Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Super Lage. Wir würden allerdings kein zweites mal das Parkhaus benutzen. Das Parkhaus ist minimalistisch und unglaublich eng. Ohne am Fahrzeug einen Schaden zu verursachen, ist ein Wunder. Die Tiefgarage sollte man sich vorher anschauen, ob man dies riskieren kann. Ist man einmal hineingefahren, gibt es kein Zurück!

Obschon die Renovierung und der Umbau tagsüber in vollem Umfang erfolgten, war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis konnte das neu ausgebaute Zimmer bereits mittags bezogen werden. Alles in der 5. Etage war so, wie es aussehen soll. Das preiswerte Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber sehr funktional. Insgesamt ein stimmiges Konzept in lockerer Atmosphäre, auch durch die hilfsbereite Rezeption gewährleistet.

The hotel room was lovely and very comfortable and the staff were beyond helpful. However, I was told that the renovations would be complete on the 16th February by one of the staff members via live chat. However, this was not the case and the renovations were still ongoing with the breakfast and bar area cornered off due to the ongoing refurbishment work. One of the lifts was always out of order and then the other lift also kept breaking and we had to keep getting the stairs. This would not normally bother us but my partner has recently bruised her ankle and climbing up and down the stairs was a bit of a strain on her ankle. Also our hotel key key cards kept having to be reset. Overall the style and comfort of the hotel was amazing but the facilities need some work and there needs to be clarification on when and where the renovation work was taking place. Seems a bit unfair for the hotel to charge the same prices when the facilities are not up to scratch.

mangelnde deutschkenntnisse beim Check in und lustlos. Dachte ich störe gerade. Pargarage einezige Katastrophe, viel zu eng für normale PKW, schäden fast vorprogrammiert. Defekter Aufzug. Treppenhaus nicht nutzbar. Blick aus dem Zimmer in einen Hinterhof auf ein baufälliges Wohnhaus. Wenn überhaupt etwas positiv war, war es das Frühstück. Allen in allem viel zu teuer. Nie wieder ....

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Zimmer und das Bad war sehr sauber. Besonders gut hat uns die Dusche gefallen; die beste, die wir bislang in einem Badmodul hatten. Gute Aufteilung und sehr geräumig, kein Wasser läuft aus... Doppelbett war sehr breit und obwohl es nur eine Decke gab, war diese so riesig, dass es keinen Streit darum geben konnte.

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer waren auch okay. Mit dem Fenster zur Straße hin war es jedoch zu laut, die Fenster sind schlecht eingestellt und dämpfen kaum den Lärm. In der Nähe ist ein Krankenhaus, Martinshorn kommt somit ebenfalls vor.

It was a nice hotel, outside of the main centre, but close enough. I didn't wander too far to see what was around, as I was there for Folsom Europe. Very short walk to the U3 & U7. Breakfast was okay, it is a continental breakfast but still good variety. There was no tea/coffee in the rooms but you could purchase at reception.

This was by far the most disappointing hotel experience I’ve ever had. The sound insulation was practically non-existent—I could hear every car passing by all night, making it impossible to sleep. The room lacked several basic amenities: no kettle, no slippers (which were definitely needed due to the itchy carpet), no refrigerator, no toothpaste, and not even a phone to contact reception—I had to go downstairs just to speak with someone. The room was also uncomfortably cold. Considering the price, I expected a much better standard. The only redeeming quality was that the room was clean.

Ich habe schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Seit der Übernahme durch B&B sind die Preise angezogen. Ich habe aber ein sehr sauberes Zimmer angetroffen. Das Zimmer (612) war seehr klein, sicher nicht für einen mehrtäglichen Aufenthalt geeignet, da eigentlich kein Platz für Garderobe oder ähnliches zur Verfügung stand. Da ich aber nur für 2 Nächte gebucht hatte, war es halbwegs acceptabel.

The hotel itself was very good, just what you would expect from B&B Hotels. The Breakfast was a good value I think, especially if you like to have more than one cup of coffee with your breakfast. My only complaint was the room temperature. It was late April and it was unseasonably warm but there was no way to cool the room besides opening the window. The cooling system was controlled centrally and provided no measurable air flow or cooling. I would think twice about staying here in summer, but winter would be great.

Ich habe ein Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße bekommen. Es war leider die ganze Nacht sehr laut. Gefühl fuhr jede halbe stunde ein Krankenwagen/ Polizei Auto. Die Fenster waren dafür nicht geeignet

Sind viel in Hotels unterwegs und daher schreibe ich ausnahmsweise diese schlechte Bewertung. Die Dame an der Rezeption na ja nie wieder dieses Hotel. Gibt andere- freundlichere. Kamen z. B. bei Starkregen um 14. 40 Uhr an und mussten trotz freundlicher Nachfrage bis genau um 14.59 Uhr zum Check in warten. Hotel war nicht ausgebucht und Zimmer alle fertig. Um 14.59 Uhr sagte die Rezeption ( vorher spielte sie mit ihrem Handy) so jetzt dürfen sie einchecken. Und so weiter… Also wie der Berlin Urlaub nicht so beginnen soll …

The alarm went off in the middle of the day for very long time and everyone came out of their rooms. They stated service the elevator in the muscle of day and I had to wait until they finish so I could go and pick up my luggage’s. They would not extend my check out time to 1:00 PM from 12:00 PM unless I paid them extra.

Das Raumklima konnte man mit einer Klimaanlage regeln, was ich nicht mag. Da das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße liegt, konnte man das Fenster nicht immer öffnen. Geschäfte und Lokale sind in der Nähe. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Gutes Mittelklassehotel unweit der City West. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Fehrbelliner Platz ist nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt, von dort kommt man einfach in alle Bereiche der Stadt. Das Zimmer war simpel eingerichtet, aber vollkommen ausreichend um für ein verlängertes Wochenende die Stadt zu erkunden. Klimaanlage vorhanden!

Hotellet ligger i et trygt og virkelig skønt område med masser af små restauranter og butikker i gå afstand😊 Super venlig personale i receptionen og de var så søde overfor vores børn på 2 og 6 år😍 Den tilkøbte morgenmad var simpelthen så lækker, frisk og de fyldte hele tiden op og det at man kunne lave friske vafler var det helt store hit🤩 Fremover når vi rejser til Berlin, så kommer vi til at booke her igen❤️
