Everything was great ,pool area was clean and the beach area was clean with friendly and smiling faces My only issue was in the breakfast buffet no one was greeting me or giving me a good service I am American Egyptian and because I speak both language Arabic and English So I decided to speak arabic unfortunately with me speaking Arabic I did not get the best service I felt the difference between treating me and treating the other guests speak different languages Overall I loved guona Probably next time I will search different hotel

Despite the efforts of having a very welcoming and professional staff, the main aim for us was to have immediate and direct access to a private beach and not to be shuffled to a nearby one that it's shared with other hotels and not suitable for a nice swim!

There is a boat shuttle that takes u 5 minutes distance to a beach where u can swim, snorkel, have lunch or drink. The breakfast was great and the coffee. Very nice hotel, nice pools and beach space on the lagoon. Near the marina so you can have a walk in the evening. The food is really good and various. We had an upgrade to a superior room which is very nice with a little corner for clothes and make-up. The spa is also very good, we had a nice retreat and excellent massage.

Breakfast was very substantial with many options, fresh juices, smoked salmon, etc. The food quality was not amazing but not bad. I would opt for a smaller selection and better quality. The updated hotel suites are very nicely. The staff of the hotel are all super nice and the all inclusive food is of a good standard. However, the hotel is very close to an open air club called Aurora that plays awful music at unbelievable volume until 04:00. This unfortunately ruined our stay. The hotel did move us to another suite which helped, but we had 1 night out of 3 where it was impossible to sleep and moving rooms also wasted half an afternoon.

The most offensive front desk I have ever met. Completely ruined what was already a below than average stay by not allowing my friend to visit me in my room despite this not being a written policy that I signed. When I complained to Expedia, the front office manager said that this is due to “cultural reasons”! Very racist and didn’t even bother to apologize. Stay away specially if you’re Egyptian

Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal hier. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und lecker. Man ist direkt am Hafen, sodass wir morgens direkt auf‘s Tauchboot können. Die Marina ist fussläufig mit vielen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schönen Plätzen. Die Mitarebiter sind sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Immer wieder gerne!

Location is close to Abu Tig Marina with Restaurants, Bars and Shops. Friendly hotel personnel, clean room and yummy breakfast and dinner with plenty choice. My succession for divers too! It’s a little pity that Blue Brothers Diving left The Three Corners Ocean View.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Vom Angebot an Speisen und deren Qualität war ich besonders angetan. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Marina mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Shops. Ich werde das Hotel bei meinem nächsten Trip nach El Gouna bestimmt wieder buchen. Ich habe für drei Nächte mit all inclusive 375 Euro bezahlt.
