs new management and new staff.

Staff checked us in at appropriate time but told us room wasn’t ready for about 10 min and to wait in lobby area 30 min later they had no come to tell us. Many folks getting keys. He had forgotten and didn’t have clue who we were. Second they gave us a handicapped room , too open , nothing cozy about it, plus two days in a Row someone tried to get into our room and they had a key , fortunately see had the chain lock on . They also entered our room one day we put do not disturb sign up . Over all stay was ok -

My stay with my family was extremely comfortable and we were very well taken care. The front office staff was very helpful. The restaurant staff during the breakfast time displayed exceptional customer service. They catered to all our personal requests like packing an extra pancake or muffin for take away.

I paid for a good room and asked for early check in but when I arrived after a 24 hour trip, they told me I needed to wait 6 hours. I then asked to be downgraded to a cheaper room and refund the difference, given it would be available right away. They downgraded me but didn't refund the difference. Very upset with this experience.

great location to shops and restaurant and tourist attractions-- the rooms were very clean the check in process was by an inexperienced young lady that made several billing errors (which she corrected) i got charged for going to a restaurant that i never went to and it took several emails to take charge off on night of 7-22-24 we had no water no toilet service or showers and the hotel never even acknowledged it

The best thing about this hotel is its wonderful central location. Close to everything, including great public transportation options! It’s on the bus line, steps away from the Potsdamer Plaza Bahnhof (trains) and well-served by taxis and Ubers! Wonderful property!

Fabulous hotel, great location, very close to Potzdam Platz station. A short walk to the Brandenburg Gate and several museums as well as the beautiful Tiergarten Park. Staff were extremely helpful. Only downside was that breakfast in the hotel was very expensive, so we didn’t have it. This was not a problem as there were several lovely cafes within a couple of minutes walk, where we had a great breakfast for much less than half the price. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Conveniently located, seemed to be in the center of a nice, busy local area but a little away from the action, so quiet. Wonderful breakfast (expensive unless included in the rate). It wasn’t hot when we were there but the ac kept the room cool and dry. We’d stay there again.

The main problem with this hotel was the BREAKFAST situation. The hotel has a restaurant with breakfast buffet but is almost $50/USD for those staying at the hotel. For some odd reason when you go to the restaurant they “interrogate” you asking if you are a staying at the hotel BEFORE even letting you sit down at a table. I choose to order something off the menu for breakfast to try and limit the cost but the selection was nonexistent and you couldn’t even order a single cup of coffee as it apparently only comes by the pot. I ended up walking out to go out for breakfast at Einstein Cafe 3 minute walk from Brandengurg Gate the cost was around $15 USD for amazing breakfast with cappuccino!! AVOID this hotel restaurant unless you want to get taken advantage of for pricing. Also tipping is not MANDATORY in Germany or throughout Europe at the hotel restaurant they automatically include a rich tip when billing out. Just another reason to AVOID the hotel restaurant!!

Fabulous hotel, great location, very close to Potzdam Platz station. A short walk to the Brandenburg Gate and several museums as well as the beautiful Tiergarten Park. Staff were extremely helpful. Only downside was that breakfast in the hotel was very expensive, so we didn’t have it. This was not a problem as there were several lovely cafes within a couple of minutes walk, where we had a great breakfast for much less than half the price. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Really liked the location (walk to Brandenburg Gate, couple minutes to train station for U Bahn, S Bahn and main train lines), walkable to to main tourist sites as well. Rooms were clean, comfortable (good air conditioning) and quiet though the design of the bathroom was not ideal to get in and out of shower or bath, but we managed okay and the shower and bath had plenty hot water etc. Staff all professional and friendly and breakfast (which for us was included) was very good. Main criticism would be the dining options as the restaurant was very very expensive and the only other alternative was a hot dog type place which did not appeal. They should have a more middle range option. Also limited tea/coffee in room and no milk - we bought some from the little cafe opposite the entrance - there is a small fridge in our room. Overall we had a great stay and would come back again.
