Das Hotel liegt sehr gut um alle Ziele in Berlin zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück ausreichend. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Bar, die aber geschlossen ist. Das fanden wir sehr schade

I have stayed at the Titanic Comfort before and enjoy being there. It is in a colourful area where there are many bars and restaurants and yet it lacks the after midnight noise of other European cities. Sleep guaranteed. Public transport is plentiful, affordable and frequent. The rooms are of a decent size although soundproofing the neighbours in the rooms next door might be a good idea. Another absolute must is a decent chair. Working for a few hours on the laptop whilst sitting hunched on a small barrel-like thing is unbearable. Also, it is still advertised that there is a bar and restaurant. There is, except they are not open, only for breakfast, which is decent but relatively basic affair. (Good coffee though.) The general atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a good place to stay in that area of Berlin.

The hotel only operated one elevator! It was so uncomfortable. But the room was neat and clean. The breakfast is quite good.

It was a stay in Berlin of our family trip. The room is spacious and the decoration is modern and quaint. Good point is the space Points to pay attention is you need to have a coin from the front to enter the parking. It is understandable for safety. Air conditioning is quite strong as it is daikin. The hotel also has quite digital system you can check in on your phone. Bath and toilet is a bit stuck. Guess it is because the place is old?

Nice and decent hotel. Near to shopping center and nice restaurants. They just need to fix the elevator, one isn’t working and the other one is very slow

Opt out from housekeeping not possible and there are no DND signs. Even though I went out of my way to assure reception right at the beginning of a 6 night stay that I really didn’t need housekeeping I got harassed by housekeeping every single day. Obviously zero regard for the environment and sustainability, but also the paying customer’s preferences. No restaurant. Only 2 proper coat hangers; the others are fixed and can’t be taken off the rack so useless for most of my clothes. Interior is dated. Some front desk staff were friendly and professional but others were outright rude so it’s a lottery. Reception isn’t staffed 24/7 so checkout isn’t possible around the clock.

The hotel is clearly aged and would benefit from some upgrades. The light switches were discolored, and the TV was very small compared to today’s standard. Overall, the interior feels dated. On the positive side, the breakfast was good with enough choice, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One downside is the lack of an on-site parking garage. Instead, guests need to use a supermarket garage located about 200–300 meters away. With some renovations, this hotel could match its great location and service quality.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The lobby was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless.

Die Lage ist gut. Leider war es unter dem Bett schmutzig. Ansonsten waren das Zimmer, die Dusche und die Toilette sauber. Es fehlten jedoch Einwegschlappen, Gläser, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee und Hygieneartikel. Die Minibar war leer, es sollten zumindest Wasserflaschen bereitgestellt werden. Es gab nur Handtücher. Der Aufzug funktionierte nicht einwandfrei – lange Wartezeiten und grundloses Anhalten in Stockwerken, auch wenn niemand den Aufzug gerufen hatte. Um ins Parkhaus zu gelangen, muss man aus dem Auto aussteigen und am Tor eine Münze einwerfen. Allerdings erhält man nur eine Münze an der Rezeption. Um weitere Münzen zu erhalten, muss man erneut zur Rezeption gehen. Die Heizung hat leider auch nicht funktioniert, das Zimmer war kalt. Mein Freund ist mitten in der Nacht aufgewacht, weil es ihm zu kalt war.

Nice hotel close to Nollendorfplatz and public transport. Close to shops and nightlife. The room was large. Not the cleanest room I have been in. Lots of dust on tv and lamps. Visible finger marks on walls several places in the room.

Im Kühlschrank standen noch die Brotdosen von den vorherigen Gästen. Ich hoffe der Rest des Zimmers wurde gewissenhafter gereinigt.

Very disgusting rooms, had to change from one room to another, second room had dried in spit/snot on the Walls. Really bad smell

Es müssten mal wieder die Silikonfugen erneuert werden. Sonst ist es ein gutes Hotel mit aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal.

Gutes Hotel, bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück. Bäder etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Fugen sollten erneuert werden, schimmelt teilweise.

Nice hotel with a great location. Staff were lovely. Only drawback for me was that rooms are serviced every other day, and even then the sheets weren’t changed during my 4 night stay. I’m guessing it’s an eco thing!

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, jedoch sind die Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Sehr störend empfanden wir den starken Zigarettengeruch insbesondere in der Toilette. Auch wenn das Zimmer nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt wird, könnte man auch den Bettrand mal abstauben.

First off we were really disappointed in the bed. We booked a "Queen" bed which turned out to be 2 twin beds pushed together with seperate single sheets. I asked reception for a mattess topper, they said they'd check with housekeeping. Me and my partner essentially ended up sleeping seperately for 3 nights which overshadowed the trip to be honest. Considering the cost of the 3 nights it wasn't good enough to be honest. Also the one time housekeeping attended the room they didn't change the bed sheets, only folded the same ones over. Other than that Breakfast was good, lobby area and reception was clean and well decorated and the location was really good for U bahn and KaDeWe. Lacked a bar though.

The location is great and the room was pretty spacious. Could use some fresh paint in the room. Overall great value for the price.

The rooms are keeping program 26 Celsius , you can’t able to change it . so in summer are hot the rooms so you have to open your windows to cool down the room and hear all the noise from outside! Is this a Europe things about hotels?

The hotel is a good standard and very convenient to Schoenberg and other tourist areas. Rooms are comfortable if not luxurious. Staff were generally helpful and polite. A minor issue was the curtains in the room not being large enough to cover the windows, thereby letting in light as soon as the sun came up. Otherwise happy with our stay.

Location is great. Hotel is very noisy. U hear your neighbors snore or other activities they are doing at night. Cleaning lady above u seems like she is playing bowling.

Didn’t have breakfast. Room temperature fixed and far too warm - hotel couldn’t change it. Blackout curtains worked but didn’t cover the window so no point in them - light came in the sides. Room was on the first floor overlooking main road - even with windows closed, one could hear and feel the u-barn train going by frequently and the cars. Staff friendly enough.

I stayed in hotel titanic for two nights. Location is very accessible to many bars, restaurants and muesums,. Room was large enough bed was very comfortable with crisp clean bedding . Wi-Fi was strong. Bathroom was a wetrioom with sloped floor in shower. Couple of minus points no tea making facilities in rooon and elevator was a pain with only one working it took maybe up to 8-10 minutes to get on due to lift stopping on each floor. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of hot and cold selection.. overall a positive impression of property with reception very helpful also ..

Conveniently located, clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast was good. The staff ant the front desk was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had problems checking in (delayed check-in and our group was divided in different floors) and with the housekeeping - one day our room door was open when we arrived.

I was super tired and exhausted when I arrived. The lady at the front desk was just super rude and as a gold member I didnt get offered any extras ir upgrades. Breakfast staff was nice, reception treated me like they just wanted me to leave.

All very good, clean and fast. Some light bulbs were broken but got replaced immediately. Area is fantastic - a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. I did run the Berlin Marathon on a Sunday and the hotel provided the option to take a shower in the afternoon in a separate room after check-out. Very good service!

Very centrally located in the Schöneberg area with Wittenbergplatz and Nollendorfplatz stations just close by. Very clean, good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Already booked my next stay!

A modern & good value hotel that was a great base for exploring Berlin. The room was very good - modern, clean and had everything that I needed. The hotel is located near good transport links - 5 minutes walk from Wittenbergplatz U-Bahn station and less than that to numerous bus routes at An der Urania. There are plenty of food & shopping options nearby as well. I had an excellent experience here and will definitely be back the next time I'm in Berlin.

Lovely hotel, just a bus ride from the centre. A 10 minute walk to Berlin Zoo, shops and supermarkets nearby. Clean and efficient hotel, delicious buffet breakfast. Would stay again.

Sehr sauberes Hotel in super Lage. Auto stand in der zum Hotel gehörigen Tiefgarage. Zimmer klein, aber alles da was man braucht. Lage des Hotels ist super, klare Empfehlung von mir.

Logo no primeiro dia tive que trocar de quarto 3x devido ao forte odor de cigarro, a politica do hotel é limpar quarto a cada dois dias, mesmo quando ocorrem contra tempos, o ar condicionado não funcionou em dois apartamentos e quando solicitei que verificassem a moça da recepção nada fez, só na terceira noite um funcionário educadíssimo ajudou, pena que nao recordo seu nome

Wir haben uns insgesamt in den vier Nächten im Hotel wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die ansprechende Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum. Dazu war das Personal dort sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Da in unserer Reisegruppe ein Rollstuhlfahrer dabei war, haben sie immer schon den großen Tisch für uns gedeckt, wenn sie uns kommen sahen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Zimmereinigungspersonal war dagegen sehr schwierig, aufgrund fehlender Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet & sauber & ruhig, leider hatten wir defektes Mobiliar in den Zimmern. Eine Ablage für Duschutensilien steckte nur lose in den Dübeln und ein Badezimmertisch verlor jedes Mal die Beine, wenn man ihn nur kurz bewegt hat. Das hätte dem Personal früher schon mal auffallen müssen, nicht erst als wir es gemeldet haben. Feedback zum barrierefreien Zimmer: An sich ganz gut, mit der großen ebenerdigen Dusche, niedrigem Waschbecken - aber das war es auch schon. Einen Duschstuhl haben wir erst auf Anfrage erhalten. In unserem Zimmer gab es keine Haltegriffe an WC, Dusche und auch nicht am Bett. Hier wünschen wir uns noch bessere, durchdachtere Austtattung. Der Weg zwischen Bett und Schreibtisch ist sehr schmal, eine Ablage für den Koffer gab es auch nicht, die man in Sitzhöhe hätte erreichen können. Lage und Umgebung der Unterkunft bewerten wir als gut. Es sind Bushaltestellen direkt in der Nähe, die Straße war nicht besonders laut, man konnte auch das Fenster öffnen

Rent, fräscht och prisvärt hotell med centralt läge. Trevlig personal. Sköna sängar. Snabb in- och utcheckning. Tyst. Frukosten ganska okej, men inte prisvärd.

Highly recommend this hotel, the breakfast was fantastic. Staff extremely helpful and very reasonably priced.
