The hotel is under construction. The pool, fitness room, restaurant, and lobby are all closed yet we paid full price. There was no advanced notice of the construction. Staying with kids and no pool or access to breakfast - not good.

Because this property was under construction, we did not have access to a fitness centre the patio bar or the pool. There was an enormous amount of construction ongoing during our three night stay at this hotel.

We were in line to check in with an 87-year-old who needed to use the restroom, and we were told to wait until check-in and use it in the room! It advertised that the EV chargers were available, but the charger was broken! We booked one room for four people with breakfast, but they gave us breakfast for only two of us.

The television in my room did not work, we could not connect with Bluetooth to the TV as was advertised. There was a kids sports tournament staying at the hotel, pool and bowling were not accessable due to over crowding. I asked someone at the front desk for directions to the LCBO, I was sent on a wild goose chase to a store that did not exist at the location I was sent to. We had to get ready for our concert in our rooms in complete silence. Yet I was still charged the same full price on the two rooms I booked. I came back because of the great experience I had for an Our Lady Peace concert a couple months ago. Never again, and I’ll be sure not to recommend to others.

Very upset, I Book this hotel because it had a pool, after I arrived and checked in i was told it's under construction and jot open. After I complained I was told there was nothing they could do because I booked with Expidia. Also breakfast is included but only if you book through the hotel, which I didn't. I thought it would be better to book with expidia but I'm really not seeing the benefits of this right now!!!!!

Amazing property considering where it is and the brand (sorry IHG) the pool area very clean and properly stocked, the outdoors patio was very nice and the bowling alleys with the arcade area was a massive plus for us (for the kids)

For a Holiday Inn it was run down and dirty. Rooms were not clean, mold in the showers, carpets really stained and dirty. This was what we could see on the surface. Wear shoes, don’t bring little kids or pets that are on the ground. Furniture should be thrown away and our mini kitchenette had nothing left in it. Everything was basically missing.

Location was great, great for families with restaurant, bowling and arcade attached. Unfortunately it isn’t cleaned well, dirty tops, halls, elevators and the smell is horrible. Needs all carpets replaced. Staff was apologetic and helpful though.

You booked me beside the elevator. There shouldn't be rooms there. People stop to wait and talk loudly all night. We did not sleep. I need my $350 returned to me. I had to fight sleep all through the performance I was there to see. I couldn't enjoy seeing my brother play at the symphony.

We got a suite and it was lovely; comfortable bed, fireplace, rainfall shower, big whirlpool tub. Housekeeping was thorough (lots of places have reduced housekeeping these days, but we got housekeeping every day). The hotel is under major construction, so the coffee shop and pool ere closed. The restaurant, bar, and arcade were all great. The only negative was the noise. If you are from Ontario, you know that this is travel hockey season, and every hotel will be filled with hockey kids, but this was the worst. The first night, there were kids running around till 2am, hiding from hotel staff in the stairwells! But they must have either checked out or got a good talking to, because the second night was much better.

Great location and very walkable to nearby restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The only problem we had was with the sound that easily travelled from other rooms and the hallway to our room. It was as-if the walls were very thin and perhaps the gap underneath the main door.

First room was decent but expected more when I booked online. TV wasn’t working and front desk didn’t seem too concerned until I called the third time and explained my disappointment. Service manager finally moved us to another room which was a nicer room with a fireplace. Put my wallet and phone on bedside table and it fell off the wall. I managed to reinstall it on hook system. When we mentioned it a checkout, front desk didn’t seem too concerned. It just missed my foot. Disappointed over all for what I paid. I expected more from a brand name hotel like this.

I rented the jacuzzi room and it was nice clean and spacious. Lots of entertainment around as well for me to enjoy during free time which unfortunately I didn't have much of on this visit.

Victor at the front desk was very accommodating when I requested a new room due to a noisy generator outside and also the toilet did not flush. Also although I booked for 2 nights I left early due to the weather forecast (I was driving to Ottawa), and there was no issue; I was only charged for the one night.

Front Desk were rude when I inquired about the breakfast that should have been included. It was not clear in the reservation. When I said I'll remember that for next time when I book, they were snarky and told me I could go ahead and do that. The chair in the room was wet and smelly. I asked for a late checkout. It was Sunday and I was told it would be $20 for an additional hour. The hall and rooms were very dark and dinghy.

This hotel was amazing. Even with the construction, there was minimal noise. The roomed were clean and spacious. The staff (from the front desk to the wait staff to the x construction workers) knocked it out of the park. We even had a flat tire. Not inly did they help to find a garage, they pumped it up and even checked with us at the garage to be sure we didn’t need any follow-up help. Just amazing! The area around had a grocery, dollar store and a few restaurants too. Slightly larger than a small town. It was close to everything.

When we booked the hotel we knew they were renovating.so we set our expectations accordingly. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, one of our rooms had the wrong bed formation. They found us a room close by with the correct formation. All the staff were very polite and friendly. I can't say enough about the dining room staff. Our rooms included free breakfast. It was really good and filling. The staff took the time to talk to us. It was nice. They recognized us the next day and asked us how our previous day of touristing went.
