Clean, interestingly laid out and TWO pools. (One inside, one out, but no hot tub.) the beds are comfy, rooms and public spaces clean and well kept. Restaurant took a long time seating people at peak hours, but it was a convention, so YMMV.

Hotel was decent but in need of updating. The indoor pool deck was disgusting. Hair and bandaids on the floor was about to make me gag. The outdoor pool was nice, it was clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. Music in the lobby is a nice concept but ultimately too loud to be enjoyable. Food from the restaurant was tasty, but could have more breakfast protein options. Overall I might stay again, as I like the area but my expectations would not be through the roof.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast buffet had many options and everything was clean and tasty. The cleanliness of the indoor pool was lacking. The steps were actually slippery with slime. I was not a fan of the glass door on the bathroom. When closing the bath room door it squeaked and who wants a see-through bathroom door??!! The mattress really needs to be replaced. It looks ok and if you sit on the side or end of the bed it's fine but where you lay down has been packed down and felt like a board underneath.

Good and bad. It’s in a good location with a great bar in the building. Staff was wonderful and even though there were multiple events, the room was quiet. However, the room was very dirty. The couch was stained and literally crusty. The toilet had urine in it when we got to the room as well. Very, very gross.

It's near by the Burlington Mall, easy access, it's central in terms of location. The staff and service are wonderful. The room was clean, adequate and very quiet, kids slept like babies. Thank you, will book again.

2 of 3 rooms did not have fresh bed linens; there was pubic hair in the beds. The maids did not service the room while we stayed there for 3 days. The bed linens had large tears; 4”. The glass bathroom door was off its track and dangerous to operate. The refrigerator door was unhinged. There was trash near the elevator and the elevator made loud, mechanical noises. There was trash on the grounds including a large, liquor bottle. And the conference guests woke us up at 3 am every night. We asked for a refund because of the two room sanitation issues and the hotel manager refused; did not give a discount either.

When we arrived, we noticed a few sticky spots on our sheets. Upon notifying the front desk, they were very apologetic and changed the sheets immediately. The couch in the room also had several strange white spots on it. We did not mention this to the staff, but another couple we were traveling with also had the same situation in their room. Throughout the first night, it kept getting hotter in our room despite turning the thermostat down. Again, the front desk was very helpful and moved our room. The new room did a better job at maintaining a comfortable temperature, but the shower rod was about to fall off the wall. Room service did not come after the second night and when we asked the front desk for more towels, washcloths, and hand towels, all they had were towels. Make sure you select the breakfast option when purchasing your stay, otherwise they will charge you $25 a person for the breakfast buffet.

The room was nice, bed and pillows very comfy. The reception area is very loud because of the open restaurant area/music there. Please keep in mind that apparently the WiFi is not free, you have to pay! Very disappointing for such a big, well known hotel...even the cheapest motel offers WiFi for free!

In our days, this hotel still charges $17/day for wifi with Internet access. That is obscene. Even Motel 6 has free wifi. Room seems to have been remodeled recently, but mattress should have been replaced years ago - it was caving in, and became a back-breaking adventure to sleep. Lastly, avoid the restaurant. It took them 40 minutes for a pasta and a burger to be prepared. When I asked the server, her answer was "I am not the cook, I am waiting too." The restaurant manager came to apologize and did not charge the food (my burger came out cold.) Will not plan to stay at that place again.

Stayed for one night. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The lobby of the hotel is nice, however the 9th floor where we stayed could’ve used a bit more vacuuming and a little sprucing. We also had issues with the elevator. The room itself was nice and clean. Bathroom was newer and they did provide some toiletries. The ac was making noise at night. That paired with wedding party guests next door that were partying to the wee hours of the night (2-3 am), kept waking us up. The doors slam and are extremely loud at night. They had people coming in and out of the room with constant slamming. The hotel should have kept wedding guests together and separate from families. We’re a family with 2 younger kids, and we couldn’t rest well because of all of the noise. Lastly, there is no WiFi and they tried to charge $14 at checkout even though it wasn’t used. They did remove the fee with no issue. Overall, it was just ok.

We stayed at the hotel for our son's graduation ceremony. We had reserved two rooms, but my son ended up not coming. Unfortunately, no one from the staff helped us cancel or modify the reservation — so we ended up paying for a room that was never used. The front desk staff was very kind, and the bartender on our first night was amazing — truly attentive and welcoming. However, we also had several disappointing moments. The nightly rate is quite expensive, especially considering the hotel’s distance from where we needed to be. On the second day, we had dinner at the restaurant and were served by a waitress who was so unfriendly and unpleasant that we felt genuinely uncomfortable. We understand that people can have rough days, but that doesn’t justify treating guests poorly. The margaritas we ordered were terrible — a huge contrast from the ones we had the night before, which were delicious. We requested a late checkout to give us a few extra hours to pack and were charged $140, which felt very excessive. On Monday morning, the breakfast was also very disappointing compared to the day before — there wasn't even coffee available at the buffet. Overall, a stay with some good moments, but too many issues that negatively affected our experience.

Check in terrible. Key card didn't work. Went back to desk re programed card still didn't work. They told me to call if I had a problem the second time. No answer back down to desk. Then had to wait for maintenance to change battery. After traveling all day I wasn't happy.

Check out time is 12:00 PM which is later than most hotels. However, I went back up to my room at 11:15 AM on my day of check out and not only was there a cleaning cart outside my door but the door was ajar using a door stopper and there was nobody in my room. A tote bag I had in there was missing - they started taking the rest of my personal belongings out of the room PRIOR TO MY CHECKOUT. The front desk was not able to reach housekeeping. I did eventually get my things back with an apology. No comp for my aggravation, frustration or time it took to track down my belongings. I would recommend they better train their housekeeping staff to not be cleaning out anyone's room if they have not actually checked out yet!!!

It was really good, there was a school trip going on at the time of my stay, and the hostess was kind enough to put me in a room and floor where the teenagers were not going to be, so I could have rest and quiet during my stay, I really appreciate that, that’s customer service and effort, going above and beyond!

Double charged credit card upon check still need to figure out if it will go through twice with my name spelled 2 different ways. At check out service person had no clue. No internet in room. They demand to pay another $18 and later request the waving of the fee. Coffee did not work in room. Asked to fix and left tip but they did not. Towel for feet forgotten to supply. Sink clogged in bathroom with hair that was not mine. Bad service. Unkind customer service. Never again will I step foot at this hotel. May still have to call if they charged me twice spelling my name 2 different ways. Otherwise will have to dispute the double charge on the credit card. Waste of time and effort for bad customer service!!

The staff were genuinely very friendly and helpful. They had very large events during my stay but remained very efficient. We had a great corner room with a back exit for walking the dog. The entire property was clean and neat. The air conditioner could have been set lower, but we enjoyed our stay.

Spic and span cleaning would elevate this hotel to the next level boutique status. Although overall an older property, this hotel is high end and located in a business district area of town. Not the spot for younger people who may want more nightlife options, but exactly what we wanted, good beds, quiet, safe and all that Marriott offers.

We had a great experience and I would stay again. The only thing I think was abusive was the breakfast price which I thought $100 for three adults and one child is quite abusive. And this is for regular breakfast with watered down coffee, buffet style and an omelet station. Kinda like what you get at Embassy in which you don’t pay extra for.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, welcoming and helpful staff, Onsite bar/restaurant is convenient with good food except breakfast is a little pricey at $25 pp. Beds were comfortable. Located near plenty of restaurants and free parking. I would definitely stay again!

I booked this room at the last minute after a frustrating experience with another hotel down the street. They were kind, accommodating, and I was so glad I stayed with them. They had a restaurant on site and an amazing buffet breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is $25/person though, so make sure to buy it with your reservation. They had omelette made to order and it was delicious. Every employee I came in contact with was kind and helpful. The rooms were nice and I loved the big towels they have in the bathrooms. The bathroom doors are a little weird. They’re barn style doors, but you can see through the cracks, and the door doesn’t lock. That was the only downside, which for a family might be fine, but I was with a coworker. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was great from start to finish. We were welcomed warmly, directed to our rooms, and greeted by every employee we walked by. Breakfast was fantastic as well as the selection. The specialty made omelette was fantastic! I definitely look forward to coming back.
