Gym/indoor pool, hot tub and sauna was a lovely and to top it all off the outside pool was beautiful as well! Staff very friendly and good hot buffet breakfast! Beds very comfortable!

The breakfast had excellent selection of quality hot and cold breakfast staples. The indoor pool was fantastic (my 2 year old loved it). There is also a hot tub, sauna and large outdoor pool. These features were all fantastic. The rooms are completely average. In general, the rooms and the property are a bit dated.

Having booked this location primarily because of the indoor pool, it was very disappointing that the pool’s heater was not functioning nor were the jets for the hot tub. Secondly, while perfectly functional, I have never seen such a small bathroom .There was only 4 inches clearance between the toilet bowl and the door , the counter was only 30 inches high! Yes I measured it! The floor tiles were not level and the entrance had tile angled down from the BR floor to the room floor with thresholds to transition on each side. Quite the trip hazard!

The rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable The staff is very nice. The pool is super dirty as is the surrounding area eg floors, locker rooms. The whole motel is permeated by the smell of dank chlorine from the pool. If they fixed the state of the indoor and outdoor pool it would be a much better experience. Breakfast is a typical find at a hotel with breakfast.

Staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered was the pool and accompanying perks were closed both days during our stay because of a chemical reaction in the pool which shut it down and left us with limited entertainment in the evening with our children.

The property appeared to be closed when we drove into parking area. The normal front doors and access to reception was fenced off, turns out it is under construction. We pulled into a parking spot and called on our cell phone. We were told by reception that the hotel was under construction, thus told us to drive around to the other side of the building, there should be a sign advising where we might enter. It was dark and raining, if not for car lights, you’d never see the sign. Once we entered this door, one walked about 200 feet and then found reception. The desk clerk was pleasant and explained what as going on. We finally got to our room, noticed ants running on the bathroom floor. I’ve stayed here before, was okay then, but not a good stay this time at this location. The beds were lovely and comfortable, nice linens. The toilet as old low version, needs to be updated. Closet door minus one door, plus off its track. There was shampoo & conditioner, plus bar soap, but no body lotion. The Kleenex box had only three Kleenex in the box, so had to use toilet paper to blow my nose. The breakfast was quite adequate, staff very friendly.

Property is very worn down. The rooms are tired. The tv was grainy and sound didn’t work. It was not value for money. The counters in the bathroom were lower than normal (not a wheel chair room). The shower was very strong but the shower head was way too low. Had to bend way over to rinse your hair.

The TV service in the room was not the best. The channels did not work had issues with connectivity. The bed was not comfortable at all.The hot water in the tap was extremely very very hot hot burned by it.

The hotel itself was lovely but it was very close to the highway and we could hear the highway noise. Also, a lot of car dealerships etc in the area. I should have done more research on the area. But as I said, the actual hotel was very good.

Was a convienient location for us. Easy access to shopping, dining, and highway. Clean room, but the tv remote did not work well, there were only basic tv channels(no tsn), internet conection kept dropping when trying to conect to netflix. Then there were people running and shouting and slamming doors in the hall after 10pm all night.

The room we had bordered the pool and the noise from any conversation in the pool area was easily heard in the room, starting at 6:30am. Rooms were clean and spacious and staff were excellent. Convenient location

Receptionists welcomed us nice and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The king size bed was also spacious for two people. The hotel has nice patio, gym and indoor pool. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, though. We will stay here next time, will bring bathing suits.

At check-in the clerk was very helpful in putting a couple of 80+ year-olds in a room on the ground floor near an access door. The room was clean and tidy and met our needs. The breakfast got our travel day off to a good start. Thank you.

Fire alarm went off on the property 3 times in the middle of the night with no explanation. Staying for a kids hockey tournament and it was awful. Staff wasn't helpful with the situation.

I stay here regularly and they have removed coffee makers from the rooms and the cable TV has very few channels now. It’s been under construction for several months causing inconvenience and no discernible benefit to the experience as a guest. The property seems to specialize in teen sports tournament stays, and do nothing to enforce quiet hours. The past few stays it’s been loud with unattended teenagers running up and down halls being disruptive while the parents drink and party with their room doors open. It’s overpriced and the experience in the part 2 years has tanked as a regular guest.

The hotel is situated at a very convenient location, 15 minutes drive to Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, with lots of shopping/restaurants. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, breakfast was also very good.

Room was ok but the rest of the hotel felt run down and in need of a refresh. Free breakfast had wrapped up by 9:30 even though reception said it was open until 10. I would not stay again until it gets upgraded.
