Quality Inn Joliet

Stained carpet, ice machine and one elevator were out of order, tub and grout were cracked and gross, poor water pressure, minimal breakfast with pancake machine out of order. We have stayed here in the past and we were shocked at how much the property has gone down hill.

I will never stay at this property AGAIN! There was a dead mouse in the room!! called the desk to switch rooms because it was New Years Eve and there were no other vacancies anywhere else and honestly it wasn’t a big deal to the clerk. He switched me to another room 2 floors up and from the looks of the door I had a feeling it wasn’t going to be any better and this room was half cleaned, light didn’t work and no remote for the tv! So I get switched to another room which was half cleaned and the shower didn’t work !!! but better than the last two especially the mouse room!!! Never again! Although he apologized but his reasoning is he can only go by what he was told was clean and ready to rent out-well a couple house keepers need to be retrained and/or fired!
