Terrible Terrible Terrible When I first arrived I have to switch rooms due to the hotel not having a clean toilet or the toilet seat was broken. They gave me room:117/118/119/120/then 121 is the room I had to get and only one light worked. Smelled like cigarettes that I reported asap as well. I feel like I'm owed to be compensated for this unacceptable thanksgiving disaster. Everytime I reported a issue I was told I just work here Unacceptable

Staff on evening and day shift was very friendly and courteous.Our room was excellent- very clean, roomy and comfortable. It was very crowded, but our room was very quiet and we slept great!

Room was dirty as evidenced by the “clean”white socks I wore walking around the room. It was a handicap accessible room, which didn’t bother me until I got into the shower and the shower curtain was dangerously too long and moldy. Humidity in our room was awful. Thinking it might not have been nearly as bad on upper floors.

The room was absolutely beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. My only issue was the room was not cleaned very well, there was dirt all iver tbe floor and a pack of cigarettes on the floor by the bed. Also found a huge spider nest on the window inside the room. The bathroom sink drain was broken. Other than tbat the bed was super clean and comfy my stay was pleasent and peaceful. My onky re ommendation would be to make sure your staff ia cleaning well and maybe include some plastic silverware/paper plates in the kitchenette.

Staff was friendly. Property looks like it had been upgraded but it’s still a basic hotel. There was used bar of soap in the bath and soap that was partially in wrapper but used on the sink. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

We had 1 hand/face towel and it wouldn't dry. We also had 1 washcloth for 2 people. The tv didn't work so the man at the front desk had to fix it. The light above the desk had to be plugged in for light and unplugged to sleep. There was only 1 plug for our cellphones by the bed.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. I only had issues as there was zero WiFi and they advertised as free wifi. Could not do my work which is why I was traveling. Also there was no blinds to darkens the room and the parking lights kept me up all night. Seems like a popular place for school students. There were 4 schools and 6 school buses parked. The rooms were decent size clean and comfortable. Will come again if wifi is fixed.
