The bathroom set up is very tight and difficult to navigate getting in and closing the door. Upon check in I asked for new towels and the trash to be emptied the next day. I was staying Sunday to Tuesday as my husband was having surgery in Boston. No one ever brought new towels or emptied the trash. Before I left I asked for an extra laundry bag of dirty laundry. It never came. I was very surprised. Normally Hyatt is on point. The breakfast had a very large variety and was nice. The room was clean and the shower and tv worked. We normally stay at Hyatt. We still will

We got to experience none of the hotel because there was NOBODY to check us in. I even called ahead to say we'd be late arriving. The front desk is supposed to be 24 hours. We waited at least 45 min before going to another hotel. Never saw any staff at all.
