It was great, mini kitchen, AC a bit noisy but it worked excellent, clean and very close to retails stores and local restaurants. Only complaint was noise from a construction site next door on my side of the hotel but definitely not the hotels fault, building should be finalized very soon judging the stage of construction. Also had a simple gym but effective if you know what your doing and very cool swimming pool with a water fall. I enjoyed the residence inn and would stay even if the construction was happening.

Brand-new, modern and convenient hotel. The hotel is new and immaculate. The staff, from the front desk to the morning breakfast crew were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are well-appointed with kitchens, living area and modern bathroom. The bed linens were a bit rough (low thread count) but the mattress was very comfortable. My only complaint, which I told the manager about, was that the shower did not get hot enough. With the "European" style open-shower the bathroom was not warm and the water not hot. They were able to provide late-check-out for us and have a nice downstairs seating/lounge area with tables and coffee/tea. The price was very reasonable for the level of accomodation

They had a lovely continental breakfast with eggs, waffles and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and more. Staff was wonderful helped with all our requests and had good information on local places. Pool is small and a little cool for my liking but great for kids and has beach walk in access and a wheel chair lift if needed!

Great property in a great location. We stayed 10 days. Love the tram and bus stops close by. Nice having a free washer and dryer on property. We enjoyed the morning breakfast with lots of options. Only negative was cleaning staff does not speak English and need additional training. I highly recommend!

Everything in the room was new and there were lots of supplies in the kitchen which would be nice if we were cooking. Some things to note is that although the room was new, i question how long some of these will stay that way as it ages. The studio room we got was also quite small. it was difficult to find places to open our luggage for three persons with the sleeper sofa open. Pros: New, clean, modern feel. No bedbugs found kitchen well stocked large refrigerator, able to store a costco run free parking free breakfast had eggs, sausage and bacon staff was very friendly Costco and other stores within blocks easy access to hwy about a mile away bathroom was large and bright the night we were there was quiet Cons studio room really small some dishes in the kitchen were dirty kitchen sink is small, there is a dishwasher I would stay here again. it was a very convenient place prior to heading up to the ski resorts.

Brand new hotel with great staff. Super clean and very nice. Free parking with a ton of options for food very close. No EV charging. The pool is only 4ft deep but it was great for the kids, the pool alsk has a water slide. Unfortunately no hot tub. Overall a great hotel.

When we arrived in our room it wreaked of an overwhelming air freshener odor. I have never smelled anything so strong. It was nauseating. The windows don't open and the fan would not stay on, so it was hot and VERY stuffy all night. Poor night sleep. You need to have some way of getting fresh air in, because the windows do not open. We had a do not disturb sign on the door, but the maid knocked anyway.

Great property, bad design on the new showers, ok so no door, can begrudgingly understand, but the panel should have been wider, to keep the heat in, so whatever drove you to this design, your hot water costs have got to be higher, arrest the thieves who stole the shower doors!

The property is super clean and new. There are very thoughtful features in the room like plenty of hooks to hang things in the bathroom, nice shelf to hold bath items, nice big TV on a swivel. The only issues were with the shower and the HVAC. The shower is designed with one fixed glass door. There is no way to prevent a flood on the floor with this design. Also the temperature control takes a long time to adjust on the water. The HVAC could not be adjusted to warm up the room. It was always chilly in the room. Aside from these things, it was a very nice stay.

It was a nice enough hotel but we had to check out after one day because they kept having trouble with the air conditioner thermostats. After one visit from a maintenance man that lasted 20 minutes, the air conditioner stopped working again and it was 100 degrees that day. Mgmt. went out of their way to compensate us, so I would totally recommend the hotel anyway. Excellent walkability score.

The air conditioning was not working!! They came in 2 times and said it was fine. Every morning for breakfast I had to knock on the door at 6:10 am to get it when it opens at 6;00.

The only reason for the four stars is the king bedroom/suite has the a/c or heating vent directly in front of the bed. It’s a big vent and it’s not just big but noisy and blows air directly on the face while sleeping or trying to. Honestly, I didn’t sleep well.

I was more than pleased with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The interior was beautiful. The room exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and well layed out. The kitchen had everything, and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was standard, but still very good. I appreciated using real dishes for my food. The area is busy at rush hour, but lots of places to explore, including walking ditance to old town. Harkins theatre right next door. Great location, amenities, and staff... for a reasonable rate. Will most definitely stay again.

Our room was very clean and the staff was very professional and helpful. The representative who checked us in had already moved us from the first floor to the fourth floor, which is always preferrable for us. When we asked for bed linen for our third person's hideaway bed, it was delivered promptly with a smile. Amazing!

This is a pretty new hotel. The check in started poorly - the room wasn't ready 3 hours after check in, and there were other problems. The manager, although not on site, did everything he could to provide a clean room, he refunded the room I bought on Expedia since it wasn't ready. He made what could have been ugly better by his understanding and kindness. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and if you have a problem ask for the manager. HE WILL FIX whatever he can. Well done Mariott!

This is a brand new residence Inn Marriot in Arvada! Beautiful new building landscaping around building is beautiful Wonderful entry. Incredible people at the front desk. Lance and Asia were absolutely the best.! Very very quick check in. Very helpful. Just lovely place. We had a couple of issues that I won’t go into, but Lance and Aaron were absolutely top-notch about the problem They bent over backwards to make us happy, Such incredible kindness! Just a remarkable place so close to everything you need. Breakfast was terrific. Every staff person that we encountered was so friendly and so kind and so accommodating! I will definitely be back to this wonderful Residence Inn!! The room is extraordinary. Full beautiful brand, new kitchen, full-size refrigerator, beautiful pots and pans and dishes and silverware. Everything that you will need I have a very bad back in the bed was absolutely wonderful! Bathroom was beautiful gigantic shower All sparkly new finishings The living room were the kitchen is as well has a large TV and a beautiful couch Two rooms. The bedroom is separate. There was drag racing happening all night long and made it impossible to sleep even with a sound machine. The hotel is very nice however, Denver has gotten so bad. It’s just not worth going to anymore.

This was a good clean new property. I would lean up to a 4.5 maybe. The only nitpicks for me were: breakfast was generic and understaffed at this class leval. The heater fan was loud and right by the bed. My mountain view room was more parking lot. But its a block or two from the new RTD station, the Old Town and has tons of food options. The staff was very helpful.

We had a studio and it was perfect. Great to have a big fridge and be able to stay in. The only con was the breakfast. No gluten free bread options, eggs were dry and the waffle maker wasn’t working. Staff was awesome.

It was unsanitary to allow dogs where breakfast was served. This should be marketed as doggy hotel, since every room is allowed to have dogs(barking, all on the furniture, urine) should limit dogs to certain rooms.
