La vue sur le fleuve est magnifique du 4ie et dernier étage de l'hotel. Le gym est petit mais bien aménagé avec le nécessaire. Le spa que l'on voit sur l'image de l'hotel semble être pour les clients du spa "l'Estuaire"$$ à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Mais il y a une piscine pour tous (aucun sauna ou bain à remous). Definitely will stay again. Its been renovated. Issues with toilet paper kept coming off the holder and falling onto the floor. Also, the hair dryer was not working. Restaurant staff and food were excellent. One of the electric car chargers was not working.

Nice hotel, clean but if looking for hot tub and pool do not be fooled by photos. The pool is small and rather shallow. The hot tub is part of the spa in the hotel which is an additional charge per person. Starbucks on the premises was great!

Used the online check in with QR code which was very seamless. When we got to our room, we found the bathroom mirror was not clean, one of the glasses still had lip marks on it, there was still garbage on the counter from previous guest and there was a long black hair in one of the beds when we pulled the covers down and everyone in our family is blond. Very, very disappointing. Would not recommend even though it is a very modern, nicely designed and decorated hotel.

Room was large and clean. Great free parking. Only complaint was how loud the air conditioner unit was. Luckily it wasn't overly warm so I could shut it off. Needs maintenance. Bed didn't offer as much support as I would have liked / needed

The Hotel is relatively new and the comfort suite that we had on the second floor was well appointed and modern. It had a lovely kitchenette with full set of dishes and silverware and a lovely dining table for two.I have only one complaint and that is the a/c in the second room did not work and the one is our bedroom was a bit loud. However, The overall experience was reall good.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by wonderful staff. We do speak French but find it difficult to find our words. We are from Ontario and unfortunately we never get the chance to speak French. The staff spoke English to accommodate us, but we still did our best to speak French. We found them very, very friendly.

Extremely comfortable bed and the subtle night light in the bathroom was appreciated. Large soaking tub was great. The bar and restaurant on site provide an excellent menu although breakfast is not included and you need to make a reservation for breakfast , esp on a Sunday for the popular buffet.

Beautiful room overlooking the river. The food was great in the restaurant but the ambience would be so much better if the lights were dimmed and candles put on the tables. Simple way to improve the already lovely dining experience. Wait staff were great handling an annoying customer as well!

The room was perfect. Comfortable beds! We found the ac kept cutting out and the entire system would shut off. We mentioned it to front staff and they stated it was under a master control for entire hotel but they could override it for our room. Then It was great. We had dinner and breakfast and food was great but service was outstanding. Would definitely stay again. Note they are doing some updates to the exterior facade but it ended early and didn't start early.
