Beautiful property, great rooftop bar, and rooms were very nice!

Well it's expensive, great location. Food was great. One of the two nights they closed the rooftop terrace for a private event. Roof top was one of the keys that decided my booking so I was not impressed. I would shop around more next time. Ciao!

We had a lovely stay here, staff were really nice, gym was good and a perfect central location. Breakfast seemed very expensive at €38pp per day therefore we didn’t choose this option.

Located in the heart of Rome. This property sits near the Pantheon and Argentinian ruins. The rooftop restaurant was great and featured views of the city. The staff were very helpful. The property was very clean.

This hotel markets itself as a luxury destination, but the reality is far from five-star. The most glaring issue was the service in the restaurant, bar, and lounges — consistently inattentive, unprofessional, and nowhere near the standard expected of a property of this caliber. At the bar, staff were slow to acknowledge guests, often leaving patrons waiting for extended periods just to place an order. When service did arrive, it was rushed and careless, as if providing basic hospitality was an afterthought. The lounges, which should have been comfortable and refined, suffered from the same problem: long waits for even the simplest requests and an overall lack of attentiveness. To make matters worse, the pricing was astonishingly inflated. Every drink and service came at a premium that might have been acceptable had the experience matched the cost — but it didn’t. Instead, guests are left paying exorbitant rates for service that wouldn’t be acceptable in a mid-range establishment. Furthermore, the spa was advertised as a luxury experience, but in reality, it was nothing of the sort. There were no treatments actually available, and what was offered bore little resemblance to what was promised. Facilities were far below expectations — extremely limited, and lacking the exclusivity and quality one associates with a five-star spa. This hotel may carry a five-star label, but the service is far from it. I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking a true luxury experience.

Close to the antiquities. 25 minute walk to Vatican. Beautiful roof top restaurant and bar. Very friendly staff.

Amazing hotel. Rooftop bar is absolutely amazing. The amazing floor to ceiling windows in our room was mesmerizing every time. Great food and perfect location.

Beautiful brand new hotel, very clean and well equipped! Within walking distance to a lot of points of interest in central Rome. The parking lot is not on site, but only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. Thanks a lot for having us!!

We enjoyed the hotel although the food was not great and very expensive. For being a new hotel, the rug under the bed had spots and the bathroom floor was not cleaned well.

La habitación estaba perfecta, muy limpia, amplia, el baño estaba muy limpio muy grande, el personal muy bueno, amable y el proceso de check-in fue muy facil y rapido.

We’ve stayed here twice and both times the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff have been outstanding. It’s close enough to walk to so many places. I definitely would recommend staying here.

The bed was incredibly comfy as you would expect from a Radisson but this absolutely did not make up for the A/C being broken for the majority of the stay. Out of the 4/5 members of staff I spoke to nobody could give a day / time when this was going to be fixed, every occasion that the maintenance man visited the room he just said it should work and if it doesn’t contact the front desk. Alas, it did not work for 4 days! Which during 35 degree heat isn’t acceptable for a Radisson hotel. In addition to the A/C being broken there is little to no noise protection from the outside so we were woken at 6am to some demolition on a building opposite our room window, so being woken that early as well as being incredibly sweaty just summarised the stay for us. Upon check out no member of staff apologised for the awful time we had during the stay or even acknowledged it. This isn’t acceptable for hotel of this class.

Brand new property. Amazing rooms and views. The terrace room was stunning. Location was great. Very happy with the hotel and staff. Will definitely be back.

Great hotel! Very modern feels very new. Good sized room and bathroom, very helpful and friendly employees. Beautiful rooftop as well. Only downside was we had a balcony room and the view was basically a parking lot so was definitely not worth having the balcony. Location was perfect.

The hotel is fairly new and there are one or two teething issues to sort out ie hotter water, replacing coffee/tea. Room design was also a bit of an issue plenty of room but not the best use.

First time staying here and we loved it! Fab location central to everything , hotel is lovely modern and trendy! Room was clean and roof top was lovely when it was warm for a drink! My only small complaint which I did express but nothing could be done was the water isn’t hot - I have never moaned about this at a hotel before but it’s lewk warm and when I have a bath I like it hot. They did send someone to look but they said this was the highest it could go which I didn’t understand as the water is not hot by any standard. Apart from this everything was great thank you!

Very helpful staff. Extremely comfortable bed and quality bedding, with nice decor and modern bathroom. Complimentary water to room and in the foyer. The hotel bar was convenient The location was accessible by walking to main destinations. Wouid recommend it. Only criticism might have been expectation of breakfast included at the price, rather than extra

The hotel is in great condition. Beautifully appointed, elegantly decorated. The rooms are nice, modern and elegant. Location is another highlight. It's close to the Vittorio Emanuel monument, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. We really enjoyed everything. It was a great choice and we recommend this hotel.

We stayed here four nights and will consider this hotel when we return to Rome. All hotel staff we talked to here helpful and professional, but Federica and Ibra who worked at the front desk at different times were truly excellent.

The staff was very considerate and was able to accommodate an early check in and arrange for a very early ride to the airport. They really did “the little things” that make you feel welcome and comfortable very well.

I would highly recommend Radisson Roma Antica. From the moment we entered everyone was super nice and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The facilities are beautiful, the food was great and the service was phenomenal. Agnese was so helpful on our first day. Fernando went above and beyond, he was so warm and welcoming and remembered exactly how I liked my caffe. Everyone remembered us by name. Giulia helped us with restaurants and sightseeing. There were many others that I have not had the opportunity to name and would like to thank them as well. You have to spend time on the rooftop bar/restaurant. It has one of the best views!!! Thanks again for making our first trip to Italy so wonderful!

Everyone is very nice and go the extra mile to please you. I left something in my room and when I came back a week later Federica at the fronk desk handed it to me.

The hotel charged us for a room with a big window with a view. When we got there they put us into a lower tier room with no view and told us no other room was available and they were full and the manager was gone for the day. The front desk person tried to tell us we were in the wrong and that what’s listed on Expedia may not be accurate. (Isn’t it your responsibility to list and charge for your rooms accurately? Especially when we paid extra.) I contacted Expedia and after a phone call from them somehow they found another room that was better (but still not the one we booked). I brought this up with multiple staff members and no one said or did anything about it. I was very disappointed with the experience especially since we paid multiple thousands for an experience we did not receive. We regularly stay with Radisson for work travel but will be having our company book another hotel from now on.

Hotel in very good condition. Service at check in could have been better. We were left waiting for over an hour for our room to be ready and staff seemingly forgot about us, even though it was past 15.00

Told luggage was going to be brought to room. Luggage disappeared to storage room no effort to find the correct room until the next morning! Frightening!

Staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Always ready to make suggestions and offer help. Hotel is centrally located to all of the sights, and many restaurants are nearby. Definitely would recommend this property.

very good location, walking distance to all attractions. many restaurant around , a good restaurant named Pasta e vino near by, very good food and good price. Hotel room very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are very nice. Since many cafe around I didi not try the breakfast. I will stay here again . This is a new hotel just open 5 months. Walk 15 mins to Hermes, Chanel shoping street.

Sehr gut und znetral gelegen und viel ruhiger, als man dnkt (Straßenbahn fährt am Hotel vorbei, fällt aber nicht auf).

The staff were really helpful and friendly! I loved the location, it was walkable to many places in Rome without being right in the middle of it all. So it was quieter than some of the hotels might have been. I would stay there again.

I liked everything!. The room was nice, bed and linens, divine. Buffet breakfast delicious, and super complete. The upper terrace is beautiful… and the help and smiles of the people that interact with me, were great.

The hotel restaurant itself is hit and miss but it is very walkable to great dining. The property is well maintained and the staff are professional. The area is quiet but not too far from fun!
