Enjoyed our stay at the Londoner. It’s difficult to find as only small entrance and no guidance or directions. Wasn’t made clear that the pool wasn’t in the same building which was its biggest downfall. Breakfast buffet was limited but not bad. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Hotel is right off the main strip which we didn’t realise, can hear some of the nightlife (we were floor 4) but not enough to keep us up all night. Overall a good stay bar a couple things. Would rate 7/10

Overall, a pleasant stay with a clean and spacious room. However, the breakfast was disappointing with limited choice and only 3 hot items. Be prepared to walk down the street to use the pool and it’s only open 10am-6pm which means you will hardly get to use it if you have other plans while in Malta. There was a TV on the other side of the wall to our bed which meant we were often awoken by noise. Interesting location, convenient if you’re there to have a good time with friends, but not suitable for families.

Het hotel zelf was helemaal goed, behalve de lift die regelmatig buiten bedrijf was. De ligging van het hotel en dan met name de straat was minder, het was vies en het stonk.

Nice staff. Very noisy in neighbouring rooms, but staff was responsive. I had to call the front desk 3 times about the noise coming from the room next to mine. Noise from street because it is central to party area. Inconvenient that the pool is not actually in the same building as the hotel, it is about 2 min down the street. Nice pool but very loud music all day so not very relaxing. It’s definitely a party vibe. I wish I knew that the pool wasn’t attached to hotel but this wasn’t clear during booking.

Ansich eine gute unterkunft, aber mit vielen sachen wird da einfach nur geld gemacht. Zimmer gebucht auf den bilder war ein balkon zusehen als wir ankamen hieß es balkon kostet 80€ extra. Der pool gehört nicht zum hotel man muss jeden tag 80€ für liegen bezahlen und getränke und essen auch und das vorallem überteuerte preise. Aufzug bleibt einfach mal stehen wie er will. Reinigungskraft sortiert meine klamotten und schuhe ??? Im großen und ganzen war es ok das beste daran war das man nur mit ner karte reinkommt grad in der partyecke ganz gut

The hotel Is not easy to reach by car, but they have parking places just behind the corner of the street. The room is quite big. The staff at the reception are very nice. Breakfast is ok. The pool is in another building.

Hôtel était très bien seule problème c’est que quand ont commande cette hôtel il est pas précisé que la piscine est à l’extérieur de l’hôtel il faut complètement sortir de l’hôtel pour accéder à un autre bâtiment pour pouvoir aller à la Piscine (skypool)

The hotel was in a good location with easy to reach shops and bars. Bear in mind though that very near the hotel there are a lot of clubs where teenagers congregate! The car park for the hotel was hard to find and charges for £5 per day. The breakfast was OK, it’s the same thing every day so it can start to get a little boring. The hot options didn’t look too appetising and the fruit selection was poor. Coffee and pastries were really good though. The room was spacious and a good size with a great bathroom. Our balcony overlooked messy and noisy building works! The bed wasn’t the comfiest and my partner found the air con not powerful enough for the whole room. Most disappointingly, the pool is not in the hotel building and it’s NOT clear enough on the listing that this is the case. Especially as this was the first image used. Very misleading in my opinion. When using the pool, you want to be getting straight to your room after to get changed, not walking through a business centre and busy street! Overall a pleasant stay but I wouldn’t stay here again.

If you want a quiet place this is not the place to book, outside is very loud during the night there are party’s going on every night till 4-5am and you can hear it inside, overall is ok, the staff is friendly and the hotel is clean, the other issue that I experienced is we had mold in the bathroom at room 602 and we started to get sick from it in our last days.

Mysigt och fräscht hotell! Jag blev så väl bemött av personalen och de var väldigt hjälpsamma. Poolen var i en annan byggnad några meter bort men det var absolut inga problem – väldigt fint där med. Frukosten var helt okej. Det var rent och fräscht på rummet med bra AC. Rekommenderar verkligen!

Alarme incendie qui se déclenche et lorsqu’on va voir la réception pour avoir plus d’information on nous dit qu’il faut pas s’inquiéter en rigolant. La perosnne de l’accueil ne s’est même pas excusé alors que l’alarme nous a fait sursauté de notre réveil. La chambre et les couloir avaient en permanence une mauvaise odeur, la chambre n’était pas aéré. Des travaux dans l’hôtel qui débute à 7h45. Nous sommes en vacances pour dormir mais impossible à cause des coup de marteau et de perceuses de bon matin. Pendant notre séjour, on demande de libérer la chambre pendant 20 minute pour faire une maintenance alors que ça pouvait attendre la fin de notre séjour. Le ménage journalier plus que médiocre. On nous a pas changé de serviette de bain (1 jours) lorsqu’on nous changeait les serviette au lieu d’en mettre un chacun (2 au total) on nous donnait 1 serviette pour 2.

Sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer, allerdings geht das Fenster zu einem Schacht hinaus, wodurch man nur begrenzt richtig lüften kann. Bei Buchung ohne Balkon muss einem das klar sein. Ansonsten wirklich sehr freundliches Personal und ein ausreichendes Frühstück.

Very pleasant stay at the Londoner. Very friendly staff aswell! The daily breakfast was always the same but it has enough variety. Rooms were always clean. Even though it’s in the middle of Paceville, you won’t hear any noise in the room. Would definetly recommend!

We spent 10 days at the Londoner. We found the room was nice and spacious , it had a small fridge and enough room to make ourselves at home for a fairly long stay. We had a balcony which was nice room 803. It looked over the action in paceville. It is very noisy at night with the younger generations partying but this did not bother us. If you are affected by noise an inside room would be a better choice for you. The. cleaning staff were there every day and did a top notch job. The reception staff were friendly, courteous and always helpful with any questions that we asked as well as suggestions. The location was great! There is a buffet of restaurants and shopping at your fingertips. Two casinos within a few blocks if that is what you fancy . We did find it quite dirty outside the hotel entrance but we cannot fault the hotel for this. The breakfast was outstanding! A good selection of items, the perfect coffee machine with every coffee under the sun, beautiful breads, meats, yogurt, cheese, fruits and cereals.. was one of the best that we've had at a hotel. Should we return to Malta we would definitely not hesitate to book the Londoner again. Thanks so much Londoner staff! Alfie & Nellonne Canada

Nice and clean hotel, with a very friendly and helpful staff. It is located very close to a street with a lot of partying, so it was noisy in the weekend. Great if you’re there to party tho! Bed was not so comfortable, very hard.

The room was very clean and modern. All necessary amenities. The bed was very comfy and I loved the pillows. Great balcony and safe provided. Breakfast had options for everyone but is the same each day, eg. Same fruit, could have some more variety for a week long stay but otherwise it was very convenient location to visit Silema and Valletta. One street away from the night club area but you can’t hear any of the noise from your room and during the day it is a very safe and a quiet location.

My friend and I were debating between a couple of hotels and we chose this one because we liked how the rooms looked on the pictures. We checked into our room at about 4pm and we were given the key. Once we got to our room it was still being cleaned so we had to wait outside for about 20 minutes. We then walked into our room and found out there was absolutely no day light, it was like staying in a dungeon. We were also given the room for people who need special assistance, there were handrails everywhere which i think is great for guests who need it but not what we asked for. The shower was a wet room and every time either of us showered the whole room was wet for ages. There was also no where to dry our bikinis. The room smelt because there was no ventilation. There was one hole in the wall which they called a window which opened up into a square of other windows and because we were on the bottom floor it smelt like an ash tray because everyone flicked their fags down this 'hole’. We asked to be moved and they said that all 'internal’ rooms are like this and that we got an upgrade because there’s a sofa in our room. We would much rather have a window rather than a sofa. The pool was also in a separate building not on the roof of the hotel as it looks on the pictures. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Hjælpsom og sødt personale, flink kok ved morgenmaden og servicepersonalet er venligt og smilende. Dejligt med ekstra puder på værelset. Meget hård seng, hårde store puder, sovesofaen var bedre at sove i end i dobbeltsengen. Meget larm kl 07 om morgenen pga. Renovering i kompleks lige overfor. Ligger meget centralt i forhold til klubber og disco, fredag aften var derfor ikke muligt at falde i søvn.

Nice and new hotel in a great location, dozens of bars/restaurants all within a 5 minute walk from the hotel and a brand new shopping centre opposite. Hotel staff all very friendly and professional. Nice continental breakfast from 0730hrs-1030hrs. King-size beds with quality bedding. Huge TV on wall, hairdryer and kettle and a complimentary litre bottle of water every day. Great balcony with table and chairs. The hotel is in a very busy part of town with bars and clubs nearby so lots of music playing at night but once the large glass sliding door is closed you can barely hear any noise all in all great place would definitely stay again.

We spent 10 days at the Londoner. We found the room was nice and spacious , it had a small fridge and enough room to make ourselves at home for a fairly long stay. We had a balcony which was nice room 803. It looked over the action in paceville. It is very noisy at night with the younger generations partying but this did not bother us. If you are affected by noise an inside room would be a better choice for you. The. cleaning staff were there every day and did a top notch job. The reception staff were friendly, courteous and always helpful with any questions that we asked as well as suggestions. The location was great! There is a buffet of restaurants and shopping at your fingertips. Two casinos within a few blocks if that is what you fancy . We did find it quite dirty outside the hotel entrance but we cannot fault the hotel for this. The breakfast was outstanding! A good selection of items, the perfect coffee machine with every coffee under the sun, beautiful breads, meats, yogurt, cheese, fruits and cereals.. was one of the best that we've had at a hotel. Should we return to Malta we would definitely not hesitate to book the Londoner again. Thanks so much Londoner staff! Alfie & Nellonne Canada

Fantastic spot to stay at when in St Julians. Right next to all the bars but also the rooms block out the outside noise at night. Only issue is if they block of some of the roads you may have to meet your uber a bit further away.

Close proximity to clubs, bars and restaurants! But also when going to bed, the room is soundproof so no matter how busy it is outside, we could still have a relaxing sleep! Best of both worlds. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, when we asked some questions about the area, the gentlemen behind the desk took the time to provide us with a map, give us recommendations as to where to visit in Malta and also the corresponding buses to get us to said places. Very happy with our stay here! Thank you.

We were a bit nervous having read some reviews about the location but the hotel itself is physically very nice. Big rooms, clean, and the catering and cleaning staff were excellent. On check in the two men at the reception desk gave us no information, they didn't advise us of any breakfast information, pool opening times, and they definitely didn't mention that the rooftop pool (which was part of the reason we booked the hotel in the first place) was nothing to do with the hotel, and that we had to walk down the road to have access to the nice but not on site swimming pool. The desk staff gave us no confidence they could achieve even the smallest request.so we ended up googling most things. The rooms are big, clean and have great air-conditioning. The pool down the road is gorgeous but has limited hotel space before you need to pay for a lounger so get there early. The staff at the pool were excellent and very friendly.

Very pleasant stay at the Londoner. Very friendly staff aswell! The daily breakfast was always the same but it has enough variety. Rooms were always clean. Even though it’s in the middle of Paceville, you won’t hear any noise in the room. Would definetly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Londoner and it was in a good location in the centre of St Julian’s with easy access to public transport. The rooftop pool located in a nearby building was lovely with great food and cocktail selection and a DJ playing chilled dance music. However we were not allowed to take our own water which meant our bill became expensive in the heat. The beach and local bars were a 5 minute walk. The staff at the Londoner were really friendly and there was a great breakfast selection. Despite being in an area surrounded by bars our room was very quiet and we enjoyed there being black out blinds. The WiFi worked well, we had a fridge and big TV, and the shower was lovely although we had some ants in our bathroom. The AC worked well but only went down to 22 degrees which was still a bit warm for us. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Breakfast had options for everyone but is the same each day, eg. Same fruit, could have some more variety for a week long stay but otherwise it was very convenient location to visit Silema and Valletta. One street away from the night club area but you can’t hear any of the noise from your room and during the day it is a very safe and a quiet location.

Overall, a pleasant stay with a clean and spacious room. However, the breakfast was disappointing with limited choice and only 3 hot items. Be prepared to walk down the street to use the pool and it’s only open 10am-6pm which means you will hardly get to use it if you have other plans while in Malta. There was a TV on the other side of the wall to our bed which meant we were often awoken by noise. Interesting location, convenient if you’re there to have a good time with friends, but not suitable for families.

Das Hotel war Modern eingerichtet und es hat alles Funktioniert. Das Personal war sehr Freundlich und hat sich sehr gekümmert. Das Frühstücksbüffett war ausreichend und es wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt, das einzige was nicht gut war, der Kaffee zum Frühstück war schrecklich.

The hotel was in a good location with easy to reach shops and bars. Bear in mind though that very near the hotel there are a lot of clubs where teenagers congregate! The car park for the hotel was hard to find and charges for £5 per day. The breakfast was OK, it’s the same thing every day so it can start to get a little boring. The hot options didn’t look too appetising and the fruit selection was poor. Coffee and pastries were really good though. The room was spacious and a good size with a great bathroom. Our balcony overlooked messy and noisy building works! The bed wasn’t the comfiest and my partner found the air con not powerful enough for the whole room. Most disappointingly, the pool is not in the hotel building and it’s NOT clear enough on the listing that this is the case. Especially as this was the first image used. Very misleading in my opinion. Great location and welcoming staff! The junior suite #1002 had a great terrace overlooking the Mercury Tower, its square and surrounding. Nice size of the room and bathroom. Useful minibar and 60-65 inch TV on the wall. Overall good sound-proofing walls and windows. Internet working excellent. The rooftop pool was in other building, 50 meters down the street. Was crowded two of four days but we received sunbeds within 10-15 minutes. Good drinks and food, to normal prices. The breakfast had not the widest variety but fresh bread, cheese, turkey, ham, salami, yoghurt, fruits etc. Only missing boiled eggs even though omelettes can be ordered. Short walk to the beach in the St George’s bay. Many restaurants, bars, kiosks nearby and two 24/7 grocery stores in the same street. Overall really good value for the money!

The hotel in St. Julian’s is in an area with a shopping mall right across the hotel and several pubs, bars and clubs. Also several hotels are near. The area has some construction sites and in some places could be dirty and loud (not that is the hotel’s fault), but in the room we didn’t hear any noise. Good bus connection to Valletta, Sliema and the airport. Near Spinola Bay nice for having lunch/dinner overlooking the bay.

I really wanted to like this place but I just couldnt. The bed was SUPER uncomfortable and my mother and I didnt get any rest at all. Not to mention the constant noise from the clubs outside. Literally one of the worse hotels Ive slept at. The room was pretty clean and spacious and the receptionist was nice but that was all the positivity about this place.
