Everything was excellent. The administrative staff were very professional and helpful, the atmosphere was pleasant, the place was clean, and the food was great. Overall, it was a perfect experience and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic customer service from the entire team — especially Youstina, who was consistently helpful, friendly, and always greeted me with a smile. The location is excellent and made it very easy to get around the city. It’s a super relaxing place with plenty of activities, and the breakfast was great.

Very good selection. Main issue was with the food low quality and cooking staff not focused and sloppy. Other than this the place is amazing with super pool/beach vibes

The hotel is in a great location for Downtown restaurants/shops and has a superb Dive Centre. The decor is a little tired but all the staff were lovely, helpful and really friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Cook’s Club caters for those seeking club music all day so if you prefer your holiday on the quieter side, ask for a room away from the bar/pool area. We asked to move to a quieter room and Ali at the reception was great and was happy to sorted it for us.
