The reviews here do not seem genuine. I booked this place based on these reviews which are essentially false. This is a 7/10 rating hotel at best. The location is good thats about it. The photos are incredibly generous to the reality of the place. The rooms are amazingly small. The whole hotel is filled with noises of people trying to enter their paper thin rooms with impossible to use keys.

Great hotel. We checked in late. The staff was very accommodating. Unfortunately, there is not elevator. That might be an issue for some. Otherwise, a lovely hotel in a nice part of Buenos Aires that is close to Aeropuerto Jorge Newberry.

This is a small boutique hotel in Palermo. It was a fine stay for a few nights and the staff was very kind. A few things to know is there are stairs and no elevator/lift so if you are mobile challenged or have a heavy bag you'll have to carry it up and down. The breakfast was basic but nice. Tasty pastries and they will make speciality coffee for you. The terrace and outdoor space is smaller than it appeared in the pics but it was pleasant. There is a delivery service across the street with moto drivers coming and going and talking quite a bit. The gelato place on the corner was great. I'd return again and enjoyed my stay.
